I had booked a room through booking.com.....and when i arrive at the hotel...the unpleasant man at the reception tells me that they are full and there are no rooms...when i make a reservation when rooms are available , why cant they provide me with a room....?.. and more over the man doesnt even care...probably i booked it for a cheaper price than they offered the walkin guest....and they saved the percentage to booking.com....and the 2 laugh about a joke in front of me while i am thinking what to do...probably they dont care...and maybe they are not paid by the management for a long time.

Bad service. swiming Pool was not working . staff was not co operating with the guest . i think hotel management not at all care about his service . my guest was facing Problem but management ignore him .

You will see poor treatment from the first entry of a group of Indians who do not understand what it means to treat guests and the place is dirty and there is no parking or hair-dryer
No drinking water, and they do not speak Arabic
The only need is that their rooms are large and have discos

Very Bad experience. Bad odor.Poor Sanitation and Poor Service. No tissue at the toilet, No Slippers, No Towel, No soap, No dyer. I ask the reception but no one give my request. Slow internet and TV is useless.

I travel every month in different countries, but this hotel experience is worst experience I ever had.

In 5 days stay, they never changed towels in bathroom, if I asked plz change these towels, they said we dnt have in stock, plz talk to management, not once they gave us shower gel or shampoo

Overall I never ever reccomend this hotel to anyone.

This place is worth 3 stars , nice spacious, large rooms, decent bathrooms. Services are not appropriate, have to remind everyday for room service, they wouldn't do even if 'make up room lights turned on'. The 4th star is for restaurant - bollywood theme... Every Indian would love it, breakfast is good & nicely prepared & served. The restaurant gets this hotel an extra star. Staff is very courteous and friendly, ready to help you always. The stay is worth at the low prices they offer. Close to market is an advantage of location.

Firstly, false advertising. Online booking said breakfast included, hotel says it is not. There is no parking available. We need to pay 40dhs per day for parking that is far from the hotel. Staff are not friendly or helpful. Rooms are filthy. No toilet paper or towels in room. Toilet looked like it was used before we used it. The hotel smells like damp clothing. We were charged for a deluxe room but did not get a deluxe room. We booked for 2adults and 2 children but only got a room for 2adults... where are the kids suppose to sleep? We had to pay extra for an extra bed for the children. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I parked my Car in the Hotel Parking which I was told free. Anyways I was ok with charge also.

But the Parking Guard put one Hotel car in front of My car so that I cannot take my car out without paying and went away for food and sleep outside..Around 12.30 pm I came to parking and ready to go with friends whose last day in Dubai and have to go for lunch and other paid shows...

I called the Parking guard to remove that car which is blocking my car...He replied pay AED 30 first than only call me...i told him it was free anyway take it come and collect I am in hurry....I told him the urgency and everything but he told I am coming coming and all. It passed 45 minutes me my wife and 2.5 year daughter in the parking lot waiting for him in Hot weather of Dubai ( you can assume the level of heat). Than I sent my daughter and wife to reception as it was taking too long.

I called him again and again he finally told just pay at Hotel reception aed 30 than only I will arrange to clear the Car.

I immediately went to the reception and paid receptionist boy the money he confirmed parking guard on call that money is received than the parking guy told the location of the Key of the car blocking my car and Thant arrange to remove the car..This small thing for AED 30 it takes my 12.30 to 2.30 with all the troubles of heat to little daughter..hats off to that parking guy on phone...

For just AED 30 which he could add in the bill or come to the room and collect or call or any other mode he can take money but he blocked....

This ruined my whole day....My wife and 2.5 year daughter faced trouble..We could not take out friend to the booked show. It ruined their day as well for just aed 30 with this unethical way....

I will request the manager or management of the Hotel to look into this...This behaviour is really a serious threat for your organization...And result is unhappy and cheated guest.

I lost more than AED 450 of Booked show for this along with that trouble faced by my little daughter and wife and myself and finally an unhappy friends and time.

At first glance hotel rooms are good but Service is way beyond 2 star hotel. I was at reception at there were many unsatisfied guests, rooms were not ready, bookings were cancelled. One lady booked and paid at agoda and staff told her no rooms available at 12:15 am on 19th oct 2018 and she was pregnant, staff was rude and asked her to check in another hotel, for this reason, this hotel doesn't deserve any rating.

Other things no need to mention that, room did not had fridge, no kettle, coffee or tea.

The worst experience of my life. Dirty, poorly educated and arrogant staff, they even tried to rip us off by asking for euros! Luckily there was a mistake and we had reservations at another hotel with the same name. It seems that they have changed owners

This is the biggest mistake I made choosing to stay at Raintree Rolla Hotel, when I checked in there was not bell boy service, next day we have been on our tour schedule returned at 8pm the room is kept open after cleaning my room in the morning, never provide you drinking water, bath towels you have to ask for it everyday, reason is shortage of towels. I will definitely never recommend anyone to this hotel, the worst service I ever received.

Very bad room service. They don't clear t room and they don't even provide additional water if you ask....WiFi is just for name....WiFi never get connected.....Room service don't respond if U keep calling room service.....

Pethatic experience with this hotel. It's dirtiest hotel I have ever visited. I have booked for 2 nights and vacated on very first day. Staff behavior is worst. Hotel smells like a smoke zone right from reception, lifts and rooms.

staff is really friendly.... room size is quite good... price is reasonable. close to metro station, dubai old souq.... little issue of cleanliness of rooms...

They say its 4 star but its a nightmare.
Unhygienic rooms and dirty patches all over the room carpets with poor room service and a dirty washroom that has just a single towel for two. Rude receptionists with the worst attitude. Totally disrespecting the customers. If you are unable to provide services of a 4 star hotel then do not name yourself one. Not a good choice to stay again.

Price is in Budget and Best thing is very near to lulu , burjman , abra .

Most Disgusting hotel ever, rooms had dead bugs in them. Requested a refund and checked out. They agreed to refund after deducting 1 night. Still haven't received the refund (this was 2 years ago).

My room was on bad condition, and parking is not free. I can find better hotel nearby or a way better in any factors.

Dirty rooms and stinky bathrooms. There is no pool or gym as in the photos. Very bad service, you need to wait 1 hour to check in or any other request. No clean towels, no reaction for asking for a make up. Also it's very loud at night because it's an INDIAN club inside. I would never recommend it to anyone who want to rest.

Worst experience to stay here. Staff member named Asad is extremely abusive with us and no respect for anyone especially women. He was not hesitant to use top class abusive language be it in English or Hindi.
I request the management to train and hire better people otherwise they will lose business. We felt very scared and insecure in this hotel.

I came early and ask for an early check in I understand that check in time is at 2pm but I requested for early checkin upon making a booking and still didn t assist me. Lady in the reception was so rude, acting like busy but she s not doing anything. I work as a receptionist and i know how it goes it s up to you if you want to help your guest or not at all.

I lodged a complaint against this hotel 6 months back, did not hear from them yet so that proves that they do not care about customer satisfaction, my guests were charged hefty amounts of room rents which they did not justified. The rates were too over priced even for the new year.

I don't know how this hotel is classified 4 . It must really be closed dawn. It's dirty, full of cockroach, you are lucky if you don't take some back home with you in your clothes.
Staff has unfortunately nothing to do with customer care or service. It's real shame.

Very bad room service. Daily same complementary breakfast only aloo baratha. Not even worth for single star hotel. No valid parking available. Additional 40 dhs has to pay. WiFi not working properly. Water bottle didn't available.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting, stained carpets, mould everywhere and there are hidden charges everywhere. The breakfast is not nice and only went to it once. The bedsheets are stained and housekeeping are a joke. If you pull back the covers there are hairs and blood stains. Carpets has red stains so do the walls near bins. The toilets are dirty and full of hair. Definitely not a 4* hotel I would say it's a 2* at a push.

Poor services, we stayed for 10 days n room cleaning services were provided only 4 days like every 2nd or 3rd day. There were small cockroaches in the room. Blocked sinks n broken taps with fungi all over. Some rooms were missing water kettles, irons, safety lockers n even refrigerator. We booked three rooms and got real disappointed throughout our stay.

Very friendly staff and good service. Rooms very comfortable and neat.
