The Ralphs part of it is okay but the Starbucks in the other hands is very disrespectful to their customers I ordered a drink the other day coffee was very bitter is not good at all go back and tell her about it and they couldn't make me my drink so I ordered another one which they also made a mistake with and the employee there told me to not give her attitude which I wasn't I could have showed attitude but I did not Plus I can't even talk the customer like that at my work I assume that all the people that worked at that Starbucks is new don't know what they're doing they don't even know customer service the worst customer service I've ever experienced
