This store was newly remodeled, which was badly needed. The store is arranged nicely, with a nice produce section. The problem is they moved all the cashier's near the one exit they have now. It is very congested, entering the store on busy days. They really need another entrance. I believe that this is a fire hazard. I don't like going in this store, because of the one door situation.

The isles are too narrow! EVERY isle including the deli is crowded with only 3 people waiting for service. There is simply no room to enjoy that besutiful store. Don't think about veges either...another narrow, crowded (even with Two shoppers) area! Sad! Sad! Sad! Even having Starbucks inside wouldn't make me a regular shopper there!

This Nasty Rat turd infested Ralphs has really got some nerve. After it's well documented about the conditions in their Manchester/Western store I'm talking rat droppings and all. They get the shopping carts used from the other locations to send to store in the hood. Visible filth that was actually reported on the news. Ralphs usually has high standards and high prices.this location you're just getting the high prices. But what really ticked me off when I went there a few days ago (emergency it's close to my home) I noticed that the 1.99 suave shampoo is actually locked up. Like u have to get an attendant for assistance. Really? I was very offended. If it's that bad in the hood then they should get out the hood. And when you buy seafood they make you do it some kind of crazy way that's totally inconvenient. It's very insulting.

Today I had the worst experience of my life in a store then I've been going to for over 20 years. As I was putting my groceries on the counter to pay, the cashier named " Taniqua J. " shouted at me and said "NO" and pushed my groceries of the counter to the ground. She told me I needed to keep my distance from the other custome who was as bout 8 feet away from me and was leaving. I felt embarrassed, disrespected and I started crying from the rudeness this person used towards me. I asked to speak to a manager and other employees told me that this has been going on for some time and the managers have done nothing. I will put a complaint to corporate and I'm seriously thinking about driving the extra miles to avoid this ghetto Ralph's. I think management is afraid of their employes.

This store is very good. Derick and Daniel both are great Ralphs employees. As far as the reviews I've seen by the haters in this world of this location they need to check themselves first before being so negative.

There are only 2 doors for the shoppers and they are side by side. One for entry and the other for departure. When entering and/or departing you literally bumps into other customers. The cashiers are bundle in a very space which makes it very uncomfortable when checking out; the aisles are too close for comfort.

I visited this store today, 2/12 and experienced the most horrific customer service. Everyone I encountered today should not be a representative of Ralph's.

I approached the deli and ordered four lobster tails and 2 pounds of shrimp. After I ordered the lobster tails the employee handed me a piece of paper that looked like a piece of a brown paper bag that was torn off. She then proceeded to hand it to me and on it was a price tag. I stood there waiting for my lobster tails and when she did not hand them to me I asked for them. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go pay for them, come back and show her the receipt and then I would be given my product. I was puzzled and asked when did Ralph's implement that policy. She said that she had been employed for one month and that she had been doing this process as long as she was employed. I then asked to see a manager because as a Black and Mexican woman I was offended. A manager came who introduced himself as Ray and asked how he could help me. I asked him to look around the aisle we were standing in and then asked him what he saw. He was confused so I told him that he worked in a store that served black and brown people and this process or practice demonstrated disparate impact and was highly offensive. It appeared to be discriminatory. I also told him no other Ralph's that I patronage follow this same practice or process. I then asked him how long this practice had been in place. He stated seven years. His response was not valid nor the truth because this was the first time after patronaging this story for more than fifteen years that I had been asked to do this. I then asked him why he implemented this practice when other Ralph's did not do this. He then responded it was because of his inventory which in other words he insinuated that black and brown people steal and he had to keep a close eye on his inventory. Again his reply was offensive, discriminatory and not a Ralph's policy. I know this because I asked. He could not even look at the situation through the lenses that I was presenting it. Other customers also complained. End result Ralph's needs to recognize disparate impact, stereotypes and their practices. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT RALPHS AGAIN.

The store is new and beautiful. I fins that the placement of the check out stands annoying because they are cramped in the corner. You have to ring the bell at the coffee BOX and wait for aomeone to come. They announce on the loud speaker for someone to come unlock the box for you to get your choice of instant coffee. It took over 7 minutes and it was inconvenient.
