Rude. They are very unprofessional. Can't even receive proof of my payments via mail.
Takes forever to get ahold of a representative but when you do they work with your situation.

Collections Department agent/rep: ALISON MILLER - Megarude!-Condescending, interrupts before you can finish a sentence, offered to put me on hold because I was taking too long to tell her what I needed to say, then defended her rudeness. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!

Well I got a letter about wage garnishment sent $300. Then called to see if I could work something out. Let them know I was just garnished for them for another account since they told me I made a payment last June. So I went looking at my public records as I knew I could find info on my last garnishment there since they had no file on it at all. Now it gets good I found out this account they are trying to garnish me for was the last one same everything which I paid in full. So now they got an extra $300 on an account I already paid off. So watch garnishment papers from them.
The website is easy to use and understand. This is how I pay my student loans and it only takes a couple of minutes.
Customer service is terrible. I have been hung up on the phone buy them multiple times
If I could give a lower rating than 1 star, I would. I found out I was being sued over an old credit account, and I have not been able to speak to a single person about this. The operator has hung up on me multiple times, I have left multiple voicemails for the negotiations department, and even sat on hold for 10 minutes, became next in line, and then was hung up on before I could even say my name. This company is an absolute dumpster fire, and I hope whatever authorities that can shut this company down read my review and everyone else s so that this doesn t happen to anyone else.
Not good to work with , Once they get your money, good luck if you need anything released. If in Ohio or West Virginia file complaints with the Office Of Disciplinary Counsel.
These people are not helpful or understanding at the very least! They are looking for money and that is all. Unfortunately I have to deal with them for maybe a year or so but whatever happens I keep EVERY receipt just in case they try to cross me
I called these guys for help on getting my name off of a lien that they have on my father. Curious case about this is that my name is attached to these 3 liens as an AKA or alias. If my father has used my name in any way without my permission to get these cards, he has done it illegally and this is a legal matter. I called these men twice, specifically CHRIS ABEN and he was not helpful. In fact, the first time I called an unidentified person stated to "call an attorney" and hung the phone up on me. Now CHRIS ABEN states that there is "nothing he can do" and "will research it" and I have to "call back in a week." That is unacceptable. These representatives for this firm did not help, is not helpful and I am not the one on trial here and want my name cleared. They did not help me at all. These people are not worth it but unfortunately, I have to work with them to get my name cleared.

Heinous. Really. I co-signed a loan and this company is managing the collection - but will not talk to me because I live in NJ and they are not authorized to work in NJ. Can only take my money but provide no proof of payment or any other correspondence. What a total joke - oh - so is their client Toyota Financial Services.
I've been trying to contact them for weeks with no response, waiting on hold for over 20 minutes just for an account number. I still don't have it!

One star is going to far with this company. I've been tying to contact this company to pay off a garnishment that was issued from an account I had 16 years ago. The account hasn't even been on my credit for years so not sure where they even got it from. Needless to say no one will call me back after making numerous attempts and leaving messages for twelve days now. This is ridiculous! No way to run a business ! I have left a complaint with the original creditor and the court that issued me the papers can't take the payment! Hopefully his place will eventually shut it's doors because it is definitely no help, and if I were another law firm I would be embarrassed to have them in the same field!!
This is a GREAT place to work. The employees are helpful and friendly the lawyers are pretty layed back also. Love this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Spoke with Allison today and she was extremely condescending and not willing to work with me or budge not even 1/2 an inch. As I explained to them many times, I have not once denied this debt was mine. Not one time. I know I owe it and I am not trying to get out of paying it. I am, however, trying to set up a payment plan I can live with. She proceeded to tell me basically the number I offered to pay monthly was just horrible and she very condescendingly said " We would get more than double that if your wages were garnished". I asked if they were willing to make a payment arrangement at all and I got a big fat nope. I would like to thank you, Allison for the disgusting customer service and absolute 0% compassion. I know you are out to get payment but knocking good, willing to negotiate payment people down is the lowest form of life there is. It's the Holiday season. I hope you or no one in your family fall on hard times and are unable to make payments on an account, if that should happen though, i hope you deal with someone EXACTLY like you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
