3 Stars would go on the Location, which is good. Near the Metro Station Al fahidi. Poor housekeeping. Service/Reception could improve. Pool not functional. Insects everywhere in the Room which we stayed due to the bad housekeeping. Breakfast not to recommend, everyday same and not much to choose from. All in One: Good Location!

Considering the price it was good.... Got it for 102 AED per night... NO FREE Parking... Finding a parking was a tough job. ACS were not working well... Service wise it was good.

Its a hotel and really a best hotel according to me. I recently stayed there for 7 days and 6 nights. Awesome service and swimming pool. A good breakfast and coffee serves. Big rooms and amazing bathtubs.
Must take a visit there...

One of the worst hotels is never fit and the room has a bad smell, the room came with my own aroma, the bad smell of tarat, and the second hotel, the maistahl, the star, is very very very bad, the barcans are in the right, the clothes are dirty, the clothes are dirty, And the air conditioner Matbard said the reception regarding the air conditioners that Matbrd Masu Shi, there is a nuisance at night in a way that is impossible to sleep and the cups dirty

Terrible the toilet, nothing to do with the photos of Booking. There were cockroaches in the room.

Only Indian cuisine.. very bad!! Bad swiming pool, without any views.. Not well cleaned.

A new failed hotel and the last visit there is no refrigerator There is no kettle, and the wheel is very dirty and the ground is very dirty and I ask for blankets, and the phone is closed and I'm not finished, and I do not get advice from me.

Not a great place to stay. Some of their policies look funny and shocking. Also not a place to stay with family

I visited this hotel 4 months ago,
Hotel rooms are very large
But staff and management is worst ever i have ever seen because we paid for Breakfast timings 8:00 to10:00 am
But we reached before 9 they said breakfast is finished and nothing is available in kitchen
It continued for 3 days
And when you can from site seeing internet is down and says something is wrong from Etislat Because of that you will not able to connect to your family.

Room is nice but receiption not responding he refused for amenities today in the morning. I toll him, please sir send for me housekeeping even he refused. Receiption is not like that in hospitality industry.

Raintree Rolla is located in Burj Dubai which is very ideal location to cover all major sites during tour. This hotel is good for Indian tourist as the stay and food facility is good. Shopping malls, veg and non veg restaurants are surrounded in max walkable distance of 8-10 min. The rooms and services are good.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. No TV no Soaps no tissues. The staff is aggressive. Plus a lot of dirty things are happening in the hotel. Unmarried couples are staying together.

A 4 star hotel for stay in dubai. A very good and very affordable hotel with restaurant , bar and pub. Very good swimming pool on rooftop . With lush green area around pool.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We changed room 4 times in our visit. Bedbugs, cockroaches, you name it. It was very stressful time with lack of sleep.

There are not one but many things which can just piss you off here.
First of all, The receptionist is very rude and ill hearted. We reached the hotel at 7 am and asked her if she could arrange a room but she said there aren't any vacant and the ideal check in time is 2pm only. I overheard a fellow receptionist telling here there are free rooms we can give them but she said let them wait.
The room service was very bad. We never got our complimentary water bottles without calling them up at the reception.
One night at 3 am there was a fire alarm and when we rushed down to ask them they said its some technical issue and they are fixing it.
Only good thing about this hotel is the area.

Poor service. Demanded cash payment though made reservation using credit card.
