OK burgers, lost some of its soul. Feels very corporate nowadays.

Paid $20 for my hamburger and left to get dinner somewhere else. Why? Because the burger was more like charcoal than food. Do your self a favor, go somewhere that the food is good, and the serving staff gives a damn. This place is a crime against food.

Gorgeous location. Worst service I've ever had at a Red Robin, which we usually love.

The Cobb Salad was excellent, but the hefeweizen was flat. Ask for a fresh keg.

The service is great even if the food is just Red Robin quality. Burgers are always good though.Our server was amazing and all of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Worst service ever. Took 20 minutes for anyone to come take our order. Took around 45 minutes to get my drink and food. Im pretty easy going but when not 1 waiter passes your table for 45 minutes and the resturaunt is almost empty... ridiculous. Not going back to this location ever!

Smelled of cleaner in the restaurant but nothing seemed clean.

Not a bad place. Staff weren t very friendly, but service was still decent. And food was good.

Royal red robin burger and fries with the right amount of seasoning

Love the ambience and the service . Been here a few times but they never let me down . During peak hours bigger groups has to be prepared to wait for an hour minimum and this is my experience. Love their whisky chicken burger .

Great American food burgers, shakes and the like. I love their garlic fries. The staff here is friendly.

Horrible host! No greeting when i came in. Hostess ask if i could leave my car seat in the front that holds me newborn! Another lady came in shortly after i did, tried to get the attention of the host and the hostess said i cannot help you right now and just left! I asked for a sling to hold my childs carseat and she never brought one over. Also when i entered, three employees walked by and didnt aknowledge anyone!

No one ever even came to help us. Terrible service. It did not seem like anyone working there cared about doing a good job. Note that it was not even a busy night. Not what you expect when you go to a Red Robin. I don t recommend this location!

When you want to go back to your past this the place.

Our hostess sat us an obvious dirty table. She placed the menus over some of the spills and crumbs and acted like everything was fine. As a waitress myself, I would never knowingly place a family at a dirty table. I didn't want to say anything to her because I wanted to see if she would take the initiative and do her job, but she didn't. If I wasn't as hungry as I was, I would of gone elsewhere, luckily they have us enough napkins with our silverware for me to clean the table. We won't be going here again.

The service is amazing. I usually dont expect much from Red Robin however I had a great time. All of the staff was friendly and polite.

I like red robing but but but they need to get My cheese curls back and make them fried mushrooms whole again they are now dry and small the suck the whole ones was juicy

If I could give this place no stars I would! I was visiting Washington from out of state and we decided to go here. WORST DECISION EVER!!! We sat in the outdoor area and the server was rude when he first came up to greet the table. My aunt ordered a beer (a bottled one) and about 20 minutes later we still had not received it. When she asked about it he said it was on its way. So apparently it takes 20 minutes to pop a cap off a bottled beer?!? He also came over once when our drinks were full and asked if we wanted refill and said and I quoted Do you want refills because it s a long walk over here and I have other tables. (He only had 3 tables at this time.) Being a server myself I was so stunned at how RUDE this server was!!! (Now I don t want to say his name but I really hope they wrote him up or something!!!) We said no and when our drinks were empty about 15 minutes later when our food came, he never came to refill them. By this time we were done eating and my aunt still never received her beer. When we were done eating by this point everyone was angry and just wanted to leave. Our server was standing talking to a table that he was friends with and stood there talking I kid you not for 45 minutes! Everyone sitting on the patio was leaving! The ladies behind us were waiting 45 minutes to just get their order taken. Then after waiting 20 minutes longer to see if we can pay our bill, he was still talking to this table!!!! My aunt has to go inside and flag down a manger just to pay the tab. My aunt told the manger about our awful experience and he took $10 off our bill. Then told my aunt that the beer she ordered has never even been typed in!! The sad thing was the food wasn t even bad just the service. Please please don t waste your time here and money for crappy service here!

This Red Robin is very well run with amazing service/a great team.

The food was even worse than the service tonight! Terrible.

If I could give a 0 I would. Went there on 3/28/18 at 3:00. Took 10 minutes to get the hostess to seat us. Sat for 20 minutes, never waited on. Watched all waiters chatting and drinking soda and not waiting on anyone. Table next to us was there before us and still not waited on when we walked out. Staff needs to learn to do there job. When we walked out there was a line waiting for the hostess to show up. A real shame. Walked down to Ivars and was seated right away, got water and food in less than 30 minutes.

Service was bad. Very bad. I like red robin but so bad orders where forgot and there was only 3 other groups in there. We where treated like we where an inconvenience not a customer.

Good food and big beers! The campfire sauce is a must with bottomless fries.

Seattle with Red Robin on the water. Classic Seattle prices, but a neat seat when the Boats aren't parked. It is right next to the Legacy Cruise so there is ALWAYS entertainment

Expensive due to location but quality food and service.

It was horrible. Granted,it was a gorgeous day,and no out door seating available. So we were seated at a long table that was sticky. The high chair we were given to use was filthy. We asked for a bowl of fruit for our toddler. It looked like it was 3 days old. I shared a sandwich and fries. They brought 1/2 a sandwich plate and forgot the other for a few minutes. The plate corners were covered in grease. GROSS. The whole place could use a good spring cleaning. We will never go to a Red Robin to dine any more.

People don't know how to talk with visitors. Don't want to name anyone but worst experience.

I guess I was expecting something different than your regular chain in other states but they just offered the same old menu as you would find anywhere else. The only difference was the views which are amazing if you get a good booth, otherwise don t expect anything different. Food was still good though!

Terrible service. Theres no urgency from any of the waiters/waitresses. Just to get our table wiped we waited 10 minutes then it was another 20 minutes before we got any drinks and service from our waiter.

This place is a birthday tradition in our family and we have come to expect before we go here that something inevitably will not go right. We might wait forever for our food or the bill. We might get the wrong order. We might not have napkins or cutlery or the restrooms might not be in the best shape. We sat here the other night reminiscing about our meals here and realized we have never had a normal restaurant experience at this place. But this Red Robin has gorgeous Seattle waterfront views and a great kid s meal and fun burgers and it is a restaurant I grew up with so for nostalgia and mud pie s sake we keep coming back.

Was in Seattle for Snow-Pocalypse 2019 and this was literally the only place open down on the pier! The restaurant was operating on 5-6 employees that night. Oh my God they were all over it! The bartender/waiter/busser guy we had was awesome! He had fries out to us as he delivered drinks. Food was spot on. He came over and chatted with us a few times (things were obviously slow). Totally appreciated them being open, and salvaging a few snowy days in Seattle.

Great location on the water! You can expect the classic red robin service. Clucks and fries, red robin royal burger and the unlimited steak fries.

The food, service, and the restaurant itself was good. You can pay at the table with a PoS tablet that is on every table which is nice. Server was attentive and anticipated refills of fries and drinks.

The seats by the window where you can look out on the water and boats is awesome. Great place to lunch.

Good food, got in in a timely matter waitress was exelexcellent but I was disappointed by the fact that you got charged for playing a game with no advance notice on getting a "entertainment fee"

Amazing selection of burgers, not very good vegetarian options. Very grubby food.

We too had Mr Smashmouth (sans goatee) but our experience was nothing but high quality, H2O and all. He was very attentive without being annoying. He told us how much he likes his job, and it showed! Refills on fries and water.

Overall had a great experience at Red Robin. Great food and atmosphere as well as affordable prices. I am pretty dissatisfied with the level of cleanliness, hence the 4 stars. The cracks of the table have NEVER been cleaned. The table was crumby and the chairs as well. Other than that, very pleased.

It was ok. Good variety of burgers, but much better around.

Terrible service. Took forever. If I could leave zero stars I would. Waiter rolled his eyes and sat at our table to take the order. Took 40 mins to be seated when told it would be 10. It took 25 mins to bring the kids drinks, we are still here and the adults still don t even have water. and the bottomless fries still have not come.

I can not wait to see what is next.

Overall the experience was unpleasant. Slow service - waitress was nice but the communication between the waitress and the kitchen seemed nonexistent, messed up two of our orders. As nice as our waitress was she was pretty nonexistent herself, only saw her a couple times from beginning to end and never checked back with us to see how the order was, even at time of payment. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting - paper all over ther floor, floors were sticky and gross and the whole restroom smelled saturated in pee - so they obviously don't bother to clean their restrooms very often. I know it's a chain restaurant and honestly if it weren't for my kids I'd never set foot in their restaurant but I've had much better service at other Red Robin's, so I know it can be achieved. Overpriced food, bad service and cleanliness issues. Bummer.

I love Red Robin. Good food, dependable. This one however, was loud and crazy.

The food here is good. The service is decent. The prices are a bit high.

Im not a fan of store-bought or restaurant mac 'n cheese, but I was sold on the pub mac 'n cheese here. Needed a little salt to elevate it a bit, but all round yum. The freckled lemonade was a hit too!

Best Red Robin that I've ever been to. Right on the water. Great happy hour prices in the bar. Family area is packed almost every time I visit but I sit in the bar area which usually has room. Of course the burgers are always top notch with bottomless fries. The tavern double burgers are probably the best burger deals in Seattle. Amazing they keep prices so low in this city.

As a parent staple and go to restaurant for kids, I've been going to Red Robin for over 10 years. Most of the Red Robin restaurants have gone downhill in terms of time waiting, cleanliness, food quality, and wait staff which has stopped us from returning. This Red Robin has good food, pretty clean, but most importantly they have great customer service and could teach a thing or two to the restaurants up north.

This location has very hit-and-miss service. Oftentimes does not have enough waitstaff and has half of the tables empty while everyone waits for a table.

Atmosphere and food was amazing! Weekends are normally pretty busy.

Bottomless are no longer bottomless. In addition to only getting 5-7 fries, "bottomless" refills cost $0.75. There is now no longer any reason to go to Red Robin.
