Gazing at Gorgeous views while enjoying yummy food and service.

This restaurant provided one if the worst server experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Our waitress was almost non existent, when we had an issue with our food she completely ignored it and never came back. The only saving grace was the manager who not only explained that the waitress was being sent home for poor service but also provided a discount on the food.

cheapest place on the waterfront and the burgers are good. service is sort of slow though.

Friendly staff in the restaurant but the cake staff would have to go to a cooking school ... A visit is the time and not worth the money ....

this was an amazing experience, we went to Seattle for a vacation to go to the minecon event. After doing all of what we wanted for the day we went to red Robin the server was extremely nice and the food was amazing. The chef was an awesome guy

Good service after 20 minutes trying to figure out who was to be serving our table.

My friends and I visited for appetizers and the waiter was incredibly friendly, the food was great and we were very impressed. When we entered the lobby was full but we only had to wait for a table for about ten minutes. Honestly, the staff was some of the friendliest I have seen in Seattle, especially considering a majority of their costumers are tourists. This is a great place and I recommend it to anyone at the waterfront who doesn t want overpriced touristy food.

Busy day with a long wait, but service and food were outstanding and worth the wait.

the food was like every other red robin, but the place is not very clean. the floors, tables and menus were grimey and sticky. i was not impressed.

Beer is cold and prices are really good for Seattle. Rated 4 stars for the burgers and hors d'oeuvre. If you want variety I would go somewhere else. Service was above average

Well, the food was good for a chain restaurant. The service on the other hand leaves much to be desired as well as the cleanliness. They definitely need to do some spring cleaning!!!

Food is very good, and fresh, love there hamburgers, and fries, the service is okay, food takes forever to come out, I waited 1 hour for my food, but it was very fresh. Decent prices.

The employee's service is too bad and they gave the wrong food or missing items

The food is good but they did not have many things, there were no desserts or beers and the attention was sometimes lacking

They have some gluten free options but not many. I got a King Brie burger (or something similarly named) and it was good. They had apples as a side. The server didn't seem to understand that the gluten free menu specifically said no dressings on salads or that the electronic version of the menu didn't give pricing or descriptions of the foods, so like all things gluten free, be your own advocate and don't let them rush you. :)

Bad customer service....my husband and I sat there for over 20 minutes and none of the servers took our order. We ended up walking out.

Delicious and love the hint of old school vibe. It is accessible of course.

High quality servers, usual red robin meals and I though their timing was particularly good.

This is such a cool Red Robin! A Seattle Waterfront staple. The bartenders here are incredible! The view is also awesome. Right on the water, tucked up along the boats. So cool! The outdoor seating is as good as any along the waterfront. The bar is cozy and great for watching sports. Usually not too busy in the winter. The summer can be busier but still a great atmosphere. The food is normal Red Robin, great food with bottomless amazing fries.

Shoutout to the new guy! He made our experience so memorable. He mistaked my guy friend for a girl, saying "hey ladies" it was funny my friend didnt care, but this new guy legit gave us free sodas cause he felt so bad. He is an amazing server, get this man a promotion! Red Robin, YUMM

Our server Austin W was outstanding!! Very friendly, kept checking in with us and refills were prompt. He was awesome with other guest and lots of patients with kids. He rocked

Gotten pricier over the years and stingier with their fries. But still good burgers and tasty food all around.

Great location, love the outdoor seating. Sadly my family was seated on a Wednesday night and completely forgotten about. We sat for 30 minutes without even being brought water. I even tried hitting the needs assistance button on their table side tablet but all it did was blink. Eventually we got the hint and left.

I'm sure this was a fluke though it wasn't exactly a busy night. We'll probably try it again just for the view.

The wait was long but worth it. I believe they were short staffed because it took forever to get out drinks and have our order taken. We are here for lunch and don t remember it being extremely packed. We decided to eat here right after our Argosy tour ride. The burgers were great and overall the experience wasn t bad.

This was by far the best experience I gave had at any Red Robin since leaving the east coast! Alex was our waiter. He was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in burgers and gave recommendations. Delicious drinks, food, customer service, beautiful waterfront view. We will definitely be dining here again.

Hands down amazing place to eat. Burgers are juicy and filled with flavor and you get unlimited fries who doesn t love unlimited fries?? The banzai burger is my favorite burger there, pineapple and teriyaki make the burger burst with flavor and it s like heaven in your mouth. 10/10 recommend eating here, plus the workers are very nice and as a bonus you get a view of the beautiful puget sound while you eat.

Good food, poor service. Waiter was absent from our table for most of the process. Spent time wandering around aimlessly. Manager had to step in and provide service to save the day. Love RR but bad fail on this visit. 7/3/2017. 5pm

Add 50% to your wait time, walk in to a mostly empty restaurant. Staff are unfriendly and have been trained to yell to your face

Friendly staff, fast service and great location right on the water.

Not really a fan just only choice since we didn't want seafood.

Food was hot and tasty. The view was amazing. Cobb salad was good, love the option of fresh fruit instead of fries.

Always enjoy coming here! It can get really busy and so there can be bit of a wait to be seated at a table but I honestly don't mind. Every server I've ever had has been so friendly and the food has always been delicious and top notch. The view is gorgeous, too!

Excellent burgers! Clean place and conveniently located. We went in for a quick bite before a cruise and their service was fast.

Woooorst service. Never once refilled our waters (everyone's glass was empty), got 3 orders wrong, no napkins or silverware, food was luke warm, extra bottomless fries took FOREVER, would not redeem free birthday burger, charged for special fries they never brought. Then acted so annoyed and even started talking to another server while we were trying to remedy the situation. The sunset was pretty though.

Horrible! Had to go into the kitchen to get the manager to sit us. Then ran out of something we ordered. Canceled that meal and they canceled the wrong meal. Brought us a wrong meal after that. What a mess.

Good taste, but we felt rushed and pressured to finish the food because the waitress was picking up the dishes without letting us finish and gave us the check before we finished.

If you are Hispanic, be prepared to wait at least 25 minutes to be treated and receive disgusted looks from some waitresses, two waitresses approached to ask if we were ready to order but they did not take our order, we waited there for 25 minutes and saw how they attended first to other people who came after us. I must clarify that although there were more diners the restaurant was not full so that the lack of attention was excused.

For 2 people it was expensive.31 and some change for 2 small cowboy ranch burgers and about 15 fries each. What happen to their bottomless fries ? Then to top it off, I ordered 2 root beer floats and the cups where only 1/2 full and I had to ask them to fix them. They brought me out 2 sides of soda! Not impressed with this location at all.

Besides manager who tried to save dinner. The wait staff 'jessie (m) was utterly horrible.

Came in here a few days ago for my son's birthday party, and were told that we would have to be placed at separate tables. The host showed me their "new policy" and cited it as the reason that my party of ten couldn't sit all together. The server was great, I'm just very upset that my son had to choose which of his friends he wanted to sit with. It was the middle of the day, and there was plenty of space for us to sit together. Ridiculous. Red Robin needs to accommodate for large birthday parties! I don't know if we'll be back next year for Michael's birthday if this policy is still in place!!

Poor waiter service waited long time before being recognized and asked got order. Food brought out and had to ask for silverware. Than had to ask and wait to get "unlimited fries" refill.

An older venue, which is fine.......but it needs to be cleaned. Not exactly sure how else to put it.

There was no host/hostess when we showed up and a server took care of our seating themselves. By the time we were leaving, there was a rude, unsmiling, "too busy to be kind" attitude hostess who was there. Which is fine if you're busy (she was not). I usually like this restaurant, but all in all a huge turn off experience.

I'd rate them 1 star except they have better locations in other cities, and the burger wasn't trash.

P.s. Actually the bartender was pretty cool, so I'm gonna mention it. Kinda reaching for strings here.

Great selection of burgers and always great customer service

Horrible experience. 30 minute wait turned into almost 50. Rootbeer float had no ice cream in it. Nieces was just all ice cream. The Sprite was out of syrup and I asked for my son to have a rootbeer float instead and they brought just rootbeer. My son and niece ordered corn as thier side they brought it straight out from a freezer? It was frozen. (This was after they brought oranges as a side after we told them corn) My sisters burger came with egg and bacon. It came out with only meat, cheese and bun. The salad was supposed to have no onion or tomato, it had both. And the manager had to re do our checks 3 times. They do not listen. And the kitchen was horrible. The waiter was fine but there over service/experience was TERRIBLE!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would! Do not waste your time or money!!

Good service, good location right on the water. I probly didnt need the video game machine on my table tho. Food was decent. I'll go back and try some other burgers next time. All u can eat fries..thats a good thing and theyre fresh.

I have an active 3 year old and RR is my go to family restaurant.

Service is iffy, but the food is consistently delicious. I don't think they have enough staff to support the size of the actual restaurant but the food makes up for the wait.

Delicious gourmet burgers. Service is exelent. A must go. There are also other options to choose.

Waited a few minutes just for a host to show up. After being seated turns out they wouldn't serve me beer even though I showed a foreign driver's license, and a BC ID, AND a photo of my passport.

Good food. We were in a hurry and the server was very accommodating.
