When I inquired about whether the watch I was interested in was in stock or not, Aaron Bennett responded quickly. When it comes to browsing and learning about fine timepieces, Reis-Nichols probably has the best selection and variety around town. Not only do they have more brands than other stores, but they do a lot of repairs and servicing in-house. I have always had excellent service and repairs were preformed quickly.

Kent Judy was an absolute joy to work with. I came in with one idea of my dream engagement ring and left with a completely different idea. Kent was patient and allowed me to try on many different ring styles. He listened to all of the descriptions about what I liked and did not like about each ring. In the end, my ring ended up being custom made.

Kent did a PHENOMENAL job at communicating with the team exactly what I wanted in my ring. It turned out exactly how I imagined it and I could not be more in love with it. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my John Hardy ring that I had only purchased 2 months ago into their store. I was greeted by a sales person and told them that two diamonds had fallen out. She continued to look at it then took it back to the jeweler to get a closer look at the ring. I waited roughly 3 mins and she came back and told me that there were no diamonds missing and that I had bought it that way. That was not in fact the case. When I left I called the John Hardy store in Las Vegas where I had bought it and they told me to ship the ring out to them and they would take a look. They in fact said that two diamonds were missing and sent me a whole new ring while Reis-Nichols wouldn t do a single thing about it. I also asked if I could have my ring resized as it was alittle too big. I was willing to send it off for a week as that s how long she said it would take. Then she continued to tell me to come back in a few month to do it for no reason other than it s less busy in the fall. They clearly didn t want my business so I will never be going back.

My wife and I love Reis-Nichols. We bought my my wife's rings from there. They had a terrific selection of beautiful rings. Their diamonds are very reasonable and good quality. Best of all is their service. For our 15 anniversary, I decided to surprise my wife with an additional band. Brad helped me figure out a way to get the original specs without alerting her. He was able to work magic and craft the band just before vacation. The ring is beautiful and my wife was so surprised! Great store, great people.

Kent has been nothing but patient and respectful since I started my endeavor in acquiring my first Rolex. Our relationship started by me sending an online inquiry on a specific watch which they did not have and apparently no one in the Country has. I contacted nearly every Rolex dealer in the nation and visited 7 just to be laughed at when I told them what I was seeking. Kent however continued to reach out to me, even responding to my rookie like questions, on late evenings and even Sundays, not once making me feel inferior. I made a trip to his store on a busy Saturday just weeks before Christmas knowing he did not have my watch and he still made time for me when he knew I was not buying that day and could ve been helping other clients. Finally, he, my wife, and my son coordinated an elaborate scheme and were able to surprise me with the perfect time piece! I will be forever grateful for my experience purchasing my first Rolex, and will never shop anywhere other than Reis Nichols and Kent Judy for any jewelry, even though I live over 2 hours from their location!

My first major watch purchase was with a major Rolex retailer here in the Chicago area. When it was time to purchase this Rolex Explorer II, I reached out to the local area Authorized Rolex dealers and none of them were able to help me. I then sent an inquiry to Reis-Nichols in Indianapolis (I am familiar with them since I used to live in Indy and have had my watches serviced there). Reis-Nichols, more specifically Kent Judy, answered back via email. He introduced himself and let me know what they had in stock. We chatted on the phone and he was able to find the watch I wanted.
Kent took care of me as if I had purchased hundreds of watches from them in the past. He helped me secure the watch until I was ready to head in down to pick it up.
When I arrived at the store to pick up the watch, they welcomed me as if I was part of the Reis-Nichols family (and not in a salesy sort of way).
Since I came in out of town, Kent even joined me for lunch.
I will definitely look forward to buying my next timepiece from them in the near future! They have me as a customer for life!

I've been on the search for an "upgrade" to my wife's wedding ring. A recent Saturday I stopped by Reis-Nichols on 86th at the advise of a friend. I was greeted at the door by the friendly staff who made me feel at home. Tim Anderson offered his assistance and guided me through the process. I found Tim to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects. Tim took the time to explain a general background on how diamonds are graded. I found his explanation easy to understand.

This is something I didn't experience at other competitors. Tim was very patient with me throughout the entire process. I didn't feel rushed or compelled to buy anything. I found Tim to be genuine in his concern to find a ring that fit my budget and desire. I found exactly what I was looking for. The quality and brilliance of the ring was spectacular. Very disappointed with Reis-Nichols. This was one of our stops while shopping for an engagement ring. As soon as we walked in, I felt as though the associate was unwilling to even try to "sell" us. Maybe because we're young-ish? I had found a ring I loved off the website of one of the designers RN sells, but they did not have it in store. We were told the only way they would order it for me was if we committed to buying it without seeing it in person first. I found that awfully sad. We ended up buying from G. Thrapp jewelers, an upscale boutique in Indy. They'll order you anything you want.

We had the pleasure of working with Cole first and most recently Tracie for my engagement ring and our wedding rings. We have nothing but great things to say about them! They were amazing to work with, extremely helpful and friendly, and very accommodating! We highly recommend them!

Great service, transparency, and customer service. I've worked with Cole for over three years and he has helped guide me through a number of purchases; and I couldn't be happier. The company does an excellent job being price competitive and they aren't a massive chain, which means they'll take care to listen to you as opposed to just selling you their product. While some of their clientele skews older, they do an excellent job working with younger professionals, especially if you get to know and work with the right sales professional.

My only nit pick is their hours are tough for people without flexible schedules otherwise you're sure to find exactly what you're looking for. A+

I recently visited Reis-Nichols for the first time to talk with a jewelry consultant about having a ring made to my specifications using a combination of my family heirloom diamonds. I initially met with Brad who evaluated the stones they would be working with and how they could be incorporated into the ring I had in mind. While I was there I also met with a jewelry designer, Andre, who sketched a remarkable design for me based on what I wanted my ring to look like. From then on I worked with Brad, who kept me well informed of the progress and answered all my questions. When I picked up my ring I found it to be absolutely exquisite. I couldn't be more pleased with Andre for designing such a beautiful ring. It's definitely one of a kind that anyone would be proud to wear. My experience with Reis-Nichols has always been fantastic. I have had several watch services performed: they have the best watchmakers and jewelers in the entire mid-west. I have purchased jewelry for my girlfriend and have perused and tried on some of the best watches in the world: Patek, Audemars Piguet, Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and of course Rolex, when stopping in. I am always offered a cappuccino, coffee, soda, beer or cocktail while having a friendly chat with the staff and looking at some of the most amazing jewelry and watches in the mid-west. The staff is always and I mean always, helpful, prompt and friendly, regardless of who is helping you. For example I was having some work done to my girlfriends watch: a $65 service, and I stopped in to drop it off on what happened to be the biggest watch event of the year. The place was packed! People were shoulder to shoulder inside, outside in tents, food, drinks, reps from watch companies were there, it was crazy busy. Nevertheless, the customer service was nothing short of flawless. I was quickly helped and taken care of with nothing but the nicest and friendliest manner. That is truly a sign of great customer service that I would unhesitatingly recommend Reis-Nichols to anyone needing a $65 repair or 6 figure lux purchase.
