I needed flowers for a funeral. I wanted flowers that reflected how special the person we lost was and the florist that helped me here did just that. He took my parameters and made one of the most unique and beautiful bouquets I've seen. It was perfect. Thank you.

That is not a good place to buy I went to buy fried chicken and they did not want to sell me 24 pieces of chicken that because we had to order them a day before that is a bad idea that they would like that because I did not want it for a party or something so I just wanted 24 pieces of chicken to eat and very despotas

Strangest Ralph's location that I have ever seen. Newly remodeled and now only 1 entrance and exit. All checkouts are on 1 side of the store. I would not suggest this location to anyone.
They complained about people stilling crabs and when I bought some I was told go to clerk when Im finished and someone would bring them. As if I was a criminal but I pay cash Everytime.Wow
They are remodeling and it's bigger more space and to top it all off there's a Starbucks in Ralph's so when your on the way to work u can get a Starbucks right in your own local store
New look same trash service Lock up the ditergen and no employees on the floor to help. Go to register and they tell me I need to get the ditergen to pay for it. I then say it's locked and then he says ask an employee. Like what are you not an employee or you can't get one to fetch me want I want to purchase? Dumb staff.
Store looks great, but employees are the BEST, Brent has helped all of us,when my husband had lost his leg he made him & me so comfortable, thanks

This store is clean but I noticed fruit mainly oranges were going bad, meat was going bad I don't know if they have a problem with staff during Co19 virus, but this is a bad time to let anything go to waste.
I've always had a Great experience shopping at Ralph's Grocery Stores.
It's reasonably good but they put a lot of stuff behind cases and it takes them forever to come unlock it.

The newly renovated and improved Ralphs is wonderful! The produce section have a variety of fruits and veggies that are locally grown and organic. There is now a deli section and an improved bakery. In addition there is now another Starbucks in the inner city. Prayerfully management keeps all products perishable and non perishable to a high standard. Never to return to what it was before.

It's filthy and disheartening to even shop here. I try to keep my friends and family out of that place but since it's walking distance to home they still go. Knowing the condition, this store should be closed down and rebuilt.
I shopped here a couple of times. Staff and security are very friendly and professional. I always find what I'm looking for at this location.

This place was on the news not to long ago for being durty and nasty.. I was at aw when i went back in there after the remodeling it was beautiful.. But i just went back in there last week and they back to their nasty service and ways again spoil meats and bad attitude service will not be returning to this dump!!!!!

This place is good. A lot of people outside selling different kind of things. It makes it uncomfortable to walk in or walk out
Since it's remodel the store is a pleasant place to shop. Ample cashiers and self checkout kiosks. Friendly customer service too.
The store has made vast improvements. There are two areas that remain problematic. Those areas are the parking and the checkout area. Both areas are tight and congested. Honestly, the real problem is the customer population. The customers are rude, instantly agitated, ready to argue and fight especially in the parking lot and checkout areas. I see the improvement in the overall presentation of the store. I recognize the effort of staff. The customer service is much better! However, a large number of items are locked up due to theft. Again, this is more a issue of customer population. This makes my shopping much more difficult. I wanted crab legs, had to take the sticker to purchase up front and wait for legs to be delivered after paying because of theft. I'm going to look into delivery from Ralph's. If that doesn't work, I'll go elsewhere.
The make over is wonderful. Just what this area needed.
Unfortunately I go here out of convenience because its closest to home but there's always drama. You've got solicitors outside always trying to sell you something and then ghetto customers. I really like Ralph's the store because I get good deals, use lots of store coupons and get the benefit of their fuel points. But just went a few minutes ago and some people were arguing and about to start fighting with a guy saying he wasnt scared and would just shoot all the n*ggas up in there! The people In the neighborhood don't appreciate their community and act fool. Unfortunately a lot is displayed at this store. Sad.

My experience today was amazing. I saw the store manager who used to work at the Ralph's were I was raised. He still looks the same. This man is a good man this man is a nice man. He was very good to my parents and family. We loved him and I heard my parents discussing him often. I need to also mention that the workers at the store today we're outstanding and very gracious you have a great staff there all races makin it happen. I have new hope and faith now. And thanks for being nice to me sometimes I get annoying and old. Lol. I don't mean any harm just lonely I think.
What a joke. Terrible Customer service by the two women who were in charge of Western Union today 08-14-17. Very displeased with the service today. Last time I'll be back here. Madeliane or however you spell her name was just plain rude
