Service is outstanding, pool is alot of fun, room was very comfortable.

Hotel is very nice and clean. They have Aveeno products for the shower. Room for a toddler to run around. Heated pool and fire pits are a big bonus.

The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are clean, the service is great and the pool was beautiful. Very easy to access Stagecoach using the shuttle.

I went for a training qualifier. My buddy is a tennis agent and we got to spend quality time with some players at a beautiful arena.

The thresholds in our ADA room made it nearly impossible for my husband's wheel chair to roll in and out.

It was nice that many amenities were included, and the pool and hot tubs were very nice. However unless you need it, make sure you don't get a handicap room because the shower sprays everywhere.

Beautiful venue for our conference. Large rooms, good food and very helpful staff.

Very nice facility if you like golf. The pool actually has a beach / sand entrance to the water which was cool. The issue was the room. Water pressure stunk, and the shower curtain didn't cover the whole tub, so water got everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

I love this resort we will be going every year. I stayed here for 3 days. The pool is an awesome party from day to night. WiFi was not a hassle at all there. But you mite wanna dine out.

Everything is great. But be ready to have your own toothpaste and toothbrush... And there is no alcohol in the rooms also.

Good place to go to spend a few days and have a good rest

Nice hotel and pool area. Beds a little uncomfortable. AC broke twice during our stay, and it took a little while to get fixed. The hotel is really long, so expect to have to walk quite a bit from the elevator.

I really enjoyed this place. Beautiful grounds, The rooms were clean and nice. Fantastic gym to work out. I would have given 5 stars but they need to clean or redo the jacuzzi. The pool is great and very clean. It would give it 4.5 stars to be precise. The staff was amazing.

This is a beautiful place, but they constantly answer the phone and say 'delighted to serve' - yet this is lip service. The customer service is not good, and the 'delighted to serve' just drives that home. They listen, smile,and then do not help.

Didn't stay in the Hotel, I was there to check out Vendors. Lots of audorium space & lots of free parking.

Very family friendly. They even have a sand beach for kids to play in, right by the pool. Good food, we didn't have to leave the hotel to eat in the evening. Sushi bar was delicious. They had a regular menu also. Kids loved the skillet cookie with ice cream, for dessert. They even have a gelato and coffee bar. If you love to golf, they have a fantastic course. You can even play tennis. Enjoy.

Upon arrival the Heightened homeland security level immediately shone forward. It was stated in the Banquet Event Order meeting that our department and the Resort and Hotel were hosting Nine Hundred guests at the Rose Garden Reception Lawn, A Crystal Ballroom plated dinner, and the height of security was the direct result of the Federal Beareau of Investigation and The Central Intelligence Agency's own speakers in the Garden Ballroom. Micheal Hayden whom served the United States of American Government was our feature presentation for the events taking place throughout the J.W. Marriott property delivering a speech.

We come here about once a year and it was a great place for my wife and I. She loved the bed so much she asked if we could take it home with us and apparently yes you can but the same mattresses.

Disappointing. They didn't offer the samples of products like they did before. We bought the food tasting and it was a waste of money.

Beautiful place to come and stay at, lots of places for activities around the valley and to do inside the hotel. It is one of the biggest places for inside and outdoor events.

I gave it a 2 start rating only because i was bothered by the fact I booked 2 SPA massage treatments for my husband and I and when we got there they shorted my time and said it was only 50 minutes when online it said 60 minutes and even though i showed them proof online Jackie still said she could not honor 60 minutes and not to mention she also said the price was higher then what it said online as well even though she did honor that but my husband and I were very angry after massage because they didn't even end up respecting the time, we were literally out within 35 minutes and next day we realized we were also over charged by about $65 dollars more on my bank acct. I called and they said it was gratuity . So be careful because they pay themselves whatever they want without even advising or having you sign anything and they don't even provide receipt.
Now its bothering and frustrating that you have to call to complaint in order to get a refund since they should've never done this to begin with.

The hotel is beautiful. Food is delicious. Bathroom as always needs work. Finger prints on white door. Vanity where towels are look stained and mildew in bathtub tile. Towels are clean but extremely hard.

This is a really nice and elegant spot in the rooms are very nice the staff was very helpful a lots of activities to do here you can get bikes all that kind of stuff also have lots of restaurants located inside and this place is close to a lot of nice bars in live entertainment

Just a picture perfect place with great service, large rooms, and plenty of things to do and see at the resort. There are numerous restaurants on site, so don t worry about not having a car. Of course, you re going to pay a little bit more to stay at this type of venue... but you re definitely paying for an excellent quality venue in a great location for outdoor activities or for a spa.

Freaking idiots had a "test" of their fire alarm at 8:45 am. They did not post signs or warnings anywhere, did not call and leave messages, nothing. We had 2 rooms with 6 kids, who woke up terrified and scared the hotel was going to burn down. Unethical to run an alarm like that and not warn guests. I think they do it when large numbers of guests are going to check out so they are forced to all be awake and up earlier.

Very nice resort. Has plenty of amenities, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and great pool area. Only thing didn't like was if you don't valet park, the parking is really far away.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff is phenomenal. The hotel has a big and spacious pool. The pool is heated all year around so you can enjoy a good swim even in the winter. The hotel has a problem with birds on the property so they hired a hawk trainer that trainers his hawk to scare away the birds. He was a really good addition to the pool because when he wasn't scaring away the birds he would educate the kids about his hawk. Really awesome experience overall. My new favorite hotel in Palm Springs.

Great venue, gorgeous grounds area, the rooms and overall atmosphere is amazing.

A very disappointed stay at this hotel, the place is nice, nice and clean rooms but they have a very poor customer service specifically at the pool bar and their little coffee store. When they are running out of a product, like a red bull or their coffee machine stopped working get ready for their answer, they will tell you "too bad for you" we are running out of whatever you are looking for, they don't put any effort to satisfy their guests. This people ruined my boyfriend and I little getaway this past weekend. Bad customer service and rude and bad attitude. The guys from the inside bar were very nice and polite that's the type of people they need to have specially during this time, everyone is trying to get rid of some tension not getting more.

Stayed at this resort on a quick business trip. Room was large and was very nice. The resort did not honor my Bonvoy status in any way so that was a bummer but great other than that.

The hotel is great, especially during the BNP Paribas Open since the great majority of players stay here and they hang out like regular people. I am talking daily sightings of Tsonga, Ferrer, Granoliers, Kuznetsova, Radwanska, Tomic, etc. Great sushi, bar and lobby atmosphere at night, too.
