I was desperately looking for a bracelet for my husband from David Yurman. David Yurman was out of stock. I googled the bracelet and there popped up Reis-Nichols Jewelers which seemed to have it in stock. I needed to get it in the next few days so I called them directly. I was transferred to the most obliging sales person by the name of Matt S. I took down the SKU # and informed me that yes they had one left. Went the extra mile to make sure he could touch it before he gave me a definite. YES!!!!. Matt would sent out the item before days it and he would even wrap it for me. Its been awhile I have come across exceptional customer service like this. He even invited me to the store if I am ever in the area. AMAZING!!!! Thank you Matt. You were the sweetest to deal with. My husband will be ecstatic when he gets it. I can't wait.
