Just bought a used Nissan Leaf from this dealership. The whole experience was very enjoyable from beginning to end and we got a great deal! This is our second car we have bought through Regal Nissan and we will be happy to go back next time we need a new vehicle. We also service our cars with them and have been very happy with their service department as well.

Facility is really clean. The staff is nice but be careful they try to get over on you if you don t know what they re talking about, like all car dealerships. Takes a while for the car to be done too but the lounge area is nice.

Collision nightmare; had to call for my own update...

Collision nightmare; had to call for my own updates and approximate eta for my vehicle to be returned. Manager jeff over collision allowed damage to be missed/not repaired. I took time of work yet again to bring my vehicle in for him to insult me. Stated no way his guys would miss this ... I don t think it happened during the accident ... Excuse you!? Now I m offended and upset. Went to the director over service and parts named holden, thinking I d get some proper customer service and resolve. Wrong again. Completely taken aback by the lack of... Etc.

It was a pleasure to meet the folks at Regal Nissan. They treated me like I was an old friend. They also told me the proper information on the vehicle i was looking at even though it was going to cause a no sale. There honesty was appreciated and I will be back when I'm in need of my next vehicle. Thanks, Ron, Lane and Will.

What awesome service I received at Regal Nissan from Kevin McGee and Marshall! I brought my car in for detail service and drove it off the lot looking clean, new and fresh from the inside out! Also to the shuttle drivers Dominque and Carlos great drop off and pickup service!

This was a good experience as a first time customer. I will be returning again and again. I will also tell my family and friends about Regal Nissan. Kevin gives outstanding service. Keep up the great work Kevin!

By far better service than where I purchased the vehicle from. The guy was very professional. The staff was very nice. There was even a camera in the bay that you could view from the lounge area. This was very nice!

experience i have ever had. jj johnston was terrific he made the deal so smooth and was with me every minute until i drove off with my new car.

Service Staff is great!

I went to this dealer for the first time because I was looking for a car so I bought an altima 09 (a couple of years ago) and they offer some complementary oil changes, so I used the offer and I was very pleased with the attention, since then I take my car every time I need something. If you are taking your vehicle here for service I will recommend you make an appointment since most of the time they are booked.

I didn't purchase my vehicle from Regal Nissan but after a less than satisfactory experience at a local tire service and repair center i gave Regal a try.

Each time I have taken my car in for service they have done a great job.
I would recommend them and consider a new vehicle purchase the next time I am in the market for anew car

Needed service done on my truck. I called on Friday. They had me make an appointment for Saturday. Got there, no order whatsoever, people were skipping and no one working there seem to notice me. I left. Waste of an hour on my Saturday. Never going back.

1. Did we confirm our appointment time ? FYI - We never confirmed our appointment time by phone, text message.
2. How much time did we spend in your showroom? FYI - 2 hours.
3. How much time your One And Only sales executive spent time with us? FYI - Not more than 5 min.... She was with other customer through out our stay at your showroom.
4. How we were rude to your staff? This is very much bad part from you that instead of finding the cause, you are blaming us. Is this the value you give to your Customers ??????
5. If you are not going to accept the mistake by your Team/Manager, that is fine for us. But don't blame the Customers.... !!!

We made up our mind to buy Rouge and went to this dealer as this was the first dealer we did a test drive.... Mr. Ron Mienert is worst, impatient and very rude Manager. They kept us waiting for more than 2 hours and the manager came in and he doesn't have patience to talk to us for 2 mins. Very much disappointing with this dealer and especially with this rude manager... Don't go to this dealer at all....

Tyler Jackson is my sales person at Regal Nissan and is GREAT! It is clear to me from working with him that he truly believes in the quality of the Nissan brand, which gives him the confidence to answer product questions without making you feel pressured to make a purchase. I had been researching different brand vehicles to make a new car purchase for several months and met him when he was at another Nissan dealer. At the time, I was in no rush to make a purchase and only had questions. Despite no foreseeable sale from me in the near future, he was very kind and willing to answer my questions (both in person, and via email over the next several weeks) and never put any pressure on me to buy. When I had come to the decision to purchase my 2019 Maxima SR, I learned he was relocating to Regal Nissan. Because I had such a positive experience with Tyler, I waited to make my purchase until he started at Regal, just so I could buy the car from him. I knew what I wanted and had done my homework, and there was never any hardball negotiating. I felt the entire sales process was very fair, and actually quite fun. And by the way, EVERYONE at Regal Nissan is VERY nice! Even if Tyler doesn t end up being your sales guy (you ll be missing out if he isn t,) I know anyone from the rest of their team will treat you well and give you a great buying experience!

Had to have sway bar bushings and the heater repaired. Work was done quickly & efficiently. I live in Valdosta but would rather drive to Roswell as your dealership has better technicians and service writers, namely a Marshall Hadley who I have known for almost 20 years. I wait to turn in my car or truck when Marshall is working and I driver 245 miles to get service done and done right.

I didn't have an appointment, but they drove my little car right in! I had to wait a few hours - per the procedure, but the waiting area was clean, there were drinks & snacks, I'd hang out there again!

I have been a customer of Real Nissan for 21 years. I've purchased multiple cars from them and always service them at Regal. My service experience is always outstanding. My service advisor, Marshall Hadley, is great. I trust that he'll always tell me what needs to be done and nothing more. And when big problems occurred, Marshall and Regal always come through. Makes owning my cars a great experience.

I ve been bringing my vehicle to Jeff and his team at the collision center and it s unfortunate that they have been ripping me off this entire time.. as if this pandemic isn t hard enough on me and my family already, I now have to worry about another thing. I trusted these guys to provide honest quotes to the repairs I ve asked for. They ve certainly lost my business; I ve been coming to / purchasing from this Regal Nissan since 2013.

I contacted Calvin Mueller at Regal Nissan and worked with him to purchase a used LEAF auto. He was great in helping me choose my vehicle and then went the extra mile to help arrange a delivery of my car from the dealership to NC. Overall, very good service!

Have been a cutomer since 2005. I bought my 1st Nissan at a different Nissan dealership however after my 1st maintenance service at Regal I was hooked. Since then they have always delivered. Stephen Forsyth has been excellent taking care of me over the years Because of him I purchased my 2nd Nissan at Regal. Unfortunately over the weekend my car slit off the road and got damaged. The good news is that I know I will be take good care of at Regal Nissan in every possible way.

Went in for Check Engine Light service, and was quickly met by helpful service advisor. Waiting room is comfortable w/free coffees, sodas, and snacks. Ample power outlets and USB ports to keep electronics powered up while you wait. Quite thankful that service advisor didn't try to upsell me on anything or suggest unwanted repairs. Prices are competitive with area repair shops and was happy Regal included a wash and vacuum for my SUV.

This was my 7th purchase from Regal Nissan. Of course everything was great. What I like best is the fact that I always get retail value for my tyrade in when looking at the retail value of the car I am buying.

You ca n count on fairness in negotiations.

My car was making a noise like it was not shifting into gear. I bought it in to Steph and they keep my car all day. Come to find out it was the wheel bearings on the front passenger tire still covered under warranty. But they did tell me that the lining on my rear brakes needed replacement the car is 2015 Nissan Altima with 35,000 miles, I think that is kinda strange oh well. But I did not replace the brakes yet I want to get a 2nd opinion.

I ve never had a dull moment at this dealership! From the purchasing of my vehicle to the services of oil changes, alignment, etc.! Chris Dendy is my services guy and is full of contagious energy...good energy that is! He has GREAT customer service and always keeps my boyfriend and I laughing! If you re looking to purchase a car and/or get services done to your car (no matter what they are), this is the place to go! These individuals at this Nissan dealership are the definition of professionals!!!!! This is by far the BEST Nissan dealership I ve been too and I ve been in the Nissan family since 2010

I went for the express oil change. I was told there was a recall for a transmission adjustment and that they would take care of it which they did. They also washed my car and vacuumed it; all in about an hour and for only $21.95. That's a pretty good deal!

It's easy to be skeptical of all the great reviews...

It's easy to be skeptical of all the great reviews as I was, but after just buying a Titan from them, I now join the ranks. Everyone from sales, parts, finance to the manager were super friendly. Got a great no hassle price from Jeff and on top of that he got me out of there in record time. I've bought over ten cars in my lifetime and Regal ranks near the top.

Needed to have my side-view mirror replaced last week and it was done on a timely schedule. However, $229.95 is way out-of-line as far as I'm concerned. Even Mgr. of Firestone and Pep Boys, who have to purchase parts from Nissan, quoted me their price which were $20-$30 less. Friends of mine who had similar small parts replaced at those two places confirmed same. I will now listen to my peers and not go to the Dealer for any repair.

Could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Dan Manley and his finance guy Dan Hoffenberg were a pleasure to deal with and since I hate buying cars I'm grateful how easy they made it for me to lease my Nissan Leaf S.....now enjoying bopping around town in it....I highly recommend Regal Nissan and don't forget to ask for Dan Manley. I say this cause Dan is extremely knowledgeable in the cars he sells.

I was told that it would be a hour in forty minutes before my car would be ready and they had my vehicle ready within thirty minutes. Didn't know if it was inaccurate reporting of how long it would take or they just rush my car through the line. Either way I was glade I didn't have to spend a hour and forty minutes waiting on my car. Thanks Regal Nissan, of Atlanta, Georgia! Y'all treated me and my Nissan Altima very nice.

I took my 2016 Murano in to check on whether the ABS recall was pertinent to my vehicle. After checking the part SN, they determined that my vehicle was not impacted. The verdict was reached quickly, and my vehicle received a complementary washing. Skipper kept me well informed. Nice job!

I did not like the kiosk check in as you aren t sure what is needed for your car at the time of service based on the mileage. You don t want to put things in your cart to be done if you don t need them. Also I was very disappointed no one called me about what needed to be done as it s sent via text is just not personable at all. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle the person assigned to my vehicle didn t even know who I was because you don t have the personal touch. Also my vehicle was not washed and vacuumed out like it says you do complimentary- it actually never is. I am more likely to not bring my vehicle back to Nissan for service as long as this is the way service is being done as I can take it to another type of facility to get better service.
