This store is clean on the inside . They need to pay better attention to the bad food and change it . The store looks a lot better, since the remodeling . It should of been a lot sooner .The workers , who I don't mind dealing with are the store mgr. Ray Sum , assist. mgr. Paul , Cameron , Sender and Tate in the seafood dept. Jason and Daniel the assist. mgr. are ok . Andre , Antoina , Diane sometimes has an attitude problem . Alexis , Javier and a black woman assist. mgr. with braids and shades , especially have attitude problems and others . If employees dont feel like giving good or great service today or any day , employees think giving good or great service is optional instead of necessary . Then save yourself and the company further embarrassment and quit .Clean the baskets and bathrooms , get the pea off the floor and put paper towels in the bathroom , every hour . Fix the entrance and exit . Expand them . Or put them in different spots . You have the entrance and exits in the same spot with most customers , who are impatient customers , trying to run you over . I know Ralph's wants to funnel everybody to one exit point , to cut down on people stealing . But this is a huge inconvenience . Don't be lazy and take the easy way out . Fix the entrance and exit ways . I like it , how it was before . Because customers had two ways , they could inter and exit the store . Don't be cheap . Hire more security . You want , your customers to feel safe .
