From the moment I walked into Reis-Nichols to pick out the center stone for my fiancee's engagement ring and was introduced to Hannah I couldn't have been more satisfied with the entire process of selecting the diamonds, bringing my fiancee to approve them, designing the ring, test fitting the wax mold, to receiving the custom-built finished ring. The entire experience couldn't have been more fantastic! We were treated like family at every step, we never felt rushed or the slightest sales effort. My budget was accepted and options were explained along the way. My fiancee designed the ring of her dreams. The final product floored me! It is even more beautiful than I imagined it would be from the computer design and the wax mold. It is one of a kind and awesome!

Mandy, was absolutely fantastic and I really enjoyed the experience and learning a ton about diamonds and what Reis has to offer. She never once pressured me or tried to up-sell me and made me feel extremely comfortable. She gave me some great guidance and was truly a pleasure to talk to as I was navigating the process of purchasing and engagement ring!

I went to Reis-Nichols for a customized necklace. I needed a specific logo engraved on both sides and Whitney was able to take what I told her and make it happen! The necklace came out better than I even expected! She also helped me find the perfect chain within my budget. With such a unique and specific request I didn't think it would possible to make but Whitney made sure that it was just what I wanted.

I normally don't post reviews, but after the awful experience I had with John Bennett I must say something. If I could give negative stars I would! I came in browsing for my anniversary last week when this man begrudgingly decided to help me after glaring at me for a while. When I asked him to show me various pieces he clearly sized me up assessing whether or not I could afford such things. When I questioned him, he came across as loud, aggressive and rude; not to mention his offensive breath was unbearable. His overall demeanor was unbecoming of a salesman and I would never shop here again. In fact, I purchased a lovely 1 ct. pendant from Distinctive...not that they care about losing my business anyway. BE WARNED!

I was sent here by my (now) future mother in law if I ever needed an engagement ring. I was able to find Therese and she was able to help me not only find the right diamond but educate me on what it actually meant as well! The care and response that was given was amazing, I was in for the first visit on a Saturday and had the ring by Friday. Even better was that I had the wrong size (slightly oversized) and they were able to re size it in 24 hours. Service was exceptional and cant wait to go back when we are getting wedding bands.

So before I went to Reece Nichols I decided to go to Shane Company as I am there at the Shane Company I waited 40 minutes before I I was helped I gave the guy how much I needed to spend but which was $150 instantly the guy pulls out $250 ring Guy did not listen to me what so ever made me mad I walked out of went straight to Reece Nichols they greeted me at the door they took me and that somebody set of me got me something to drink and got me everything that I want what's your price range that I want it very very grateful for the my experience at Reis Nichols yes I will to buy my wife's engagement ring it was a awesome experience and yes I will be going back

Where do I begin??? Our experience at Reis-Nichols has been top notch from the moment we stepped into the door until we left with our unbelievably gorgeous rings. Nicole, our sales rep was patient, honest, and incredibly helpful in my questions regarding the design of our rings and making sure we reached our desired outcome. The craftsmen - Andre, who lovingly took the time to make sure the mold was designed to fit my finger like a perfect glove. Rudy, who painstakingly placed all the tiny diamonds into place and made it sparkle greater than the stars in the sky. Nick, who took the time to make sure the inscription was written properly (as it was done in a foreign language), everyone was AMAZING in their time and efforts. Poor customer service after a purchase on multiple occasions. Only care about making the sale.

First, I had to take pearl earrings back multiple times to be fixed because the pearl kept coming off of the mounting and was charged for fixing it. Second, I spoke to an individual in person and over the phone and had to wait two weeks for a response about an issue. I used the "contact us" feature of the website and never received a response. I purchased an engagement ring and a wedding band and sought to return the wedding band 39 days after purchase (never taken out of the box) and was told all they would do was offer me scrap prices for it which amounted to a quarter of what I paid.

Not likely to ever shop there again.

Reis Nichols is an incredible jeweler, hands down best jeweler I worked with in trying to get a quote for my wife's engagement ring. Not only did they beat a competitor's price, they offered me nicer diamonds than said competitors *cough Diamonds Direct cough cough.* They made a ring they had never crafted before from a photo and it worked out better than I had hoped. I was desperately looking for a bracelet for my husband from David Yurman. David Yurman was out of stock. I googled the bracelet and there popped up Reis-Nichols Jewelers which seemed to have it in stock. I needed to get it in the next few days so I called them directly. I was transferred to the most obliging sales person by the name of Matt S. I took down the SKU # and informed me that yes they had one left. Went the extra mile to make sure he could touch it before he gave me a definite. YES!!!!. Matt would sent out the item before days it and he would even wrap it for me. Matt San Filippo helped my girlfriend and I pick out our engagement rings and wedding bands. We had a few customizations on all four of the rings and they turned out beautifully and exactly how we envisioned! The engagement ring portion of it we had visited the store pre-COVID and had picked out the rings and stones but did some additional customizations over the phone. Matt was incredibly helpful in the process and offered a few suggestions, that we took.

We had shopped around at other stores - both local, national chains, and direct suppliers but felt that Reis-Nichols gave us the best service, price, and experience that we were looking for. And they still went above expectations! Be sure to ask for Matt if you stop in!
