Service was really good. Place could of been a little bit cleaner.
I felt uncomfortable with the waiters' attention, I just did not like the deal.
You can order onion rings from a computer on the table.
Consistent high quality food and service. I always feel like I got more quality than I paid for here. Personal favorite: Fiery ghost style tavern double with bottomless fries and campfire sauce; all that for about $8.
We arrived his evening at approx 7pm, 17th Sept, and we waited about 3 minutes at the host welcome station. We could hear staff talking, so my partner headed into the restaurant to see if there were any staff about to seat us.
A server saw us and headed over, I asked for a table for two; she seemed like she really didn t want to serve us and said I suggest you head over into the bar area , and started to address the people behind us.
Now, knowing how bars are in the USA (we were visiting from the UK) we hadn t brought our passports out with us as we were not planning on drinking at all.
The bar server greeted us when we sat down (it wasn t clear where they wanted us to sit). As he is meant to by law, he asked us for some photo ID. We only had our British Driving Licences, which of course are not permitted ID by the state. He asked us to move to another area of the restaurant. All in all, very embarrassing for us (we are 35 and 37 years old), as we weren t planning on drinking, just food. Had the original server actually cared to ask, or just seated us in the restaurant like we were looking for, then we wouldn t have felt embarrassed.
We decided to walk out, given the service was so poor, and not a reflection of the great service we had experienced elsewhere in Seattle.
Had food to go, was given bottomless fries as we waited!
*takeout* the ladies at the front always help me with my allergies (gluten, dairy, nightshades, grains) and go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my meal is safe. I cannot thank you all enough for being the once place I can eat allergen friendly. thank you, and to the wonderful kitchen, a million times over
Food was great, service in the fairly empty bar was a bit slow.
It's the fries that make Red Robin better than any other burger place.
Stopped by with my family during the lunch rush- no biggie, we assumed there would be a wait. We were told 45 minutes and the young ladies at the front desk took our info. We waited 50 minutes and were never called. Hours later no call for our reservation. At 60 minutes we went to Kidd Valley and enjoyed better service and food.
The food was great. The service was awful. We have never had a good experience as far as servers go at any Red Robin. But the food was 5 stars just our server brought the stars down.
If you call the restaurant, they will take new orders between 8:30pm & 9pm! Doors close PROMPTLY at 9pm.
Still the best ranch!!!! Dependable staple with decent burgers and excellent Oreo shakes. My companion LOVED his BLTA.
Horriable customer service, the server was not friendly AT ALL and took so long to bring out my food in which I had to ask the manager for my food. Worst service ever.
Cheese curds and cheese sticks, need I say more? Also a wide selection of burgers. Prices and great because it's a chain which is hard to find in Seattle.
The view was nice, however we ordered and we got our food before our drinks 15 mins after ordering. We watched the table beside us leave when no one came to even take a drink order.
The staff seems to enjoy themselves though as we watched them bebopping to the tunes and they all had their cell phones in the back pocket of their jean's ready to keep up with their social media. Too bad customer service isnt the focus.
It's a Red Robin so you probably know what the food is like. What sets this location apart is the view. They have a great spot right on the water with views of the water front and Olympic Peninsula.
The food was good, and the waiter was very helpful and very pleasant.
The food is pretty standard for a Red Robins. This place can be a bit diffuclt to get to by foot, but definitely doable. The view of the Puget Sound and the Grear Wheel are definitely the biggest draw for me.
Most unique Red Robin I've ever been too! They have the original artwork from the first Red Robin 50 years ago!
The table top gadget takes away from the service, but they do have some of the most delicious food and drinks!
Took 40 minutes to seat us at a table that was open the whole 40 minutes. When asked about it they said they needed the time for the servers. Not acceptable
Great food and great service. Only thing that would have been better... a seat with a view.
Quite ok burger place with good location down by the piers
Good food (as usual) and the value on beverages is the best in the business, but I still find the reliance on those tablet things a bit annoying. So did our waitress. She started taking our order on the tablet and the pulled out a pad of paper and wrote the order down.
I reserved a table for 5 people outside and they said I have to wait 30 minutes.
After waiting they said we had to split into 2 different tables.
I don't think they were willing to accommodate us at anyway.
One of the best locations for Red Robin cause Avery he severed my table he done such a great job I will be always coming to this location!! Thank you Avery !!
Take out is quick and easy here. Decent vegan options and amazing fries.
The service was great dispite being busy, they even have boca burgers :-)
Good foood steamed broccoli and fries are the best part
Love their cod and chips, great garlic fries and always excellent service.
Waiter was a lifeless drone with no personality. Food was good . bathroom sucked very dirty and unappealing.
This is based off of their catering, not dining experience. Ordered lunch for my company and called 4 days ahead of time to place the order. Was on hold for over 15 minutes the first time, had to call again to place an order. The day of delivery, they called an hour before the food was supposed to be ready and told me they didn't have turkey burgers available. Still letting it slide at this point. Finally, I asked them to have it delivered between 11:45-noon at the latest. They don't come til 12:45 or so, so most of my lunch break had to be bothered by my staff about where their food is. When trying to call to see where it was, was on hold for another 10 minutes. The final cou de gra was that it took me 3 different days of calling to finally get a receipt emailed to me. I only gave them two stars because the team enjoyed the lunch, but from my side I'd never place an order from this location again.
High priced..food isn't very good.. atmosphere kinda sucked
The best experience at RedRobins, however RedRobins isn't the best. I would recommend going here. Although there are better places to eat. Nice view here, and in summer it is usually packed.
This place is pretty underrated in my opinion, but only if you skip the crowds for the bar. It's definitely one of the cheaper places to eat at on the waterfront and has a great view.
We were a little bummed we couldn't sit outside on the pier, but we were impressed they were able to get us in and out of there within an hour. It was cool to visit The Original Red Robin.
Service was ok my burger wasnt cooked right waited 5 minutes standing until the host came out and sat me
Worst service I had at a restaurant! Had to keep asking for our drinks, didn't refill the fries, got most of the orders wrong. Hamburgers were so rare they were almost bloody. The fries they did bring were cold. The restaurant was dirty. Many of the tables still had plates of food left on them. Had to keep asking for ranch which they never brought us so we gave up. Took a long time to bring us our bill when we asked for it. We should have walked out, but we didn't. They did end up giving some of our meals for free and a bottle of seasoning. I love Red Robin, but not this particular one.
Incredibly disappointing. My husband and I walked in off the street after a full day of sightseeing. Instead of informing us that they were closing in 5 mins, they sat us at a table with menus. When the server ran to our table to introduce himself, he informed us that the bartender would "allow" us to order 1 order of drinks before they shut the bar down. Then he proceeded to rush us through ordering, and left us to check out via the tablet on the table. We would've easily had a $100+ order, instead we had sloppily made drinks and undercooked burgers. Sometimes the extra time you give a table pays off but when you rush people and make them uncomfortable, you ensure they won't return.
Always good for a burger. Prices are ok. Friendly staff !
Came here on Saturday around 6pm. Was seated in the bar and that's where service ended. After 5 minutes, I had to physically find a waiter for a menu. I asked for 2 and he refused to give them to me. So I turned around to walk back to my table and then he physical shoved them at my arm. Another 5 minutes go by & still no service. Couldn't get a single waiter or hostess attention to order drinks or food. Finally just left. Definitely don't waste your time here. The food is not worth the terrible service.
Summary, views and outdoor patio on the pier, make for a great spot.
The food was as is expected at Red Robin with the usual drinks. The standout is the location with the beautiful view of the sound. Watching the ferries come and go, next to the Argosy departures area. The restaurant is what I expect expect of a national chain. The fact that you have an option that is less intimidating to my family members who do not like seafood made it perfect for us.
Seated almost immediately with a party of seven, and was given many many bottomless fries and freckled lemonades. Would definitely go here again!
Service was really slow/unattentive and food was prepared with equally little care
Food is great and I love the bottomless steak fries and drinks. The only comment I have is that it is always a bit messy. This is because it s always really busy, but it would be great if the bus staff or waiters could grab a broom and sweep the aisles every now and then so food is not sticking to the bottom of your shoes when walking to and from your table.
Beatiful view. Nice allocation. Poor customer service. Jessica W the replacement server came in n introduced herself. Then disapeared as soon as she arrived. 45 minutes later had to self check out. Met her chilling with some random with a starbucks around the corner. Check no. 100020 table 44.
Fun casual dining experiences, good for families, friends, or dining alone. Usually loud but great service. Has a great bar that you don't need to wait for
It was a short wait for our table. Very helpful and cheerful service staff.
Memorial day weekend was very busy and the food didn't measure up.
Worse experience in a restaurant in a long time.
Waited outside for a table, for 40 minutes. After we were seated it took 20 minutes for them to bring our water. Ordered 4 hamburgers well done, two with broccoli one with fries one with mac and cheese. When our hamburgers came there was no mac and cheese, the two orders of broccoli were cold. We started eating or hamburgers that ended up being very red, but ate them anyway because we felt like things were not going to get any better. We were right they did not. The mac and cheese and broccoli finally made it back to our table by the time we finished our raw hamburgers and we're ready to go. By the way the table next to us I will leave sat there about 30 minutes before they came and took their order, he was not happy either but I did wish him good luck. He said I'm not counting on it.
Love the sun set view towards the lake, sweet & friendly service, yummy Buffalo wings & bottomless fries. One of my family's favorites.
