Calvin Muller ran my credit without my permission. I was advised over the phone not to let him run my credit. I told him dont run it. He ran it any way. That was my first time looking fir a car. I told him from the beginning I did not want to buy, I just wanted to see what they had to offer that I could afford. I kept telling Calvin Mueller that I wanted something older than a 2018 because I couldn't afford anything neeer. He insited on showing me 2018 cars. He ran my credit anyway and got highly upset when I wouldn't sign and purchase the car. He basically told me I wasted his time and people "like me" didn't deserve new cars. It was very insulting, disrespectful, and it very well could have been racist. He also cause me 5 hard inquiries on my credit. Which made my credit worse. Regal Nissan did absolutely nothing to help. They colsed my case when I asked Calvin Muller to apologize. He also wanted to know who i was on the phone with that was advising me. I said " Why do you need to know who I'm speaking to?" He said because the banks want to know. He was pushy, agressive, a liar, insulting, and underhanded. I didn't know whyhe asked me for so much information at the begining. I gave it to hom because I thought that was apart of the process. He is really Shady. He does bad business with a smile and if you don't buy from him he gets very angry. I was reffered to them and my service was terrible. He made me feel very unwelcomed. He also told me after I had been approved for the lastest car that HE insisted on me having, that I could not get abother new car anywhere else with my credit. I told gis manager wich is a lady with fair skin an brunette hair. She said that was not true. So hes a liar. I wish i was never reffered to them. They lost my business and the person I was talking to on the phone because he's in the car industry and he used to refer people their. We will not go were we are treated badly and unwanted.

Service was great. The person who took care of my request dia a great job. It is always nice to take the car there, even though the building is still under construction they managed to ensure the customer is comfortable. Great service.
Regal Nissan is my go to place from factory OEM parts! I live in Illinois and prefer to do business with Regal Nissan's parts department all the way in Georgia. Why you ask? well the parts department always picks up the phone great customer service, they are flexible on prices, the parts are always correct, no issues with having parts shipped, and well they are just down right a great store! If I every do decided to buy a new Nissan, hopefully a 3rd Gen Frontier, I'll travel down to Georgia to make my purchase to support a great business.

I am usually skeptical of buying from a big dealership, so I had went in just to browse the new Altimas. However, Geri and Steve were so kind, professional, and provided such exceptional knowledge that I ended up purchasing! They were patient, answered all my questions, showed me around the dealership, and made me feel like I was at home. Definitely a pleasantly-different car buying experience. We purchased a Nissan Rogue on dec 31 2016. The day I bought the car they just hand over one key to me and asked me to collect it on 2nd January 2017. It's been more than two months they haven't given my key yet. I would have went almost 5 times to check about the second key. But the always give me irresponsible answer. I totally repent buying car in Regal Nissan . They didn't offer me a great deal too. Highly disappointed
Best dealer - sorry, *family*. Across sales, service, and body shop, these folks are the nicest, most honest, and welcome to do business with. There is a reason that they continue to host customers to their business (again, family). Through myself and my in-laws, we've purchased seven vehicles, up to (through) the GT-R. Which, incidentally, was fair-priced when everyone else was gouging. Thank you Regal.

Had a really smooth and easy buying experience from here. My Sales person was Matt Foster and he was really honest and upfront about what I can and can't get and helped me make the right decision. There was also no pressure as he let me decide what was best for me. The finance person Lexie was really good and I was out of the place in less than 3 hours which a record if you have ever dealt with car dealerships before! Awesome place, amazing staff, highly recommended!

I recently purchased a Nissan Leaf.. I was in the area and needed to charge.. I asked a sales person in the lot where the charger was and he pointed to a regular level two charger that had regular gas vehicles parked around it. Dumbfounded because I know that it says they had a super charger online I parked my car went inside past the sales person and asked if they had a one. Thy did it was on the other side of the building. I pulled up and charged. They should really make sure that the sales people know what they are talking about and not park the gas cars around the level two charger.
Great customer service. I did not have an appointment but I was able to still get my oil changed in a reasonable amount of time.
From our very first interaction with Regal Nissan we knew we went to the right place. Our salesperson Tyler Jackson was terrific. He made my wife and I feel like we were all that mattered. Walked through the snow to hunt down the perfect car for us. Highly recommend Tyler and the Regal Nissan team.

Regal Nissan is the only place I continued to get my 2007 Nissan Sentra serviced for 7 years. With OCD and sensitivity to noise, the mechanics were amazing in speaking to me and understanding to resolve any problem I had. Mr. Vaughn was responsive if I had an issue to resolve. I traded in my sentra (great shape if you want one) just this past Sunday after speaking with Hugh "Irish" in the pre-owned section. I looked at one 2013 Rogue, had a great experience in my negotiation and finished it off with Chris Garcia in Finance. Another amazing person there who made the financials work for what I needed and was "comfortable" with.
I went there looking for an Infiniti Q50 and outside of being greeted by the receptionist no one ever talked to me. She stated that the sales staff was in a meeting and would mind waiting about 10 minutes. I told her that was fine. Staff continued to walk past me and my friend and only greeted or spoke to a lady sitting in the same waiting area as us. I do not recommend going there if they are going to walk past young black men and treat them as if they are not worth their time.

My family has been purchasing vehicles from Regal for over 15 years. They have always gone above and beyond for us. Service staff is friendly and doesn't try to rip you off. Very honest and helpful. I've always had a good experience at Regal - from car buying to service.
The sale experience I had was way past what I expected. I was so impressed with the dealership and my sells guy Calvin Mueller who took me on a tour of the shop and made sure i had something to drink as I waited for the deal to be made. I really expected to be at the dealership for 3-6 hours like most places I've been but I tell you from start to finish only took 2.5 hours and these things in its self is way ill be back.
Really bad service at the parts department is been 3 months since I ordered the parts and I'm still waiting with no answer. I wouldn't recommend come to this place
The service was good. The wait time was a bit long and the waiting room unpleasantly cold. Frigid. People kept having to step outside to thaw out.

Zac Campbell was patient with my wife and I as we asked a multitude of questions. He was very knowledgeable and answered each question fully. He did not pressure us but shared fairly the pros and cons of the choices we had. We did not expect to make a decision, but Regal happened to have the one car and its options and color we wanted, and the price was right. Dan the finance person was equally as patient, knowledgeable and professional. We are extremely pleased with our new car and our experience at Regal.
Marshall, the gentleman that helped me arranged the service, was very patient and informed me which technician was going to be working in my car. I had asked him to ask the technician to check upon a prior repair job done to make sure there were no issue to that because I was hearing rattling noise the past week. He did that and was able to explain to me what was making the noise. I liked the fact that he honored the agreed upon promise that I got over the phone when I was setting the appointment. A first grade customer service must always honor their promise made to customer. That is what brings the customer back again and again.

Stephen, Ron, Chris, and Alex were great! This is the way buying a car/truck should be! No Gimmicks! No add ons (environment protection plan or nitro filled tires, etc...)! No 1980's car selling tactics that many of the Metro Atlanta car dealerships try to use ! Everything was explained down to the last detail. Everyone was very professional and made you feel like you were part of their organization/family. I had wasted too much time dealing with two other Nissan dealerships and stumbled across Regal Nissan. I connected with Stephen and that guy got it done- no BS, straight forward! I filled out the financial app online and was able to do pretty much everything via text/email before I got to the dealership that evening. Finished up a few last details upon arrival and the deal was sealed. Chris Garcia is awesome! I have never sit down with a finance manager who looked out for my best interest. Most finance guys are sitting on the other side of the desk trying to nickel and dime you to help put money in their pocket....Overall if you want to buy a Nissan, make sure you go visit the boys at Regal Nissan.

I went in wanting a Kicks. I didn t know what the differences were between them. Calvin broke it all down to me and I found the Kicks had way more than I expected. My test was amazing. Calvin was on point from start to finish. I thought I wanted the blue one but when he took to the inventory, I fell in love with the orange one. Great experience, knew exactly what I wanted and found it here. Bought a 2010 frontier 4x4 for the same price another local dealer wanted for a non 4x4! Ross knew everything about the truck and showed me all the things wrong (dings, scuffs that come with a used car), upfront and honest. Financing was great too, managed to get me a lower rate than my bank, and all in all a great environment. In and out in about 3 hours. Would definitely go back to regal Nissan for my next ride!

Horrible Customer Service. Went for Oil Change. kept me waiting for more than 2 and half hours. Went to the guy at service desk young unprofessional guy said still not ready. So i went to the service area to check and there is my car. Work was done long ago but he did not care to deliver. at pay time he demanded 20 dollar more for rotating my tire. I said i never asked for that service but he insisted that i did. was speechless!!
When you get your car serviced here, make sure you work with Chris D. He's the best service advisor I've ever met and I come to this Nissan just because of Chris. He's friendly and professional! I don't live in Roswell any more but I drive up here from Midtown to get Chris' service. I highly recommend him.

Tried to apply for a job at this place. Called everyday and manager was "never availble" to talk. Even went up there and couldnt get ahold of anyone to talk to me. Later on the guy who refferred me later said someone at the office said they have a bad feeling about me. Okay thats kool. I went to the social media page to address the issue no apology and i figure maybe its just different management. WRONG they said its been the same for like 30 years or something. They then proceeded to block me on social media also and delete all remnants of the conversation. Dont believe me? Welp i got screenshots lol. Im applying for lube tech called for a month straight and somehow cant even get someone to say we arent hiring. I couldnt imagine how they are probably treating the cars. Go to nalley nissan i got a sentra fixed there its was super slow but they werent unprofessional.
Reply said the service manager has no record of my application. This was not recent im just getting around to exposing this and i have the call logs for over a month on my old phone. Of course you wouldnt have a record if you never considered hiring me. Why would anyone expect you to have a record of my application if you wouldnt have the decency to tell me you arent hiring like a normal manager?
Also i actually went up there application in hand because JOSE put in a refferal. I literally SAT IN THE OFFICE AND NO ONE EVEN TRIED TO TALK TO ME ABOUT A JOB AFTER ASKING EVERYONE when the manager will be there. I live like 35 minutes away and you cant tell me someones schedule to even talk or make availability? I literally knew 4 or 5 ppl that worked there and they always talked about the crookedness. Save it for someone whos not smart i decided to write the review to let everyone know MY EXPERIENCE and try to save someone elses time. You earned this.
I walked in with my nephew, looking for a used car for him. Danny showed us a car that my nephew didn't bite on, but it caught my eye. So I went back and bought it for myself! Everyone was nice and only thing that kept from completely satisfied is that the time estimate after adding alignment to the oil change was way off. Even when told it would be finished in 10 minutes after checking that turned into 30 minutes more. Work on car seems good and I do appreciate that. Ultimately that's the main thing.
I came in yesterday, a Saturday, without an appointment because I had a check tire pressure alert on. I had that same alert 2 days prior and I checked the tires and put air in them. It s been cold so I really didn t think much of it until the alert came on again, that s when I was concerned. So glad I did. I had a nail in my tire but my tire s treads were too low to plug it so I had to get new tires. Unfortunately I had to wait a little longer since I didn t have an appointment so I was last in line. Nevertheless the service was excellent and they gave me a discount due to my wait. Thank you again Regal Nissan!!
Great service again from Regal Nissan. Michael Littles introduced himself at the service desk and we explained that one of the keys to our Nissan Rogue had been accidentally crushed and our spare didn't work. Michael took charge of the situation immediately and we were in and out in little more than an hour. We had a new key fob to replace the damaged key and a reprogrammed key to restore the failing key. Fantastic service from a great guy. Talk about fast! Thank you, David!
Regal Nissan never disappoints. I purchased my CPO 2016 Juke here and the experience was incredible. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and I felt completely confident that I was in great hands. It's been over a year and there was something funny going on with the transmission - I made the mistake of taking it to a local dealer closer to my house (Town Center) and they told me not a thing was wrong with it. The transmission and funny sound continued so I decided it would be best to take it back to Regal. Their facility is always clean and organized, and the employees are helpful and kind. Armondo was great and thoroughly went over the issues I was experiencing getting a good diagnosis of my situation. A day later I was called to inform me that the transmission was in fact bad and they would be replacing it free of charge. They hooked me up with a rental car and it was taken care of. I can't express enough how fantastic this place is run. You will not be upset by going out of your way to buy or service a vehicle here. They do not up charge their products, they genuinely care about you and your safety.

The customer service is poor at this location. I've pulled up more than once on the auto repair side sitting in my car or standing outside of it for several minutes without so much as a "hello" to acknowledge my presence. One time they told me my battery needed to be replaced. I said it was still under warranty from the Nissan in TX. I'd just moved here. Instead of this guy pulling up my details I had to do it myself by calling the one in TX and have them email me the proof to show him. I think that's something he could've done. I should've learned my lesson then, but the last & final time I went and what will make me NEVER come back to this location is when my alternator needed to be replaced, but my car wasn't stalling or anything. Only the light came on. So I knew it had to be either battery, alternator or charger. It was the alternator & I called Pep Boys who confirmed it was still under warranty. The lady at Regal Nissan kept hounding me and tried to put fear in me of the "dangers" of driving off with a bad alternator. Please explain why I would pay $500 (her quoted price. Never heard of paying $500 to replace an alternator in my life) for an alternator in a car over 10 years old when it's still under warranty for free? Anyway, I demanded my car back and the damn thing barely made it out of the parking lot & died. I believe 100% they intentionally drained my battery because they were pissed I wouldn't buy their alternator. Shady characters. Never again. Lucky for me Pep Boys paid for the tow & replaced my alternator. Now THAT'S customer service.
