Not the best service. Food was standard Red Robin. Loved that the prices were consistent with other Red Robin restaurants.
I have to say that the hamburger is very good and endless fries but what makes this red Robin so amazing is the ocean front view!
Got BBQ wings at happy hour for only $5.99 and bottomless fries
We had the server Eric and it was a wonderful service. Not only did our food come pretty fast but the server had a lot jokes that made the time fly by. I would definitely recommend this Red Robin's.
Nice atmosphere right on the pier. Pretty busy and 45 minute wait time, but friendly staff and prompt service made up for it
Service was just awful. Could hear our servers goofing off and it took 35 min to take our drink order then an additional 40 min to order our food. The food was on par with what we expected.
It's ok for a quick bite. Few is great. It's just another fast food chain
Amazing! Fantastic staff and incredible food and cocktails. Just what I needed!!
Great location and the food is what you'd expect from Red Robin; consistently decent, high tiered fast food. But something about service at this location was just soooo slow. It wasn't just our table server it was everyone we encountered. They were buzzing around but didn't seem to really be interfacing with the customers at all. It took us at least 5 minutes before we were greeted, 15 to be seated, too long for a shake and our server came back to our table once as the food arrived. Never asking if a refill was needed or how's the food. It was just a meh experience overall.
Great food, service and endless fries. I'll go back for sure
Incredibly accommodating for a short time we could wait for food!
Food was good ,service was very slow ! Tables were too close together ,had to get up alot to let people pass !
I prefer the Federal Way Red Robin but the view was amazing. Our order was incorrect on two parts and once we brought it to our server's attention she justified not clarifying and my girlfriend's order was incorrect but she didn't want to have to wait for her food so she just ate what they gave her. Wrong burger.
Service and meal was horrible. Took an hour when it wasn't busy to get the wrong food. Food was not cooked well and we had to ask repeatedly to get drink refills or another basket of fries. Location has really gone downhill.
Bad mac and cheese. Good Burger. Service was lacking. Manager Damon is a good guy and he resolved our food issues. Beer price was not clearly listed on the menu.
Love this place! Its a cheap view of Seattle with affordable food
Nice cheery place. The food is fantastic. Gets hectic in there sometimes. I love going to Red Robin.
It has a really nice view of the ferris wheel and the water. Service is slow and its usually packed, but it makes up with the food. So I would allow time for seating. They have one of those app machines at each table so you never have to interact with the person your with...or do.
Great spot for a burger and bottomless steak fries. If you're over 21, there's almost always room in the bar area so you can sit right away. Great views of the water from inside the restaurant.
Perfect location and good food. Had a few good hamburgers enjoying the sunset.
Must comment that the "Endless Fries" takes Endless to get to the table.
Okay, do normally I wouldn't give Red Robin a 5 star review but the one in downtown Seattle is special. The location is fantastic as it's on a peer over the Puget Sound! Great views of ocean liners coming into Port and ferry boats! The staff was also incredibly friendly and have is some great advice of places to go that we never would have known about without them.
Too busy to care about you or your experience. Took our order and slapped our food down, when I pointed out a mistake - there was groaning and a rush to fix it, but again slapped the food down and rushed off without even a question of, how's that? Then the server was off shift and needed the tab closed immediately. proceeded by being ignored by the remaining staff, ignored and avoided. excuse me's, pardon me's, and the table electronics blinking red light were all ignored. Very unfortunate that this store represents Red Robin and Seattle to our visiting tourists.
Nice, hard-working waitstaff, but the place needs a deep clean. Food was okay. Chips were a bit soft.
We never received waters.. every table around us stayed dirty the entire hour we ate.. our server darted away the moment she asked us anything which resulted in only a couple requests being solved at a time... on top of barely being checked on- our food also came incorrect and without silverware OR napkins what so ever.... we only ever got it fixed after flagging down a host because our server was MIA..... very short unfriendly service. The only time she smiled at us was when she handed us the check, which is WHATEVER to me, I've worked in customer services forever.... as long as someone is polite to me i appreciate it... BUT she was barely polite which made it 10x more unpleasant than the entire experience originally did... overall a terrible place to spend your money at... I will never return.
Ate lunch here on November, 21st, 2019. Between 11:30 - 12:30 PM. Party of four.
Our waitress was named Whitney. Whitney was extremely rude and condescending. She seemed to have it out for my girlfriend, who is a little on the short side. Whitney went as far as to ask if she needed a kid s cup with a lid and a straw. I don t see how anything that we could ve done could ve made her react this way. We were just out trying to have a good lunch.
The food however was fantastic, as always. Bottomless fries for life.
Good place to meet for a quick bite or a reunion party. Good food and the specialty burgers are varied and well presented. The shakes are very good, but don't bother with the regular, go right to the one with the shake cup included. (classic vs. monster if I remember correctly) We had a variety of dishes ranging from salads to chili to burgers and all of it was delicious. And the Mud Pie they brought out was . . . Well, let's just say it was more than enough to share around. It was a HUGE desert!
Close to the ferry building, easy walking distance. And they have several locations. If you haven't been, you owe it to yourself to check them out.
Great food and atmosphere. Love the bottomless options.
My burger was great, but my sweet potato fries were cold and stale, and the table area where I was seated completely filthy. Sweet potato fries were absolutely cold and stale both times. Hungry, and disappointed and very unsatisfied. UNBELIEVABLE, AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR AND HALF TO EVEN BE SEATED.
Food was okay the service was good but the place was dirty - the washroom stank and the carpet at where we were sitting was damp :(
Good burgers and excellent service, but fries always comes late when you ask for more.
For sure Red Robin's best location. The views are gorgeous and I recommend eating outdoors if the weather permits. Beyond that, the food is the same as other locations without a jump in price for the prime real estate which is a major plus.
Great food and awesome view from the pier on the water. Our server Matt was rad, food was served promptly which was great since we (family of four) were quite hungry after a great trip to the Seattle Aquarium that whole morning. Will absolutely visit again.
Ordered a veggie burger on a gluten free bun via UberEats. Bottom bun was moldy... sloppily put together. Could have gotten a better burger for less at a drive thru. Do not recommend...
Great views of the water front in Seattle while you can get a good burger.
Guess what? They serve the same food as they do in all there other locations...but...its on the pier! Everyone at the windows were asking to close the blinds... what the samina-fooey! Youre there for the view don't close the blinds. Dumb! One really cool things was watching one of the ferrys zip right up to the dock. The visit will only be as memorable as the guests you bring with you.
Nice view, but nothing special about the chain. Lots of local places that are better.
Red Robin Rocks! Especially on the waterfront. Great view, good eats and friendly service.
It's not busy. And my food came out luke warm. Like my food was sitting for a few before they brought it to me. The fries were kept in the warmer. Cause that what it tasted like. My server seemed to be in a rush to leave. I felt like I didn't matter. Won't be back. Just didn't feel like a professional setting. Super tacky how the people that work here can where whatever they want. The machines on the table take away from the service.
Pretentious for no reason. It's the most basic food in the world and your employees think they're worth something for no good reason.
The service was very slow, my waitress did not check on us for long periods of time. When we asked for a set of buns it took a very long time to come. Than waiter left without asking if we needed anything else which I actually needed a side of mayo. Waited roughly another 7 minutes, finally we flagged her down and asked for a side of mayo. That took a while. However, after a while the mayo never came so once again we flagged her down. She had forgotten, so we waited once again. We waited long enough that my hamburger got cold, everyone else on the table was done eating and having drink and finally we just called a manager. All we did was asked if I could just get a hot hamburger nothing else as it was my birthday. I will say, I have never gotten such bad service on a Red Robins before and I would for sure will not be coming back or recommend for friends.
Great location on the waterfront, next to the wheel and near the Seattle Aquarium. Service was excellent, loved the new wedge salad and the tavern double. And of course the endless fries! Splurged and had an unforgettable chocolate brownie with hot fudge sauce and berry sauce and ice cream. At least we split it!!
For a non-seafood restaurant that site on the water they do well to draw people in.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious and came out promptly. They were also very accommodating of our baby.
Grate food. Servers were very nice people. And good pricing.
Awesome gourmet burgers. You should try the Bacon Cheeseburger, it is very delicious.
I'm picky... But I didn't enjoy eating here. But the location and people were great!
RR is just ok. This location being on the pier is always packed and have lone wait times.
Waited 30 minutes before someone asked us our drink order (which was wrong cause we never received the water we requested with that order). Then no one returned to get our food order and because we didn't have a server, we couldn't order entrees from the tablet on the table. Only drinks & appetizers. I even pressed the "call server" button but several servers walked by glancing at the flashing tablet but none bothered to stop! So we ended up flagging down the nearest employee and they brought back the person who took our drink order...who was apparently the manager. They apologized after trying to shift the blame to someone who "was supposed to return for our food orders" (and by now, my blood sugar is crazy low and we're beyond pissed). The manager took 25% off my aunt's bill (who was at a separate table, on her own bill) and my cousin and I got free (albeit gross) onion rings and still had to pay for our drinks despite no real service for 1.5 hours. We were only a table of 2 people! Absolute WORST experience eating at a restaurant I've ever had! But the Hard Rock Cafe on Pike was great, go there instead.
All the comfort food favorites with bottomless drinks and fries. The pay at your table system is super easy I like taking the stress out of when and how I pay. The extended burger menu is a little over the top, but I guess that means there's something for everyone. Everything I love about The Dirty Bird with a beautiful water view.
Poor service, didn't get all of our drinks, didn't get our appatizers, had to speak to manger. Wouldn't recommend this Red Robin.
A decent Red Robin's. I've been a few times and my waiters were good. Food is always hot and fresh.
Great burger. Very friendly staff. A little expensive. No wi-fi.
Decent food, drinks and service. Nothing spectacular.
Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Food was good service was not asked 3 people
This is the worst Red Robin I have ever been to. They are always under-staffed, so service is slow. I've been there 4+ times, and the my burgers have always been cooked wrong (medium rare orders are burned to a crisp & toppings are wrong). Drink & fry refills take insanely long. The only reason they stay in business is the location--it attracts unsuspecting tourists for 1-time visits. This is a consistently terrible restaurant.
Chain restaurant so every location is the same. But this one has a view of the Puget Sound and Elliott Bay.
Service was awful, food took a long time to come out, the server disappeared for like 30 minutes and the other one look like i was asking her for money when I requested my check bad place to go, specially for its location i was hoping for better, for the record i have 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
Food was okay. The place felt a bit dirty. We received silverware and a plate that wasn't completely clean.
