6 self check out lines that's always moving, and a staff that awesome and willing to assist

Over years avoided but was pleasantly pleased with improvements. Visited when was Boys Market and ABC

Newly remodel. The store is much better organized. I really like the produce is beautifully displayed.

They modernized until a cafe you have good for them

My favorite Store, sometimes the lady. In the Deli is.a little.short with u and they are.always out of slice cake, otherwise it's a great place too shop!

This place had changed dramatically. I enjoy shopping here now

Worst service in the world. How is a place going to have the right staff amount and no body wanting to work. You just have alot of people looking busy.

Now that it's renovated doesn't mean the workers there are competent. Just because the store is located in the "hood" doesn't mean you act that way. I'll just leave it at that. You the readers can use your imagination.

Actually I enjoy Ralph's on Manchester and Western and La Tijera/Sepulveda... personnel very friendly. Produce is fresh. As a Vegan I do eat produce ...more organic is my motto... both stores are good on freshness. Both if not all are clean... (Pico near La Brea on all counts. We are working on bathroom issues and they're doing what is best I know... The public could do better. Love you... muah!

My Experience with Ralphs today was ok, the Man working in the Vegetables department is very nice to me

So happy to find 1 of the 2 Beyond Meat products listed as available. There were several vegan/non diary options throughout the store

They recently remodeled and wow! It looks wonderful inside! The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is easy to find. Might have to make this my go to now

The store is clean. Some of the employees are very helpful. However over the last year the lines have been out of control. They never have enough lines open and the person working at Self Checkout always seems to be somewhere else. It s also very dangerous that in the evening they close the entrance so that you have to walk through the exit. You then have to squeeze through people and baskets at self checkout. It is very unprofessional and I recommend that anyone who needs to go to Ralphs to with go to the one in Westchester or the one on 120th and Vermont.

I haven't been at this Ralphs ever since the stay at home order in LA. I came in 30 minutes before close with the idea that the store would be empty. It was but the issue was with the workers. I came in as the security came rushing out coughing without a mask on. Most of the workers did not have a mask on and were hanging out at the entrance. I was forced to walk within 5 feet of a worker without a mask.

Do not go here if you care about your life. These workers are not following social distancing and it is only a matter of time before they all catch Covid-19.

Highly disappointed on this location I came to buy some groceries and I decided to look into cookies and this is what I find the expiration dates expired cookies are not good

Your store is nice but I do believe it's a fire hazard you only have one door therefore I am afraid to visit it

I went to this and at that self check I had a issue with a item that required a member's card to recieve the discount. I asked for assistance and I also got major attitude from the worker attending this area. Basically lecturing but with real heavy attitude, I didn't get his name but he was I believe Hispanic, bald head and light skinned. I will never go back.

Roasted chicken (cooked)with a bag of salad is my ideal spot to pick up a quick meal...

I maintain the integrity and overall appearance of my store.

Hate there's always bums in the front the security don't kick them out

I was questioned for stealing items...they made me get my reciept in the car while I was waiting in line.

Um they closed at 11:00 pm and I came at 10:00 pm and the security guard told me to leave

They recently fixed it up really nice. I love the staff...super friendly

The store is always dirty people are rude for no reason, cut right in front of you without saying excuse me or anything. And although the manager told me that they would have vegan options in the store, it s been almost a month and they still have not gotten any shipments in of beyond meat burgers as promised. I just moved in this neighborhood and I cannot wait to move out from over here !
