The customer service is poor at this location. I've pulled up more than once on the auto repair side sitting in my car or standing outside of it for several minutes without so much as a "hello" to acknowledge my presence. One time they told me my battery needed to be replaced. I said it was still under warranty from the Nissan in TX. I'd just moved here. Instead of this guy pulling up my details I had to do it myself by calling the one in TX and have them email me the proof to show him. I think that's something he could've done. I should've learned my lesson then, but the last & final time I went and what will make me NEVER come back to this location is when my alternator needed to be replaced, but my car wasn't stalling or anything. Only the light came on. So I knew it had to be either battery, alternator or charger. It was the alternator & I called Pep Boys who confirmed it was still under warranty. The lady at Regal Nissan kept hounding me and tried to put fear in me of the "dangers" of driving off with a bad alternator. Please explain why I would pay $500 (her quoted price. Never heard of paying $500 to replace an alternator in my life) for an alternator in a car over 10 years old when it's still under warranty for free? Anyway, I demanded my car back and the damn thing barely made it out of the parking lot & died. I believe 100% they intentionally drained my battery because they were pissed I wouldn't buy their alternator. Shady characters. Never again. Lucky for me Pep Boys paid for the tow & replaced my alternator. Now THAT'S customer service.
