Wifi is very slow, only few channels in tv, no hair dryer, no iron box and the interesting things is they have only 1 can opener for the all room, the important think is very bad and un professional front desk and the staff.. please avoid booking.not worth for atleast 10 dollars.
Staff do not interact with customers mostly cater to a India/ Pakistan clientele. Late room clean up need to request for toilet paper extra towels. At the end of your stay they tap on an extra $75 dihram not sure what the fee is for definitely not room service? If your looking to book excursion please book online not with hotel. They provided tight cars with local Indian guides that bring you to locations to sell expensive rugs and overpriced items. Better off getting a map take the metro or uber car service to explore the city on your own.

Unhygienic rooms and dirty patches all over the room carpets with poor room service and a dirty washroom that has just a single towel for two. Rude receptionists with the worst attitude. Totally disrespecting the customers. If you are unable to provide services of a 4 star hotel then do not name yourself one. Not a good choice to stay again.
Well,It is not less than a luxury 5 star. The restaurant here serves DELICIOUS just too must yummy!! . I also loved the ambience and room service . The rooms are fantastic, clean nd cozy...there is an awesome swimming pool and a gym too....it is a great fun here for a stay of a week or so....must visit!!

The check in process took much time even I have reserved the room online from before. No coffee or tea in the room. Not even water or glasses or water heater. Only one towel was in the toilet. Most of their guests are Indians for some reason. Indian spa and massage is on the First floor. Seems like car parking is not available. It's okay to stay there for one night but not recommended for longer stays. I forgot to say that no one answers the phone when u call the reception from ur room.

Worse hotel ever,i booked suites for three day when i first check in there is not a single thing in my room not a tv, refrigerator, shower kit, dental kit nothing.. when i complaint about it they took item from one of the room that's how it work they don't have enough iteam they just transfer from one room to another

After then when we talked to manager he done nothing just saying i will tell staff and none of his staff listen his single thing like he is some stranger

Its a great & quite hotel with a great location, less than 5mnt walking to train station & their is a great restaurant near by called multifood.

The service was terrible. We asked for something that we needed so we asked the staff, they said sure in minute they will give it to us. Hours pass by and they still haven't gotten to us. We asked again they said in a minute they will give us the item. Again hours pass by and no sign of then. The rooms were big but they weren't clean. They're stains on the beds and chairs that can clearly be seen. The rooms also smelled terrible. I highly recommend you not to stay at this hotel. They charge to much for a terrible place.

A terrible hotel! I do not know where to start, we arrived at 22.30 in the evening and offered us rooms that did not open with our maps. Every time we send a person to open the door. In one of the rooms the air conditioner does not switch off. After a long conversation and the hotel's departure to move us into new rooms, the manager came and offered us two rooms on the 7th floor, but we had to wait 30 minutes to clean them. We agreed and went to dinner. We returned to the hotel at 1.30 in the evening and one room was not cleaned yet. They changed the sheets and put on a towel and that was it. The room was dirty, dusty, the bathroom was just abominable. In 7 days we changed only the towels once and once the sheets. She was not cleaned of dust. Another terrible thing was building the whole night a great noise. The other was the two discotheques that were heard on the 7th floor until 4.00 in the evening. And for dirt, I have no words in the corridor of the hotel. I have not seen a terrible hotel in my life. I do not recommend it at all.
It's a very Nice place to stay with good Indian food and nearby South Indian restaurants and finally 1-10 dhms shops. Soooperb experience
The female lady at reception by the name of 'Fhe' is mean. Any question I asked she responded in a way as if I asked her for her Card Pin Number. She shouldnt be working in hospitality/customer service industry.

I got many strange insect bites that remain painful over 1 week in this hotel! Room service is not done except after you call manytimes and may not be done at all. Reception staff some if them are very rude. This hotel can never be 4 stars. Poor maintainance. Window is very facing another window of the other building so no view and unclean glass. Room is spaciouse. Internet speed avergae. I lost my vaccation in this hotel. I understand it is cheap but other hotels in the same price ranfe are far better. I hope they did not advertise it as 4 star.
Absolutely a horrible hotel. First they don't have my reservation despite booking days in advance and my credit card being debited. There were others at the reception with the same issue. All the receptionists were impassive and totally no sympathetic to our isses. It's ovbius the hotel is iverbooking itself with clients.ts from the bar across with the ladies. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Will never come here again.

Pathetic customer service and rude staff.
They do not allow visitors and are so rude about that. I booked a room for my guests for 20 days and i came in with no luggage and asked for the room info, they refused without even looking at me.
You can easily sneak if you want, but i decided to respect the policy. But next day i decided to book a room myself cz we had a meeting. I asked that same guy (Aqib), why do you have such policy if no other good hotels have such issues. Again without giving a look he said then we should go for good hotels only. That is the level of customer service.
Checked in from this hotel on August 20-23, 2018. The hotel itself had a spaceous rooms with a very good facilities and reasonable parking space. However, stains on beddings, sofa seats and even rugs are entirely visible.
To summarize, their main problem was having an overall very bad services to its clients. Worse, they will ignore your requests from the reception to the ground staff. Common Requests such as extra towels, toiletries, room make-ups are ignored. You talked with receptionist and all you can hear is them saying coming, coming, coming... . Such a big disappointment for a 4 star hotel. There s is lack of synchronized communications among ground staff, receptionist and even management.
My four cents to the upper management:
1. Stains can be removed if you have well-trained staff. You don t need to invest a lot but try to research on the usage of baking soda, vinegar and soaps when combined.
2. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness in resolving the tenants issues/requests by having a strong and synchronized communications on all hotel staff. Please take good care of tenants requests.
3. I have noticed that the staff were mostly dominated by a single nationality. No discrimination per se, but this encourages ineffectiveness as a whole. Or
4.Change the entire hotel management with fresh ideas coming from a more competitive core staff. Being professional is not only by projecting a pleasant personality while entertaining/ greeting guests at the receptions, hallways and even on elevator. ACTION is the key.
My two cents for prospective tenants:
1. Please please..provide this review with utmost consideration. Don t be fooled with the rates.
2. Avoid this hotel as much as possible. Don t try to take risks and then come back in this review section while doing this feedback again and again.

I came from UK and i was too tired bcoz of 24 hours i travel and i reached at 12 pm and I requested for room for early. I can understand that check in time is 2:00 pm but i requested they denied and there behave was rude and i waited there 2 hours. After that when i get room when i entered in room , its too smelly, Geaser not working, wifi not working properly, no have fridge, sofa are broken, no sleeper, no have dryer, shortage of towels, towels r dirty...etc.
I called so many times to fix these things but staff say coming but no one fixed anything.
I ordered food but food taste is bad and price is so high.
Swimming pool closed.

We had stayed here from 24th Jan to 30th Jan 2018. we were in a group and had booked 8 rooms. After 2 days of stay, when we returned from shopping, we could not unlock our baggage and found one zip out of the lock. Fortunately, they could not open the baggage. Maybe when they tried to break open the lock forcibly, one zip came out. When we reported the incident at the reception, they said will look into it, but never visited the room.
After another 2 days, in another room of our group, they found their baggage cut. Even this incident was reported to the reception, but of no use. They did not show any interest in resolving the issue.
Employees here are very negligent and there is no safety for our belongings.

People in the reception don't know the proper customer service. Television is not working, Pillow case have a stained, no Bath towel, telephone not working, lastly the door of the room don't have proper lock, unsafety stay in this hotel, this is my first and last that I will stay in this hotel.
It's good budget hotel. One of the oldest and easy to locate. Has many restaurants and pubs nearby.
