I went to Ralphs buy some groceries for Labor Day barbecue what my woman and family.

The new design is moronic, I hope it is temporary. Looks nice and fancy but worse functionality for checkout. All the cashiers+self checkout are cramped into a small area which makes the already disoriented visitors more confused and creates one giant line for all cashiers. I walked out of that mess

Clean environment, friendly staff, great place to shop.

Don't take Ya wife or girl friend with u. Staff very friendly

With the recent remodel, this store has be upgraded. Especially now there is a Starbucks in the store. For years I've avoided this store for years and resented that I had to so the the store in Westchester or El Segundo because the store was so bad. Thank you Ralph's for stepping up your game.

Family grocery store. Food is fresh and good sales iteams.

Dislike that there's only one door to go/out so it gets crammed
But other than that everything is very easy to find and very clean and overall great customer service.

Busy, busy but the staff manage to make it all look like a well oilled machine.... Our a truly wild synchronized swimming troupe!! And it goes without saying all the important things: helpful, knowledgeable, funny, polite and just pretty GREAT.

I used the coinstar machine. Quick and easy to get money.

Big change hadn't been there since the store was remodeled absolutely beautiful and also beefed up security

Newly remodeled. Good shopping experience. Parking is always a problem.

The entry n exit is not big enuf..I understand why one door f but needs to be a little bigger.

They are not foucs on there job they just chat while there working , not helping out customers.

Seems a lot cleaner and neater since remodeling. More cameras tocut down on theft. One way in store and one way out

The worst Ralphs grocery store to shop at! Unsanitary! Very filthy! Need to be remodeled! ASAP. The channel 5 news just aired all the problems about this Ralphs! WOW

I don't like the feeling of one-way-in-one- way-out. The store itself reminds me of how they have it in the better areas. But the one-way-in-one-way-out feeling, I do NOT like. Seems like a safety hazard to me.

The produce is fresh and clean...the store itself is clean and workers are sweet and helpful...but this store is a death trap. One way in and one way out how is this safe??? The fire department don't see this? Stevie Wonder could...fix this and you have my 5* vote... sorry... not sorry!!!

Gotten too expensive. Psrking is far from exit in mosy cases.

I've been shopping at this Ralph's for many many years now and now with my 5yr old daughter which everyone there knows and loves. Lol

They need to have a better selection of cakes that are cut on a daily basis! I have been there several times and no single cake slices were cut and the reason given was "The cake cutter person hasn't been coming in "
I didn't know cutting a cake in single slices required a special skill.

The remodel opens the store and makes the aisles more navigable.

It's so nice to shop in a clean, more improved, friendly staff just BEAUTIFUL, LYV THE NEW LOOK

The new remodel design is atrocious and the staff need to take a vacation or quit because clearly they do not want to work.
Every time I go in to shop, I go to the deli
And the ladies back there are extremely disrespectful, you cannot ask them a question because their answer is always full of sarcasm or attitude. I went in today at the deli counter was empty
I asked if they were going to put out more things
And I got a rude response by the worker. I don t understand how they hire lazy people with attitude.
another issue is I use their money service, I tried getting a money order
And asked the girl if she was open because the sign above the counter says open Monday through Saturday 10-5
She was casually eating a snack
Talking to a cashier
And made no attempt to explain why the service was close
She looks at you from head to toe
Makes a face and literally ignores you because she was to busy with her friend and snack

The staff at this store are rude and unprofessional

Not one of my favorite Ralph's busy small entrance lovely friendly staff

Larger selection but dark in the store

The Ralphs part of it is okay but the Starbucks in the other hands is very disrespectful to their customers I ordered a drink the other day coffee was very bitter is not good at all go back and tell her about it and they couldn't make me my drink so I ordered another one which they also made a mistake with and the employee there told me to not give her attitude which I wasn't I could have showed attitude but I did not Plus I can't even talk the customer like that at my work I assume that all the people that worked at that Starbucks is new don't know what they're doing they don't even know customer service the worst customer service I've ever experienced

Really liking how they have cleaned up this location. The new design is nice.

I absolutely love the new look in the store I absolutely love James customer service only problem is the security guard was standing at the door dozing off I did not think that that was a good look but overall the store is exceptional the customer service is great everything is in order nothing is out of order everything is easy to find and if you have a problem there seems to be a customer service rep on every floor to help you I really love this Ralph's I've been shopping here over 10 years and I will continue shopping here I am a proud customer of Ralphs grocery store

Very clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extremely fresh produce; pleasantly surprised by their lovely organic section!

Down to earth staff, security officers at the entrances, clean, helpful floor manager (the tall guy who usually works nights), needs a better selection of food though

I appreciate the renovations, the beautiful produce section and the addition of Starbucks! The upgrade is fire!!! However, the bathrooms smell of mildew and waste most of the time and the lines are slow and long!

It was a little hard to find what I was looking for, due to this being my first time there.

The service was great, the dude at the register knew what he was doing n got me out quickly.
