Sat in the bar. Very quick service and accurate with orders.

Good bartender, service is still slow. Not because the restaurant was busy.

Edit: July 6, 2018 visit one of the worst visits to this location, EVER! 2 major issues this time:
1. Crispy chicken salad had 3 hairs in it, 2 curly and one straight.
2. Ordered a double shot of 1800 and inquired about why I was served less than a single. He very rudely told me that not only was it a double, but he over poured it, and walked away.

I emailed support who said a regional manager would contact me, but no one ever did.

Came here for a family birthday. Larger male server with a goatee straight off a smash mouth album cover. Awkward references showing his social peak was in the late 90s.("High quality h2o" with the delivery of every glass.) Burgers looked like they were made by the overnight shift at Burger King. The whiskey river Burger had no onions or BBQ sauce. Sent it back when I saw it and the replacement came 10 minutes after everyone else had finished. The new one wasn't as bad but overall the experience was a total failure. Never had one water refill. Bad service and as a table we received 0 french fry refills.

This is NOT the Red Robin you grew up with...

I have big carb needs, and their bottomless fries are matched only by their bottomless customer service. Busy so they won't hold your hand but they will keep it eating as long as you don't hold them back.

I highly recommend their fries.

Food is good fir the price though I avoid the specialty burgers

Burgers are amazing! Unlimited fries are a plus. Try the sweet potato fries also, you won't be disappointed. The bacon aioli is superb. Thus is a hidden green in the seattle waterfront. Service is great

Good food. Can be fairly busy especially during dinner. This location has a nice view of Elliott Bay and the servers are friendly.

Went here with a family member out of town. Service was horrible. We had to ask 5 times for fries and sauce and 3 times for our children's drinks. Not a good experience at all!

Prompt service and location is great to enjoy the sunset view.

Amazing atmosphere was enhanced by the beautiful view of the waterfront.
The staff were all pretty great. Aimee was our waitress. She was perfect.
Food was very good and arrived pretty quickly.

Soft pretzels came cold with no cheese. I paid extra for crispy sweet potato fries and they came cold and soggy with no dipping sauce. The salad was just lettuce thrown in a box with two croutons, no other toppings. The wraps was thrown in, unwrapped, and slopped everywhere. Everything was cold and terrible. Worst food service/ quality ever.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a RedRobin. First off when sat in the bar for twenty minutes before anyone greeted us or gave us menus
Then they took mother fifteen minutes to take our order we asked for waters and they didn t come until the one drink we ordered and that took another ten minutes. We asked for fries when placing the drink order the people who can after us two sets of them received their items before we even got asked how we were doing we said we are still waiting in our fries they said they were really busy back there which is ridiculous one because they weren t buy and two it was just fries and then they were right out piping hot.
Then when were done we asked for our bill then we sat there and waited and waited finally I went up to the other server and said could I pay our bill she said she would send our server over I asked for a manager she said he was buay but would come out in a bit. He never came out but when I said nevermind this was horrible we got change from the bartender And was leaving as I took a sip of my Mai Tai the server then said well drink that down it will make things better and walked off
She was completely rude and disrespectful this is actually my worst customer service experience ever

Yummy! Great waiter, fresh cooked food. Nice options, good price.

We had a good staff here from the hostess to the waiter. They were friendly about us having a service animal and the waiter was attentive. My burger didn't have any pink unfortunately but it was still good. I also don't know why restaurants like this have carpet because it never feels completely clean even though I know it was.

Miraculous ability to mess up a "build your own" order and completely ignore everything on it. How hard is it to follow a list of items?

Good place to grab lunch without a wait. Can't argue with the view and decent enough burgers.

My brother goes here occasionally and the staff know him as a regular and are incredibly friendly.

The black and bleu is one of the nicest burgers I've had.

Should replace it with something that's true to seattle,not some overpriced mainstream okayish family restaurant ,it's busy but it doesn't have the feel you go for when you haven't been to Seattle before and are on vacation

Bad service. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for the order to be taken.

The food is very good and a nice location right on the waterfront. The burgers are wonderful as are the onion rings and the milkshakes. The waitresses and the staff here are super friendly I've never been to a red robin where they were not. Not super expensive either and really good deals on certain foods. The only real downside to this place is the wait on weekend nights which can be up to about 35 mins but other than that it is always a good experience here.

It's all of what Red Robin normally delivers in a cool ass location with great views.

Place is dimly lit with extremely dated decor. Stains on back rests and torn frayed carpet. Dirty menus. Staff were obviously stoned and distracted, but friendly.

Went to the Seattle Pier location. My bartender/server was amazing but the hostess staff was more than lacking. I have worked in the service industry forever, my best friends own bars and restaurants in Seattle, so I don t complain often because I understand how detrimental it can be to business. The hostess on shift was sitting and not greeting and gossiping with her fellow co workers who were occupying the waiting area, they looked so comfy. A server walked up to me sweet as could be and greeted me and directed me to the bar (not her job, especially with how staffed the hostess booth looked). After my great experience with a Ryan, the bartender, I left. As I exited I noticed all of the same staff still sitting down In the lobby talking to the hostess on shift and none of them recognized my exit so I said thank you so much, have a great night where none of them even looked up or responded, but instead continued gossiping (loud enough for anyone waking in to hear). This is not a review of the entire restaurant per se because every other experience was top notch, but get some new hostesses please. I should not have to exit and thank them. I would fire my front desk at my salon immediately if they were as lackadaisical as the them.

This is one of my favorite Red Robins the staff is great the food is usually always fresh and cooked right even when really busy since it's by the water front you get your order within 20mins depending on how many people you came with.

Food wasn't bad but honestly reminded me of a whopper from burger king. Was expecting alot better quality burger than it was.

Good burgers. But, the free fries must be made of gold--they are really reluctant to give them out.

California burger on lettuce instead of bread is delish.

Very poor service. We waited forever at our table, no one came. We we're noticed but nobody decided to actually come check on us. Called our waiter with the little tablet, he took our order, brought food and only came back to give us our check. Wont come here again but the burgers and soup was good:)

Today Red Robins wasn t at its best. Friendly staff for sure but very unorganized out on the patio and very dirty. Tables sat un bussed and when we arrived to our table it was dirty. The host wiped it down in a hurry. We followed up after he left with our own sanitary wipes. Food was ok but to compare to other Red Robin s this one seems like they are just too rushed. Staff up and get better reviews. Maybe quality will improve. Keep on with the friendly staffing but put some more passion into cleanliness and quality.

So I came to Google reviews to rate this restaurant, and found that I had reviewed it two years ago, and I said it was great service and good food. And this time was even better. Our server Willie W was absolutely awesome, and just plane on top of it. As someone who used to run some top end restaurants in NYC, I would have definitely enjoyed for this person to work at one of my restaurants. His service was outstanding to say the least. And I would also love to give a shout-out to the other members of the staff, who also provided us service, they were also on top of the service. It was a really enjoyable visit. I highly recommend this restaurant location and if have a change, definitely ask for service by Willie W, you will not be disappointed.

Horrible service. We were seated right away but waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged by our server. Also, our server dropped BBQ sauce on the carpet right in front of our table, before the acknowledgement and watched employees just walk on by it. Once our food arrived, I had to find an employee to give me silverware. My son had to step over the BBQ sauce when we left. I only tipped 10%, which was generous. We won't be back.

Inexpensive good food and good service. My go to place to eat out and save some money. Have one person get unlimited fries and another person to get unlimited salad. Then you both get a salad and fries.

Customer service is garbage here. Went with my wife for her birthday burger. Was basically ignored the entire time. Never going back.

Great food and happy hour specials. Waterfront view with indoor and outdoor seating.

Our waitress never got back to us for many things we asked her for (including our CHECK!) Our food was so cold by the time she brought it to us. She seemed very distracted talking to her friends that were also dining there. It wasn't even a busy when we were there, so I'm not sure why she continuously ignored us.

Just left and will never be back. Had to wait forty minutes for a table, even though the restaurant was half empty. Then watched our server pass us half a dozen times and not even acknowledge us while helping everyone else around us. The greeter was not helpful and had an attitude that the customers were bothering him. The final straw was our server went right to a table of people that sat 15 minutes after us and promptly got their drink order. The lack of customer service is inexcusable and is the reason I will never be back and I will also tell others it is not worth their time or money.

Staff are fantastic, burgers are very tasty. Hardest part is picking one. Very extensive menu!

Awesome team serving great beer and food. Recommend the 32 ounce beer and the teriyaki wings.

Worst service from the waiter to the manager. Was there for 2 hours food came out wrong then 15 min apart for each meal. Was brought water after being there for 35 min took almost an hour to get a beer. Would never even consider stepping foot inside this location again

Arther was trying his hardest. But was the only one. It was chaotic and the food was not the best. Will not be back. Only feel bad for Arther he was the only thing good about this experience

The worse service ... The host was unfriendly and almost as rude. The waiter was no where when you need him... The burgers we're OK

Yum! Try their chocolate banana shake. I love the Royal Red Robin burger, a burger with egg, they have a good burger seasoning that sits on your table and can (and should) be added liberally to burgers and fries.

This Red Robin is better than usual because you can sit where you can see the water. Pleasant view, good service, good food. Worth visiting.

It's Red Robin. It's exactly what you think it'll be. Burgers and bottomless steak fries. Grab one of those Strawberry Lemonades, but make sure when they refill you, they give you a new glass, not just throw a pitcher down on the table. It tastes better that way.

Service was not very good. At all. Manager took off most of our items... Bread was hard for burgers wings cold not made right. Drinks came after our food....

We had a quick lunch in here before going on the Argosy harbor tour. The food and service were good. We could tell or server had a rough night before but she was attentive and courteous. Overall a positive experience.
