Reis Nichols Review

Can't say enough good things about Reis-Nichols Jewelers and our salesman Aaron Bennett. Service is always top notch, never pressured, and Aaron will do anything in his power to make sure you get exactly what is right for you. In the rare event something does go wrong, it is fixed quickly and painlessly. I have bought everything from my wife's engagement ring to jewelry to watches here, and there is nowhere else I would rather shop. Sometimes I just stop in to say hello, and I'm still treated like a million bucks!

I have just purchased a Rolex Submariner from Reis-Nichols Jewelers. As a return customer, I am extremely satisfied with their professional customer service. Our salesman, Mr. Jacob Berger, was top notch from researching, purchasing as well as following up. Highly recommend him if you are in the market for watch and jewelry. Very knowledgeable about Rolex watches in particular.

We instantly felt welcomed when we walked in. Matt greeted us at the door and was fun and easy to talk to and helped us pick out a ring. We didn t feel that awkward pressure of needing to make a purchase that we have gotten when we have been to other jewelry stores in the past. Matt genuinely cared about our needs and was willing to help us beyond the store! Will be back for any jewelry needs in the future!

Walked in "looking for an engagement ring" and walked out with an amazing ring that they temporarily mounted while they are custom making my band.... Tyler was AMAZING and the whole experience was perfect! (as it always is at Reis!!)

I was looking to redesign my original engagement ring and wedding band for my 20th anniversary. Adrianne was the perfect fit to help us reimagine my ring. She was patient and allowed us to find the perfect ring. She had to value my current rings and provide options for the new ring. She also saved us some money by having Reis make the diamond wedding band. I would highly recommend Reis-Nichols and Adrianne.

Reis Nichols and Mandy did a great job helping me find the watch that I was looking for! I knew going into the experience that it would take a while to find but when they had one available the process was quick and enjoyable.

I went to Reis-Nichols to have my watch band adjusted. I left having purchased a new pair of earrings, my watch band adjusted, and my rings cleaned. Azar is very knowledgeable about jewelry, its design, and quality. She's also super warm and friendly. She greeted me instantly and helped resolve my issue right away, which left plenty of time to browse. Thanks Azar! I plan to return for all future jewelry purchases.

I recently received a Tissot watch as a gift from a relative out of state. I needed to get the band fitted, and even though I didn't buy the watch at Reis-Nichols, they didn't hesitate to help me, and they didn't charge me anything. They only asked that I put a donation in the box. I always buy local, but in the case of a gift, there's not much say in where it comes from. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. I do have watches from Reis-Nichols, as well as my wedding ring and my wife's wedding ring. I will continue to do business with this fine local retailer.

I was recently in the market for a Tissot watch but I do not live in the Indy area anymore. I called Reis-Nichols and spoke with Nicole. She was wonderful! She not only found the watch I was after but also a second one. I was very impressed with Reis-Nichols and all they had to offer. I am beyond thrilled with my purchases and I will definitely continue to shop with Reis-Nichols!

Kathleen is amazing! We came in to find wedding bands and she gave her honest opinion for every band we tried on and was very patient when we looked at MULTIPLE bands. I will always go back to Reis-Nichols for jewelry now!

Horrible! Horrible! customer service... waited for 3 weeks on a call for store to see if my order was ready, no call so I called and Aaron was checking and said he would call me back in just a few minutes, never called. I call again after 3 hrs and let them know he never called me back and then he tells me that it will not be ready for 2 more weeks... found out that the had my name in their system wrong , listed as Davidson instead of Dawson, but i had my ticket number to claim my item. was told they would correct my name in the system. i went in today to pick up my item today and when i left the gal still called me Mrs. Davidson.. GRRR. I yelled Dawson and just kept on walking. I have worked customer service for 25 plus yrs and when you say your going to call some one back you call them back.

Had a great experience purchasing my fiance and I's wedding bands at Reis-Nichols. The employee that helped us, Whitney, was friendly and knowledgeable which made the process a breeze. Would strongly recommend.

When shopping for an engagement ring I had the pleasure speaking with a sales rep named Aaron Bennett. I knew very little about diamonds or engagement rings, but Aaron was very informative and patient. He took the time to show me several options within my budget and educate me on diamind cuts and grades. When it was all said and done I was able to confidently select the perfect ring. Aaron made the buying experience very pleasant. In addition, the Reis-Nichols staff overall was very friendly and they have a great selection of engagement rings. I definitely recommend Reis-Nichols for all jewlery shoppers.

Winning the Smiley Morning Show Wedding was great. Going in, I thought we would be treated like I just got lucky and be swept to a specific case where they would rush the process to have us, in out and on our way. Complete opposite. We were treated like local celebrities and everyone was friendly. Coming up and congratulating me and my fiancee now, my wife, on everything. Everyone was great.
