Waited two hours to get seated mind you the party was for 15 people but they informed us the wait was going an hour and even then they only seated half of us and this part of the party was finished with there meal before the seconded party even ordered. The first party's server was really good and attentive while the second party only saw their's when the order was taken and when this bill showed up. I forgot you could call the server with their new system but this seems unacceptable to me.

Good food, bottomless fries were almost bottomless. After we were served our plates we were told the kichen would be closing within 10 minutes (this was a Thursday evening around 8:40pm)
I almost always love eating at red robin. food is good and environment is always pleasant. they do their best to seat people. great family friendly restaurant.
I always enjoy eating at Red Robin. But when you can combine their delicious burgers and fries with the waterfront view, it's amazing. A must try if you're walking the boardwalk
Waited for 20 minutes for a table and then waited for 10 minutes before I asked if someone would take a drinks order from me. Waiter was very busy and only saw again when check was given. Food quality good, milkshake was tasty - asked for Oreo and got a Chocolate, and was not willing to wait longer for it to be rectified.
I was so let down. All of the Red Robin's I have visited have always been the best, but my visit here was totally disapponiting. I hope management decides to reevaluate its employees and practices.
Very courteous staff, more so than even other Red Robin locations. We went for national Cheeseburger Day. They said the deal only worked on a regular cheeseburger, though it was stated online to work with all gourmet burgers. That aside, the staff were friendly and quick and the food was wonderful.
Best meal on my last trip to the city. Miss eating there more than anywhere else I can think of when I'm in the northwest, maybe except Shari's. Location is "touristy" but on a nice day, that part of the city is awesome.
Great experience. Staff is friendly even when they are in the weeds. Our waitress stayed attentive to our needs and stayed engaged enough with our table where we didn t need to ask for much while not being over bearing.
This is the first time I've tried this location and the first time I've done a to-go order at RR. The prices are reasonable, especially for the location. I've had good experiences at the few RRs I've been to around the country.
Both the hostess and server were pleasant and helpful. The fries fell out of the top of the bag as soon as I picked it up. The hostess tried to find which server helped me. I waited, and the manager came out and tried to give me a smaller fry order that was not extra crispy as I had ordered (also it was obvious the RR seasoning was missing), but it was ready now versus a ten minute wait. I explained to him that it wasn't what I ordered and that he could see my previous spilled fry order at the top of the trashcan next to us. I got up and pointed at the trashcan, when he said "Please don't go through my trash." The statement was both inaccurate and inappropriate, even if I did appear a bit frumpy from being up the entire night.
This area is prime tourist real estate in Seattle, especially during the Summer. Since so many restaurant patrons are passing through and may never be back, why not recognize your potential repeat customers? The manager disappeared and my server showed up just a couple of minutes later with a new correct fry order this time packaged in a spill-proof container. It was lucky I had hand tipped her the first time she brought out my order.
The food was consistent with other locations. It seems condiments are by request only for some burgers like the Keep it Simple, which is dry without condiments. Since this is the closest location for me and RR is one of the few successful chains to offer very good variety for any type of diet, I will certainly be back despite the slightly awkward interaction with the manager during a busy time for them.
FIVE STARS for RR online: Red Robin's website is easily one of the best if not the best thought-out of all current restaurant websites. There is a feature where the user can enter their allergens (or preferences/restrictions), and it returns a fully customized menu. It's brilliant and proactive. Kudos to the website planners and designers. The online ordering is just as good, allowing you to change pickup times and locations without having to go back through all the order pages (you can make these changes directly even from the very last payment screen). The only thing I would add is a checkbox indicating cash tip, or better yet, allow for adjustable tipping up to 5 minutes after pickup. Although most restaurant ordering apps deal with tipping in a similar manner, does it make sense for a customer to decide a tip amount on a to-go order before they know how their service/experience will be? Yes, customers should always tip on to-go orders at full service restaurants, since it's often the server who has both packaged and bagged the food.
The staff here works extremely hard to provide you with a good burger experience. The burgers are good. The fries are unlimited. There are tons of sauce options for the fries. You can modify almost anything to the way you want it. The prices are relatively low. This location has the best view of any Red Robin hands down.
Terrible Experience! We ordered a burger with veggie patty and they got us beef patty. My friend does not eat meat at all, it's against her strict religious practices. Unknowingly she bit into the meat burger to find out it was no veg! The server minimally apologized for the mistake and replaced the burger with the one we asked for initially. Instead of ensuring that we were doing fine/ if the burger was right this time/ if we needed water/ anything else- the server never checked upon us. He never came on our table to get the bill, we paid through the screen on the table by ourselves and left. We tried to take this to the manager who thankfully took this seriously. The server did not show any professionalism, you guys are supposed to serve the customers the best way possible and instead you gave us arrogance by never showing up on our table to check if we were doing fine. This is a big problem because he did come to the tables next to us 'several times' to see if they were doing fine and needed anything else. why not us then? He made us feel like we were doing this deliberately to get discounts on the food. FYI- Even though you did not charge us for the burger, we tipped the server with the price of the wrong burger. Money is not a problem but his attitude was! Very disturbed and disappointed with this experience.
Home of the smiling burgers, what else is there to say? Actually, quite a lot. The smiles are fake, the food is mediocre, and the service is the worst. Go to a local burger joint if you want quality food and atmosphere for the same price
It's a chain burger place, so there's not much unique about it. This particular location is waterfront, so you can enjoy views of the sound and Olympic mountains while you eat.
The service was a touch slow, but it was also very early in the opening, and our server acknowledged he'd only been at the store, if not the company, for two days.
Great burgers and sides and the beer was good. However, keep your receipt. AJ served us and we gave him a cash tip, however we checked our balance the next day and we're overcharged 14 dollars. Seems he took another tip.
The artwork inside is nice. The food tastes good. The service was slow. The server had a careless attitude about serving the needs of his tables. When we finally got our food we had no silverware to eat with. We had to wait longer for the server to remember to get us silverware. The server never once checked on us to see how we were doing. He gave us the bill and then was out of site. The host did not let us pay up front we had to wait for the server to finally resurface from the back room. I understand this server normally works another section of Red Robin and he was filling in. For the sake of good customer service he should learn to stop being so chatty with his friends in the back.
Good service even in downtown Seattle, we had a fantastic waiter who was attentive and joked around. We probably stayed a little longer than normal, but they did not push us to leave.
I came here with a group during a lunch rush. Food was amazing and very good quality for a Red Robin, but the wait was a little longer than I anticipated. Overall, this is a great stop for lunch on the Pier.
My friend and I were skating around and decided to take a few shots in some AC and have a truly. The staff were awesome and honestly this RR is my face outta the 4 I've visited.
The worst service for take-out! Probably OK for dining in, but every time I order take-out from this Red Robin, it's late, nobody is available at the front to even acknowledge customers, and if you don't double check the bag before you leave, you'll be missing part of your order.
This happened to me TWICE at this location, and never happens at other Red Robin locations. Pictured below is what we got for ordering extra fries. Food was over 15 minutes late and we couldn't wait any longer for them to get the extra fries we ordered. Had to leave without the fries or we'd miss our ferry. Ran all the way back to the ferry and barely made it on time, WITHOUT our full order.
Terrible Service! Normally I enjoy Red Robin's, but our server checked on us very infrequently, which was a problem because he forget serveral things we ordered. Will not be returning!
Terrible to start, took forever to get WATER. Failed to close the blinds which the sun was blinding half our table. By the time everyone was done eatting i have just recieved my food which had no apology with it cause THEY CLEARLY FORGOT ABOUT ME. Another thing too wouldnt change to channel for us after we asked nicely to change it from CROSSFIT. I could go on and on... overall it was a complete disaster.
Red Robin wait service can be hit and miss but the waterfront location is almost always great. This evenings service was no exception. The food is consistently good.
Sitting here currently almost at the 2 hour mark and watched every table around us has already received their food after arriving well after our group. Some have already left after eating. Had to ask multiple times for drinks to get water.
When you're in the mood for a burger, Red Robin never disappoints. With bottomless fries and the option to add sweet potato fries as well as onion rings to your order, you can't beat it for a true burger experience. I also like that they have a gluten-free bun option that is comprable (if not better) than the regular bun, making Red Robin a good choice for a gluten-free burger.
Fantastic service and great burgers and fries. My friend ordered a milk shake and they made a little to much so our server brought me the excess in a separate glass saying " we thought you might like to try some as well' - brilliant!
The wait was too long and everyone ignored us!!!! Do i look invisible to you?!?!?? Next time, stop ignoring us!?!!! And actually give us bottomless fries instead of a sad handful
The food was very good and the waitress very nice. I believe in general that Red Robin's burgers could use a better bun. They are not tasty and don't have an amazing texture right now. Their burgers can be so much better with this simple change.
The waitress never came to our table. We had to have another staff member go get her at the end of our meal so no refills of anything. We needed salt and my son's fries were the "butt ends" so over cooked and small.
End of quarter celebration, we came in hungry, well earning an afternoon of good guilty pleasure food for all the stress, anxiety and trouble that came our way. We were given our food in a timely manner, well made and a patient serving staff to put up with our stress relieving fueled antics All in all it was what we wanted and needed Burgers well made Shakes to die for A window view of the water front Friendly and attentive servers
Stopped in to get dinnner and loved it! Great service and great food. Adam was our waiter and he was so nice and friendly. Best Red Robin I've been to!
Overall, it was pretty good. Food was yummy and server was on it. Had to wait quite a bit before anyone greeted us when we walked in, but everything else was fine.
