Unfortunately, I cannot give "O" stars. The company is the third party administrator (TPA) for EXACTECH INC. I have a product recall (hip). My attempts to contact the hotline by phone or email to reach, go nowhere. The e-mails are not answered, tel. I can only reach the head office after 1 queue, which promises a callback, which does not take place. Perhaps it is a tactic to discourage those affected from asserting their claims .I feel this way as "inhuman".

If I could give zero stars I would. For over a month I've been waiting for a reply from the insurance company regarding a claim for luggage theft, which should be covered by my credit card with Advanzia, since the entire main transport was paid for by credit card. Even after calling the insurance company twice directly, no one has reported back (that was almost a month ago). No one responded to email inquiries either.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Zego insurance uses them for claim settlements. This claim handler will never return your calls, will not respond to your emails. They treat you like a criminal as if you are committing a fraud claiming from them. They are trained to neg you off from settling the claim.

Absolutely rubbish. And shame on Zego who use them, it shows Zego has deliberately chosen them to save themselves money.

This is the worse 'customer service' I have ever experienced, avoid at all costs. Not returning telephone calls and not replying to emails appear to be the the norm for this company. I had the mis-fortune of having to deal with them via my insurance company Right Choice Insurance Brokers who also should be avoided as they are as bad. I have taken both companies to the FCA. **PLEASE AVOID**

I would give 0 stars if possible. Lodged a claim with Halo/Broadspire 2 months ago for a very simple insurance excess claim. Policy sold by icarhireinsurance. The claims process and customer service is terrible, appalling in fact. Ever more obscure reasons to delay progressing claim and asking for more documentation.

My claim is around 400Euros. Practically given up on getting it back but intend to play their game through complaints, financial ombudsman etc to make sure the whole things costs them at least this in terms of dealing with me administratively. Avoid this absolutely terrible company and anyone who outsources their claims process to them - i.e. icarhireinsurance and Zurich.

An absolute joke, my van got stolen in May, sent them CCTV of whole incident in May, it s now end of October and I m still waiting for my claim to be reviewed, I call and email to no avail, I used my van for my business as a delivery driver , so far cost me thousands, there just no comunication or update, feel like I m being robbed, even police say it s open shut case..

And before you refer to your information@crawco.co.uk email service, I ve already done, I ve exhausted every channel, losing money every month, when I pay insurance for security and protection.

Awful and unprofessional company stay clear

Terrible customer service and total lack of respect from the clerk I was dealing with who became very rude and aggressive on a call with me.

I work in media / TV and have done for 30 years as a senior executive and have managed a number of teams. Customer service is so important and looking at the reviews in here and other review sites they have so many bad reviews and unhappy customers. Social media reviews and the lack of responses for this company really needs to be addressed. The owners need to take a look at whats happening internally.

I asked to speak to a senior manager after my experience with this clerk and received an email within a week - No acknowledgment of how I'd been spoken to but assurance they were following up my claim. This started in September, and today I receive another email saying still waiting for a company called L&Q to respond to them... Ironically they are the insurers for L&Q and yet despite several follow ups and the fact I ve been dealing with this issue for over 4 years they clearly don t care. Yes I have only been dealing with Broadspire since September but if there is anyone out there thinking of using them then don t as the level of service is 0 don t take my review alone look at other reviews not just on here but other review sites.

Note to management you have a real problem and judging from the other feedback it needs to be addressed ASAP.

As an Uber driver who had a baby during the COVID-19 pandemic I am eligible for paternity payment but despite giving all the information required (birth certificate). This unprofessional company does not reply to your emails, phone calls etc (it's been 4 months now). They have no consideration that we are out of work and atleast the paternity payment would have helped. Even Uber who has signed up with this company on our behalf has done nothing to help.
Appalling service. I will be taking this to highest complaint against this company. Avoid at all costs.
