Usually very good ,food prep was lacking, brussel sprouts had the hard stem left on the bottom and the lettuce in the salad was full of harder stem, then med- rare steak came well done. It was fixed and the replacement was perfect . This is the first time I've had any complaints at this Red Lobster out of three previous visits.
