I have worked with several of the team members at Reis Nichols over the years. All have been extremely positive experiences! I have never felt pressured, in fact from from it. They have always taken the time to educate me on my options and help me find the piece that is right for my needs. Whether it is an anniversary, birthday, Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, you name it, my gifts have always been big hits. If you've been to Reis Nichols before, you already know. Reis Nichols has been my families go to store for all of our fine jewelry for years. My dad used to take me there when I was little to help pick out a gift for my mom. Most recently my husband asked my mom to go with him to help pick out my engagment ring. Therese was more than happy to help as always. When it came to picking out our wedding bands, Therese gave us several options and her expert advice. Their customer service is wonderful whether you're picking out a simple piece of everyday jewelry or investing in a more expensive piece.

Reis Nichols is a one of a kind experience with a unique twist! Hannah and Cole are the most genuine and highly respectable individuals. They are the type to meet the customer where they are at after listening to their needs. They are super friendly with much positivity and confidently gave me feedback which made me comfortable to proceed. This approach allowed me to shop with no pressure but then they came to me when the time was right. Their honesty and humbleness make you feel at home and like you are shopping with your best friends!

After my initial visit, she responded to all of my text inquiries and continued to show me other options along the way. She provided valuable guidance and expertise and I would unequivocally recommend her and will seek her out myself should the occasion arise.

Friendly, personable and very knowledgeable staff! They made my visit easy and enjoyable.

A ring was purchased from this store a while back and I reached out for a copy of the diamond certificate. I was made to send in copies of docs via email to Tim, the Sales Manager. Tim responded via email that it would take 3-4 weeks and cost me $30. I emailed Tim back a few times asking best way to pay and checked in for status updates with zero response over the course of a month. I called the store a week or so ago and left a voicemail with no call back. Finally, I called in again and got someone else, I told my story all over again, and sent another email to another person. She never called me back. After multiple attempts to get information without response or follow-up from this store, I contacted Forevermark myself. Forevermark emailed me the certificate in 10 minutes with nothing but the serial number, and for free. I m appalled at the customer service demonstrated by Reis. It s unacceptable. So, if you need your diamond cert, just go around them and contact Forevermark yourself. I definitely wouldn t send anyone here to purchase anything based on this experience alone.

Therese, Cole, and Terri were part of the team which helped a bulk buy for Nomos watches - they were exceptional and ensured no hiccups throughout the entire process, doing quality control and handling a large number of timepieces. Kudos to them!

After spending the past few weeks going to Kay, Jared and looking at online retailers, a friend told me to go to Reis Nichols because of a positive experience he had there. After just a few minutes at Reis Nichols, it became clear to me that Reis Nichols is in a league of its own and that I would not be going back to the other stores. I have made two large purchases from them in the last month or so, with each purchase being a unique and excellent experience. The salesman I have been working with, Jacob, has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want at a price I am comfortable with. He is not only very knowledgeable about every piece of jewelry we discuss, but he makes a large effort to develop a friendship and connect on a personal level. Jacob has been very responsive to my text messages, phone calls, and requests to set up in-store meetings, allowing the shopping experience to be dynamic. I really appreciated this, especially after dealing with pushy salespeople at the other jewelry stores who were unwilling to deviate from the traditional sales experience and expected large purchases to happen within minutes of showing up at the store. I strongly recommend going to Reis Nichols and requesting Jacob for your next jewelry purchase.

Reis-Nichols is the place to go!!! Hands down. I went in at the end of last year and was greeted and offered something to drink/ direction for what I was shopping for right away. Hannah helped me out and she was awesome. All I knew was a general price point and she took care of everything else. She was encouraging in choice as well as directive based on description of what I wanted. They worked with me every step of the way! From helping me set up a type of payment plan/option to even shipping my purchase overnight! I would only recommend them in the future and I will only be shopping with them. I couldn t speak more highly of everyone working there.

Came in for some service issues and was wonderfully cared for by Matt Goodrich. Quickly and efficiently took care of my
battery and watch strap needs and while waiting for them to be done, found two watches and a bracelet I am very interested in purchasing. The selection at Reis-Nichols was the largest we saw while looking for rings and the staff was the most friendly and knowledgeable. We received our rings quickly and the quality is above and beyond.

Extensive inventory and a very inviting staff and showroom. Jacob made me feel right at home when I bought an engagement ring. We even traveled 200 miles to work with Reis Nichols and James again for our wedding rings!

My experience at Reis Nichols was excellent. I went in to buy a watch and ended up buying two! My sales consultant Whitney Willhite was knowledge, helpful and fun to deal with. She took care in explaining products and gave our interaction ample time to make sure I was satisfied. I had to go back the next day to have a jeweler adjust the length of a stainless steel bracelet for one of my watches, and, even though the store was very busy at the time, I was taken care of quickly. Great place. Buy local!

I purchased and engagement ring from Reis-Nichols back in August of 2018. Mandy was there to help the whole way. Upon arriving she had multiple diamonds and settings laid out as examples. When we needed a resize they were able to do so in just one day!

Over the years I have always had a fabulous experience at Reis Nichols. My family and I have purchased quite a bit of jewelry there. The customer service is excellent. I rated them a 4 ONLY because I didn't end up purchasing from them, so I can't speak to their sales experience. I can, however, speak very highly of their customer service! After an awful experience at Diamonds Direct, my wife and I went across the street, where we were welcomed and helped immediately by one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. She showed my wife several options, including one that we were planning to come back and buy after we shopped around some more. I will be back when future need arises!

I had some repairs made on my wedding ring and my mothers wedding ring. I also purchased a gold chain to replace a broken necklace. Brad was absolutely awesome and I hope I can go back and make a BIG purchase from him some day soon. He went the extra mile to call me and update me on my repairs and then let me know when he was working so I could pick them up when he was there. I feel very comfortable bringing any of my jewelry there for repairs because the gemologists are right there on site.

I love Reis-Nichols. They have so many fun things to see. When I stopped in I shopped with Nicole. She was so friendly and let me try on all the expensive jewelry!! Although I am not, I was surprised that that they treated me like a sophisticated buyer.

Bought a watch a few days ago and needed to get it sized. Walked into the store, which has an extremely high-class feel, thinking I would be paying $20-$50 to get it fixed. The consultant quickly took my watch and sized it no charge, even though I did not buy it there. I will definitely check this place out for my next purchase.

Can i just say the customer service at Reis-Nichols is better than what you get on Rodeo Dr. in Beverly Hills , both Matt and Therase gave us the most awesome attention and they worked extremely well together i will only use the two of them from this point forward ! Seriously disappointed in our experience here Saturday afternoon. We were in the store and had been walking around for several minutes before anyone could be bothered to help us. The sales associate didn't even bother introducing himself, when we informed him we were looking for engagement rings, preferably something with a "vintage" look he pointed us towards a "vintage" showcase at the back of the store and walked off. We noticed him later socializing with a few other sales associates. There were about 3 rings in the showcase, but mainly other jewelry and none of it had the "engagement ring" style we were seeking. After a quick look in that area we returned to the engagement ring area we had been and continued to peruse the engagement ring cases unassisted. Meanwhile several other couples had entered the store, were warmly greeted, offered refreshments and congratulated on their engagements. After about 5 more minutes of being ignored we chose to take our business elsewhere. We made our purchases at a competitors store and will happily be returning to that location in the future to purchase our wedding bands. I am not sure if our cool reception and lack of assistance was due to us being a same sex couple or the fact that we were rather casually dressed, but either way our treatment was extremely poor customer service.
