Newly renovated and it has a Starbucks.. nicely done Kroger

No long lines to wait which I like. Would recommend.

The store is completely renovated and you get the feeling of being in a upscale neighborhood where community is important. It's sad that it took the health department damn near shutting those doors for the change to come. LOL!

Everything I needed was easy to find and no waiting in line

My visit to this place was a nice experience: friendly and helpful personnel at the ready to assist, clean environment, fast self check out, big parking lot free of debris.

This store is a waste. Too small, not enough cashiers. Lines so long they block the way to the in store Starbucks. And of course because of the location all of the liquor and baby formula is locked up.

I go in as usual, I have my grocery bag..as I walk in I say hello to the young security guard..walk by then he yells at me to stop, i need to give the cashier my back pack..i tell him it's my grocery bag..and it is empty..( not a back pack, either) then to proceed to tell people I AM ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE..??? So, I left..not a good look for Ralph's..

Never enough open registers... Got a pizza with mold on it there.. The worst Super Market I have ever been in!

They really need to restock the ice cream...its all freezer burned...but I did find things I couldn't find at other stores.

I find this supermarket very affordable prices as compare to others.

My visit to Ralph's was quite delightful. My personal opinion, if the store is upgrading and higher prices charged the city and other business owners need to look more like we are in the twenty-first century.

Really happy with the organic choices that Ralphs has available for fruits & vegies. Organic milk is over priced & wish they had organic beef choices.

Best place to shop..nothing but friendly people, not to mention a lot of good deals.

Expect clean,safe shopping experience,vast selections,and all amenities of a private club type associated chain. I did notice higher pricings for some of the more common foods/products in regards to the other store chains of the area. Nevertheless,my shopping experience was fair...!

A newly remodeled grocery store. It features a nice prejudice section, bakery, deli & a Starbucks. They have everything your looking for to make your next gourmet meal or just to find some fabulous snacks. A good place to go if your looking for a high end snack. Go down Western to Superior if your looking for cheap or further west on Manchester to Vons if you are looking for fresh flowers, more than one entrance or short lines. But if you consider it for what it is where it is, it's fabulous.

Happy the Ralphs Corp. Is trying to fix this location up to make it presentable and match how the Ralphs locations look outside of the hood. I've been going here since a kid and its always been ghetto as hell. Lol. Went in there for the first time since the remodel. The store is completely rearranged. It is nice inside hopefully it can stay that way for a while but some of the people in that area have very little respect for nice things and even eachother. It is smaller than it use to be and while ai was in there I kept having to move out of the way for other shopping carts while going down different aisles. More than likely I will only go back here if I really have to.

I had not patronized this location in over 3 yrs. Today I decided to visit after being told how nice it looks since they remodeled. The rumor was surprisingly true. First, I smelled the delicious fried chicken from the parking, which led me directly to the Deli! The produce is in the front as you walk in, which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality and price of the produce exceeded my expectations, only because of my past experiences. The floors were cleaned, and the shelves were stocked neatly. Another surprise was, I found an item, in which is hard to locate in other Ralphs locations; V.I.Poo Spray - I was introduced to this by a coworker, loved it and tried to replace when I ran out, but could never find it in stores, so I ordered it from Amazon. But there it was on the middle shelf in eye eight, sufficiently stocked in both Lemon and Lavender, AND it was on sale!!! Needless to say, my visit this trip was pleasant. There's only two negatives; there's only one entrance/exit and the lines were long, but to the Managers credit, she worked diligently to reduce the strain, and the security guard also strolled through the lines direct people to the self check out lanes. Well done!

I love shopping at ralph's, but this store is located in a rough part of town, but the staff who works there are always nice and has good customer service

It's okay cuz it's better than that jungle Food 4 Less on Slauson. But it still design bad (no flow) it's chaotic and the workers are poorly trained even though they're friendly.

It doesn't have the same products like others Ralph's store. About the service is great. Also is a lot of solicitors outside.

Store was clean and maintained well. The staff was friendly and helpful but they needed more cashiers. The store manager finally opened a register himself.

They remodeled this Ralph's about 1yr ago. During the remodel they added a Starbucks, the side effects includ but are not limited to Crammed aisles, long tight lines, little customer service, broken display glasses. Ralphs treats this location like the area it's in smh..

Was fine, not as well ad other Ralph's I shopped but good...

This store is clean on the inside . They need to pay better attention to the bad food and change it . The store looks a lot better, since the remodeling . It should of been a lot sooner .The workers , who I don't mind dealing with are the store mgr. Ray Sum , assist. mgr. Paul , Cameron , Sender and Tate in the seafood dept. Jason and Daniel the assist. mgr. are ok . Andre , Antoina , Diane sometimes has an attitude problem . Alexis , Javier and a black woman assist. mgr. with braids and shades , especially have attitude problems and others . If employees dont feel like giving good or great service today or any day , employees think giving good or great service is optional instead of necessary . Then save yourself and the company further embarrassment and quit .Clean the baskets and bathrooms , get the pea off the floor and put paper towels in the bathroom , every hour . Fix the entrance and exit . Expand them . Or put them in different spots . You have the entrance and exits in the same spot with most customers , who are impatient customers , trying to run you over . I know Ralph's wants to funnel everybody to one exit point , to cut down on people stealing . But this is a huge inconvenience . Don't be lazy and take the easy way out . Fix the entrance and exit ways . I like it , how it was before . Because customers had two ways , they could inter and exit the store . Don't be cheap . Hire more security . You want , your customers to feel safe .

It was very organized but pushed the button on the wine aisle and I waited 5 minutes , still no assistance. So I went a looked for a worker and asked for assistance on the wine aisle and to make the story short I spoke with 4 people about getting help on the wine aisle and never was helped. Ended up getting everything on my list and got to check out and still no wine . But overall its improved drastically

Worst customer service!!! Half of these reviews are probably for self-checkout, not the cashiers or management! Always busy since it's the nicest grocery store in the area. We really do need more grocery stores. However, personally, I would rather drive further away to Aldi's or Trader Joe's. Friendlier, not as busy and cheaper! Bummer that I have to go here when I need a special item in a pinch.

The meat counter is very inconsistent as far as waiting in line you may wait 25 minutes sometimes or longer

I love Ralph's for there organic products, I wished they carried gluten-free product breads, pizza crust, dinner rolls gluten-free pasta noodles , dairy-free yogurts

This Ralph's is doing something right. They dont have a lot of lanes but their lines are always short. Great if you need to be in and out quickly.
