I've been to this Red Robin more than any others. When I need to meet a client from the East side I come over on the ferry and meet them here.
This is a convenient, well-known restaurant on the waterfront. The views are fantastic, the burgers are delicious and the service is friendly and attentive. As long as I'm meeting clients in Seattle, I'll be meeting them here at Red Robin.
Out of the 20 people in our party not one single person enjoyed there food, service was slow, in 45 minutes my drink was never refilled, not even an offer. Wouldn't recommend to people I don't like let alone friends.
Last experience was great so we thought we would try again. Bad mistake. The waitress was completely out of her element in delivering customer service. My 14 yr old ordered a Huckleberry Italian soda and my daughter ordered a chocolate milk shake,we also ordered 2 appetizers as we knew they were busy. The drinks came out in small child size cups and we never received the apps. Then my husband ordered another drink while waiting for our meals..this never came either. When the waitress brought us our food, she delivered each plate to the wrong recipient and each of us started on their food until we realized they were the wrong burgers. Then i asked why the drinks were so small and she replied.."i thought they were young, when your 21 years old you start thinking kids are younger." My son towers over me and he is clearly not a child. So we received the appropriate sized drinks, and were charged for 4 drinks at the same price as she didn't think it was an issue. When my husband finally told the bartender, his drink finally came out. When we were ready to pay,the 21 year old waitress told us, "Sorry for all the mixups" and walked away. This was 85 dollar tab and she didn't receive any tip. Even if the service was bad,we still tip but this waitress did not deserve any compensation
Decided to check out Red Robin after exploring the waterfront the night before and noticing the nice outdoor dining patio at Red Robin. (Also we are having a difficult time finding affordable food options during our stay in Seattle) Friendly hostess sat us outside on the patio and we didn't have to wait long for our server to come by and take our drink order. We had the bottomless freckled lemonade which was delicious. The burgers we ordered here were also very good, and arrived with a good serving of hot fresh fries. Our server did a good job bringing us refills and offering more fries, but the wait for our refills of fries took a very long time (over 20 min) so we were sadly finished with our burgers by the time we got our last fries refill. We then had to wait quite a while for our bill, which was disappointing since we were on a schedule and needed to make it to the Observation Deck before they closed and sadly missed it because of how long we had to wait for everything at Red Robin. Our server apologized for our waits though and thanked us for our patience, which we appreciated.
One thing I hated to see here, however, was the ketchup they leave on the patio tables, which sit in the sun all day and spoil the ketchup. I got severely sick because of this one time, and now note whether restaurants bring out ketchup from inside when seating you outside or leave their condiments out on the tables in the sun, and was sad to see the latter here.
We enjoyed our meal here, along with the reasonable prices and great outdoor patio on the water and would return.
Very poor service. Disorganized and slow. Not kid friendly at all - which is odd for a Red Robin. Our server Brey (Brea?) was disinterested.
The food was great! and the bartender remembered my food and drink order when I wound up there again the following day.
The location is great and despite being on the waterfront, prices are the same as other Red Robin locations. It's a little bit of a dated space but service is good and the views are wonderful!
Good view of the water, food as expected. Pretty packed, even at 5 pm.
Burgers are one of the best that I have had in seattle.
The view is the only thing worth it at this location. Inside you will find a disgusting and filthy mess even when is it not busy. Best way to find disappointment on your birthday.
I had been souring on Red Robin over the last couple years but dinner last week brought me back into the fold. Food was hot, fresh and was just like I remembered it.
The Bonzai Burger was delicious and fries and tartar were yummy. Super nice bartender who waited on us as well. Also they were playing great tunes over speakers like Third Eye Blind. Great dinner!
Great view and food consistent with the Red Robin brand. Love the hamburgers and French onion soup.
Tried veg burger and blue moon beer at this place. Easily the best burger I had in Seattle. The taste was amazing and the ambience was really good. Some NFL game was getting displayed and a birthday party was going on as well. The service was good and the staff were very courteous.
Red Robin's food is always ok (nothing spectacular) but I'd give the staff and service at this location 10 stars if I could. If there's a company award for best service by location, I'd like to nominate them. Friendly, genuinely caring, helpful, and kind. Well done folks.
Who doesn't love red robin ?? But I really like it at this location because of the view right on the water. I had the whiskey BBQ chicken sandwich and it was soooo good ! Our waiter was nice and friendly and even though it was during a lunch rush we had great service. It seems a little small, I wish it was a bigger restaurant!
Good friendly staff, great location. The food is good, not great though, otherwise it would be five star for me.
A little crowded last time I went, but still decent service. Food was good, but drinks took a long time. All in all it's worth a stop. Not like you don't know what you're getting.
The food was great but the customer service was slow. Though the view is amazing. You can see the sunset on the waterfront.
It's a chain burger place. That said, they have an online allergen and gluten free menu so that you can easily choose safe foods for your allergies or food preferences.
Really good service, great food. However the chocolate fruffles desert was not what I had hoped or expected. The menu said it was chocolate dipped brownie. This was more like chocolate fudge kit Kats dipped in the chocolate with a Carmel sauce and berry sauce on the side. Not worth it.
Dirty, terrible service, ran out of flatware (they served my friend his salad with no fork cause they ran out), uninspired and overpriced food with a 30 minute wait for a table on a winter afternoon.
Food was great except the garlic fries. Our waiter never offered me a refill, because he never stopped by to see if we needed anything.
Food was excellent, service was extremely slow but we were seated outside at a nice table so that was a huge plus.
Good spot for a quick drink and lunch before going on an Argosy boat cruise.
This place saved me from starvation when all the other restaurants in the area only offered pretend gluten free food. The burgers are A-ok!
Food is fine, pretty much what you would expect from a chain.
To me, the hallmark of a chain restaurant is consistency. You want the food to be the same from location to location, and especially for repeat visits. I'm happy to say this location has been incredibly consistent, and the staff is great to boot. Can't beat the views, either!
I give them three stars because the Northgate location is so much better. The burgers were just ok here. Patty was a little overcooked and fries could have been fresher. My server was super friendly though.
Service wasn't too good. It was at least 10 minutes after we were seated before a server came to take our order. She wasn't quick on our drinks. Should have been quicker with extra fries and soda. Not a particularly pleasant meal.
It was busy when we arrived so we waited patiently, then when we finally got seated, it took forever for the server to even talk to us, let alone order our drinks and food. Then 20 minutes for my mom and sister to get their alcoholic beverages while the tables around us began to become empty (and not getting cleaned for a long time). And then I waited another 15 minutes for me to get my lemonade from the bar.
The food took forever to arrive and was average even though the place was mostly cleared out.
If this was the first time I had come to a Red Robin, I would never come back.
Everyone in our party had a great time with a memorable view
Great quality burgers, good beer variety and kind service.Try to avoid the peak hours as this place is close to crowded tourist areas. However, in the worst case you will need to wait briefly for a table. Would go again.
Our server Austin was awesome! He started off by giving us free fries. Then he was very friendly and kept me very happy. Amazing service and food. Would definitely come back.
Me and my wife go here a few times a week, and I have to say it is the only Red Robin that has consistently great food (always hot amd fresh) as well as great service! Fave place for drinks, too.
Love this place, best bottomless fries. There's even healthier options like broccoli and chicken, not just burgers.
Amazing service, great food, and good atmosphere. If we ever return to Seattle I will be coming back.
Horrible service. We sat on the patio. One server had the whole patio. Spent over 2 hours waiting for food. 30 mins waiting for them to take the order. Managers where to busy socializing to help out there team member. Super disappointed. Food was ok and drinks where weak.
Guacamole bacon burger and Mac and cheese. And free endless fries with fancy sauce. Crazy good location. Ate here twice on a four day, three night stay in the city.
Excellent wait staff. Fun energetic and attentive. Great place for a kids birthday.
Customer service primo n very handsome smiles with nice tatooes n great menu items. Will be coming back for trying other menu items.
I feel like this place is overrated to expensive for a regular
Horrible service and food quality for the price. Maybe it's just this location. I've been to other red Robbins where the burgers were great.
Nice place. Friendly staff. Right on the pier near pike street market.
Food way okay, atmosphere was better than the food. Servers are always incredibly nice and funny.
Very friendly customer service but the waiter did not understand what was apart of our order. In the end my friendly finally got what she ordered and we were not over charged for the misunderstanding. The food was great and we were able to enjoy our lunch.
Food there is mediocre and so disgustingly bad for you.
Just ask for the nutritional information menu and you'll be shocked at what poison will enter your body.
Good place to eat, good burgers, sometimes crowded and loud.
Worst experience ever. Took 25 minutes before we even received water. Over an hour to get food. Order was messed up. Asked for server to refill water 3 times and he never did. Never received silverware even after asking. Took 40 minutes to get more fries. Restaurant was dirty, table was sticky, bathroom was horrible. Two items on menu we tried ordering and we're told they didn't have. Out of margaritas and several beers.
If your'e like me and didn't want to pay the outrageous prices of seafood nearby, this is a great option. I also love Red Robin and eating at one with a view from the Pier was awesome! It wasn't too crowded, and the food tasted great! The service wasn't the best, I imagine that its hard to keep up with so many tables that are spread out from each other. But all in all I had a great experience here!
Great Location on the water front, food on par with other Red Robins. Staff was excellent.
Sometimes I just stop there to get their 6.99 burger that comes with French fries lol much better than McDonalds and others
We couldn't even get a seat! It wasn't busy and we waited 15 minutes while wait staff kept walking past, they wouldn't even look our way. There were others behind us waiting as well, we finally left.
We were seated semi-quickly. Our party of three (2 adults and a child) were seated at a booth for two that had a great view of their overflow chair pile . It was a little cramped with the high chair and little leg room. Our server took a while to come to our table initially. Food was okay. I had a bbq wrap and the tortilla was rough. Service was slow, but friendly.
Good burgers, bottomless fries, enough said. Go for your free birthday burger!
Water view great. Service ok, not on par with less busy locations.
Service is usually better but our bottomless items had to continue to told by someone walking by, food was amazing and perfect as always wish the tip would've gone straight to the chefs on that day
Food not very good 100$ for warm food that was average at best not a fan
Had to listen to one of the employees talk to me about how he thought I had been to prison and he was very loud and obnoxious. (never been to prison) so this was very akward for me as he yells it out loud for everyone to hear.
They do not accept a valid identity document to eat at the bar if it is not a driver's license
We had a great time, excellent burgers, friendly staff, views of the water, spent less than $30 for two -- wonderful!
