A great setting right on the water front. The wait was really great tonight, my waitress was right there when I was looking for her and not intrusive at other times. It's hard to go wrong with bottomless fries, especially when they are cooked the way you like which tonight's were.
Food was good but the service was not good. Not a busy night either
Server was great, but with portions drastically smaller than advertised and a manager that refused to help when server was trying to help with a billing issue, I wouldn't recommend.
Have not been to a RR is a while, surely quality isn't a priority. Servers were all very nice to us.
Very understaffed. Our server gave us our check right after dropping off our food and told us they were changing shifts and she had to close us out. Never had anyone come help us again.
No refills on our drinks or fries or even to ask if we were ok.

Love their bottomless fries, floats, and fruit! My kids left full. The servers were very friendly. Took a little bit longer than I would like, but good experience over all.

This location is hit or miss with food and service.
Terrible service. Not a clean restaurant and you have to wait long time to get your order. You have to ask for everything including silverware, water, ketchup.. Highly disappointed

Tony was a great help. We brought in 47 people and even though we ordered in advance that's still a lot to go through. He was helpful and understanding in working with our population. ( 40 teenagers 25+ with autism) I would recommend them for school groups and those needing extra help. They gave us a great deal and really looked out for us.

There were empty tables when we were fonally seated. Then procedded to tell us kitchen is backed up. While watching the staff just chill most of the time.
The place is great. Nice ambient atmosphere. But be prepared for 30minute wait times.

I first went to this location because of the great water views. I am currently a regular before of the incredibly great staff. Food wise it's the same quality as every RR. If you like good views of the water, you'll have a good time.

Nice place, price four dinner ok however...the mojito drink glass was FULL of ice. YEP, half a drink for full price. Not that I was trying to catch a buzz but give me my drink for its dollar value.
I have never been dissatisfied with the food from red robins. The fries are amazing as well as the robins chili , the Cesar salad and the freckled lemonade.
Went here in July and it was a mistake. Honesty we should have gone somewhere that had fish in chips instead - since we were in Seattle, WA. It took us a good 45 minutes to get a table for four. This was probably because we were behind a seating for a table for 11, but maybe they should have told us this when we asked what the wait was like.. Then it took another 45-60 minutes to get our food. Yes they were busy but they had so few servers that it seemed like we didn't see our server at all. I wish I could leave a better review but I cannot.

No charge on food. A friend and I went to this Red Robin and the waiter accidentally gave my food to the wrong person which I was unaware of. They immediately came over apologized and said they won t charge me for my plate and will get it out to me as soon as possible. Had they not even said anything I would have no idea what happened, that kind of honestly I value and would recommend this Red Robin to people looking to grab a burger in a nice family friendly environment.
First time using this location and had food delivered. Ordered no pink... my black and blue burger was overcooked and dry. Had 2 pieces of mushrooms and 4 pieces of onion, almost no cheese sauce and the lettuce was beyond wilted on my blue cheese crumbles were all over the box not the burger. Had about half the fries i would usually get when i order it to go. Guess i will stick with a better location, like Puyallup.

I wish I can give a better review but that night they were out of ice cream and milkshakes, two strikes. And then our server was constantly snippy and inconvenienced by our requests. It wasn't a good experience and wish it was because we were out with our friends in a group 9.
My wife and I have been traveling back and forth between Seattle and Kitsap County over the last week to stay close to our son who is in the hospital. On December 11, we were on our way back to the ferry and it was dinner time. We have been eating nothing but hospital food and fast food for the last week. I suggested a few different places that were close to the ferry terminal and I remembered that Red Robin was down from the ferry. My wife placed the order online while we were driving toward the boat with the plan of walking down to Red Robin, pick up our order and head back to the ferry
We hit some traffic and it looked like that we were going to make our boat but not be able to walk down and pick up dinner. We called to see if we could cancel our order however, Brandy offered to walk down to the ferry (in the rain) and meet us with our dinner (she told us to look for the girl with the red balloon).
We were blown away with her kindness and willingness to do this and sure enough, as we were pulling into the terminal, there was Brandy with our dinner (and her red baloon).
All I can say is thank you. You made a couple of exhausted, hungry parents very grateful.

I went to red robbin had some drinks on new years eve 1999 said nothing to anyone for an hour. Some one made made me leave I have never been to a bar again red Robbins bar or another bar anywhere thanks you kinda ruined my life
Didn't have what we wanted on tap available at the time and the server was a little curt with us. Drinks came out fine when we picked something else though and at a decent price.
View is by far the getter for this place. Service was nice. Food was great especially when compared to other Red Robin locations.

Ordered veggie burger, which was outstanding and my husband ordered chicken platter and he really enjoys it. His first words were, Oh wow, the chef made it with perfect blend of spices and cooked it so perfectly...

It was super busy and we waited for around 15 minutes to get seat outside and I must say it was worth waiting...
I thought the food was great the server we had was very poor. He was inattentive and at times sitting on his butt doing nothing. We were all out of drinks and bottomless fries and we had to wait 10 minutes to get another fries. By the time we got our fries we were all done with their food and I was done with my food as well. When I needed to leave he took about 15 minutes to get our t check. We were a group of 12 and I specifically told him active beginning of getting our orders that we were all individual orders. So at the end of the meal he told us to pay on that one check. Most of my friends are low income which means we only have enough to pay for our meal. There is no way we could financially pay a one check. That is why I told him this is separate checks please. When I needed to Leave to catch a cab he was very sarcastic and told me that I should've paid one check. And then he took five more minutes to get my friend cash for 20. U2 should be filled constantly. As a result the cab canceled on me . Adding more stress I have epilepsy and it doesn't do me good to have stress after a good meal and more stress. I probably will not return.
Meh... Maybe I remember something about Red Robin that makes me nostalgic for it, but whatever it is got lost.
Our initial server was fine. Nice guy, took our orders, came back when he said he would. But then other people started bringing out our orders, and things got screwy. Forgotten drinks, asked for sides that never showed, etc.
On top of it, it was just bad food. I don't know why I have a recollection of RR being good, because it's just not.
Mediocre service and bad food. That's what it is now I guess.

I loved this Red Robin. My boyfriend and I sat in the bar area and I got an Angus and blue cheese burger with added avocado and it was so good! They were really fast with the fry and drink refills too. I loved the atmosphere and our waitor was awesome and friendly.
