I think its not more then half star very dirty rooms very poor area

Hotel is good Bed sheets and bathrooms are also good.

Staying here since 1st Feb 2020. Since last 2 days the hotel staff has made us to cry for every single thing. Check in time is 2pm but we got the room only after 3:30 pm and that too after requesting numerous times.
Room service is miserable. Only 1 towel in the room, no water-bottle, no slippers, no hair-dryer, no locker, no hand-wash, no body-wash. List is endless.
Reception and room service staff is completely non-responsive. Manager not available to solve any complaint. Don't dare to book this room if you want to have pleasant stay in Dubai.

Room service worst, they don't pick up calls at reception, worst experience.... Have to give 1 star to give it a rating otherwise no stars... Don't stay here...worrrssseeeee

Rooms are of an excellent size but the mattresses are old for only ten to four

If there is minus rating, i will like to give that. I checked in at 7 pm. After that also room was not ready, and thet didnt even told sorry about this. Room was dirty. Washrooms were having drainage problems. No hair dryer, no bath robes , even centeral ac controller was off and we were feeling so cold. No water bottles in the room, when i asked them about water they told that water bottles are finished. And it was available in room service, but for that they charged me extra money. How can a 4 star hotel say thay water is finished. Then i ordered some food from outside and they didnt allowed it, because they have policy of no outside food and drinks. How can i order food from there restraunt when they dont serve what i want. My girlfriend glutten alergy and they are not allowing outside food, did we booked the hotel for our inconvinience or for comfort.

Worst hotel in Dubai.

The dancebar music was so loud that one can hear it clearly at hotels reception and lobby.

Not a decent place for families.

The Reception will overcharge you 200 AED extra for the 2nd person in a room even though 2 persons are allowed to check in at one room. They were saying we charge extra for visitor. But thats not a visitor. The room was booked for 2 people over the phone.

No Valet parking available and The hotel will also charge you 40 aed extra for you yourself parking your car in the hotels parking lot.

No hospitality at all. Hotel didnt send me a plate i requested to eat my dinner. Even though we booked 2 rooms with them.

The room i got didnt have an electric kettle and tea cups. I called them to arrange but was refused.

Hotel Manager Mubashshir and receptionist Faisal are cheaters. They didnt inform me correct informations when i called them before booking the room. Once i booked the rooms online and paid already then they came up with many new weird Hotel policies.

Its a fraud management.

Hotel will force you to check out sharp at 12 pm. If you are late for few minutes they will send the bouncers up to forcefully remove you from the room.

The Rolla Residence Hotel next to them is a far better hotel with price, hospitality, honesty, cleanliness and interior.

Dusty shabby rooms, disgusting smell throughout the hotel, no parking. Room service was slow. The pictures are deceiving, This is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 1 star situated in a run down shabby area of Dubai. Please avoid if possible.

Dirty, no service. Old furniture and a lot of noise because of the disco and the renovation in the building which is directly in the opposite. Food is very poor.

House keeping is worst than pathetic. Rude behavior on top of it. Even after yelling so many times they don't clean up the room.

Took me 30 minutes and 3 visits to the reception to get towels delivered to my room. Overall ok. Friendly staff.

Hopeless room and service also on top floor room you hearing voice polusion of their club which is running on rooftop.

Bad smell, no proper room service, no channels in TV, receptionist was not so welcoming nor informative nor supportive (2nd shift team), fridge was not clean and was empty, Wifi not proper, no proper AC,
No car parking space. Inbetween power also went off on my room. Overall, had a very bitter experience.

Rooms are big, this is the only plus point, otherwise i would book nearest citymax hotel 3* with better service. I waited to check in for 40 min, no toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towel found in the room, i had to ask reception twice before its delivered. No minibar in the room.

Excellent Rooms . Good 4 star hotel . Recommended for families

If I want to summarize the whole story in one sentence is that "it's a disaster". We arrived hotel around 12 a.m and they told me that you should stay until 2 p.m until we could give you room. (we needed 2 rooms) so we go out and came back around 5 p.m and they still didn't have rooms!! I know that this might be happened but what I hates about all this process is the behavior an attitude of a receptionist girl toward us, seems like it was our faults that they can't provide us what we booked months before.

Finally after "one" hour of challenge they gave us 1 room and asked us to wait until the other room get ready on the same floor - which didn't happen and gave us the other room on 5th floor.

When we entered the room we noticed many problems. Dirty toilet (pic 1 and 2 and 3), ironing table without the iron itself(in picture 4), no slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste. The fun part was that we asked them 3 times to clean up our room but the toilet and bath was the same, we asked once or twice for the iron but the hotel staff never give us the one, and the only thing they provide us was slippers and toothbrush.

One of the main disadvantages of these hotel is it's breakfast. The breakfast time is from 7:30 to 10 a.m and beside the point that most of the buffet dishes is full of Indian foods - as this place is choose mostly by Indians - their service is a disaster. A day before we left this place I went for it around 9:30 a.m and I saw that every dishes are empty. There is no milk, no fruits, no juice and etc. So I went to that reception I mentioned before and said I want to talk to your manager. After discussion with the receptionist he told me that I was late for breakfast!!! Anyone knows that when there is a time slot for breakfast, they don't stop refilling dishes until the last second, but these guys decided to stop 30 minutes before!!

And the climax of giving service to their customers!! was reserving the taxi for them. The day we wanted to go from this place we asked receptionist at 11 a.m to book a big taxi for us for around 5:30 p.m. We arrived at hotel around 5:35 p.m and there was no taxi there. Actually they forgot to reserve the taxi!! And we were all unspoken...

So I ask you guys all, please don't book this place no matter what's your nationality so the people working in this place and their managers and whoever is responsible for improving the service in this place understand the situation.

Room size is quite big,but not clean at all, bugs around and worst is the staff is very Arrogant.Not a place to stay for Family.

The hotel is bad and I will not repeat the experience. From the reception to the rooms the adjustment is very bad and everything is bad. Only the characteristic rooms are spacious.

Not a 4 star hotel. Very poor service and dirty hotel.

It was very bad experience with raintree hotel. Service quality was disappointed, Atmosphere was not clean, nasty smell was around specially on 7th floor. Rats were moving on the sealing that's the reason it was noisy at night. Not a good place to stay with children.

don't want to waste time on review for this cheap class hotel .

in short , if you dont care to have a towel, tissue paper , soap , water bottle , not even wifi (hopelessly unreliable) , this is the place ..and yes even reception guys are rude.

Hotel rooms are good. But no proper lightinging.. Looks little dark always... and breakfast menu is very limited... They have only one type of food in the morning.. rest all breads and corn flakes milk and tea and coffee..
Breakfast is need to be improved very importantly.

I Was disappointed when I checked in with my girlfriend and to find that there was no Saop and Tissue in the bathroom.

Made a call to reception and was told '' Sorry, we can only provide soap but No Tissue for that room rate''.
They could have added an extra fee on the room rate to include all the room basic necessities.

I called 3 times for assistance with connecting to WiFi and no one showed up to assist. Each time I called, I was told someone is coming to assist you.

Yes I understand the current economic situation, but it doesn't really make a justification for what transpired.

Very good property, homely atmosphere throughout the stay. Very near metro station and Malls.

Bad experience at all!! will not recommend it to my friends due to bad service esp the receptionist! and the ambiance/ room was totally disaster! Flies and bedbugs in the bed.

maybe emirates most dirty hotel, rats and flys in the room no wifi and most of all very rude staff and uncooperative. dont even boother not worth even for free stay

The hotel is falling apart the water pressure in the bathroom sucks. They don't even provide minimum drinking water does not clean the room till u tell them several times

Very nice,neat n clean hotel. Staff is also very polite and helpful. Food preparation is very hygienic and also very tasty.

This Hotel was almost 5 star but because of room service i give it a 4. We had 2 rooms one was executive and one was deluxe. Both rooms were huge, Literally huge. The location of the hotel was superb as i am a vegetarian there was a veg restaurant at 1 minute walk.. The complementary breakfast was okay. Rest all was good.

I booked through agoda but when I reached there at 12-30 they told me to come by 3 pm I paid to them and went, came back by 9 pm . Once checked my agoda account the hotel canceled my booking though agoda. Stayed there for two days. No safe . No refrigerator. No tea cattle. No . ..

Reception is just ok, must advise from online that card payment is not accepted tho. Housekeeping takes a lot of time to respond plus most of the stuff listed on the web upon booking is not in the room. Mattress and comforter are stained.

I am very disappointed with my stay in Raintree Rolla Hotel. I paid lots of money for my room ( $ 40 per night) , which without a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a mini bar. No refrigerator. No bedspread. the unsavory conditions of the room. Room is dirty, I came at 11.00pm an there was no towel in my room. I asked for towels and bathroom kit. They brought it to my room after 8 hours next day. The room exhibits an unpleasant smell to the guest. I was charged in advanced and that was my mistake!
If you can avoid to stay in this hotel! Property does not live up to what it has been advertised to be. The streets beside very noisy. Definitely not great deal!

We did enjoy our stay at your hotel for almost 9 days with my family in room no.411& 317 that was end of last december2014 to early january 2015. and we are planing to come again and stay rolla raintree hotel on december 2015 for holidays
