One of d best hotel at affordable rate. U cn easily roam around for shopping just by walking for maximum 10 min. Al fahidi metro station is just 5 min walking distance. Cheap Food court is at nearby shopping complex. Gym is quite good for workout loving people..
Given 4 star just because of repeated menu of breakfast & needed some cleanliness in room due to small insects. Overall good experience..

Well. Hard to judge. Staff was very nice,on the other hand management is giving a f... literally to property. Rooms are not maintained, smoking seems to be allowed everywhere, as all rooms smells like an ashtray. And it's not staff,who is not trying,they just don't know how,it's (my guess indian) management, who does zero,pool was not working,gym seems to be never cleaned since opening. Price was ok,but there are better places in200 AUD range.

If there was button for more than poor I would select that as they are worst than poor. So here my story comes since I was having a business meet up I had to travel from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. I had booked this hotel through agoda app with great deal. First when I reach the hotel I had to pay 15 aed extra for tourism purpose, that s not issue. Second this receptionist tells me our internet is very slow I was like I m okay until unless I m able to make my presentation and chat. Then when I reach room the room the room full of smell of tobacco I ignored it thinking it will disappear after sometime.In meanwhile I was trying to connect to WiFi, but unfortunately it says no internet connection , I tried so many times but nothing happened.When my tolerance reached high I had called up this receptionist guy in fact I begged him that I need internet badly, his response was I will send someone to check and that someone never showed up.At last I had to buy data for more than 100 aed. And the tv channels doesn t support anything except National Geography, Cartoon and Song which are in Arabic.I really regret going for this hotel as I was getting the same deal in York International Hotel which is close to this.
This hotel is highly not recommended for business trip people as well for tourists.

Extremely bad customer service experience! Only 1 checkin staff working extremely slow.. asked me to wait for 50mins but only 1 family is in front of me... and this is always the case.. I don t know how come check in could take that much time! This is disaster

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. They'll rake money for parking and poor internet, poor services, poor smell, not clean, I've seen insects inside my room, It's too annoying in the night. DON'T EVEN THINK TO TRY IT.

There were no spoons in room. When requested we got on 3rd day.
Room was not cleaned on last day even when instructed.
Could use another hotel with better management... Lights were not enough I'm rooms....

third class service, third class room they try to fix me in. My 1st night I can never forget that. After 7 hours flight we arrived DXB then it took us aprox 2 hours to clear immigration etc., then reach hotel somewhere at half 2 am with young kids. I booked via booking.com which gurantee that we can pay at the time but I was in shoked when I been told by reception staff that your booking has been canclled. The way staff was talking to me like this is morning time we arrive fresh in hotel. Cut the long story short after arguing good 40 minutes he rebook us and then another fight was about rooms. The room which booking.com showed us in photos on their website they were delux rooms and the room which they offered us in same rate were thrid class room with the bad smell, I was unable to stand in room even for 2 minutes, then after our several request they changed room and in this one there was no cooling, I was hardley breating then again upon our several request's they offered us third room which was a lot better. There was no proper room service, no tissue's in toilet, everyday wifi problem. I was so emberessed in front of my family that what I have booked.

Other than clogged drains, bed bugs, a lots and lots of roaches, non responsive reception, non responsive room service, carpets with dustmites, unhygienic toilet, bad service TV, scraped sofas, really poor Internet, no door lock, dirty bed frames and moldy AC vents - everything else was fine :)

Worthy of its 4-star tag if only the housekeeping kept up with its reputation. There were days when the housekeeping took out used towels and empty water bottles, but never replaced them with new ones. The replacements too came in after 2 to 3 calls. Small lookovers like not bringing in a spoon while restocking coffee machine supplies or not switching off the lights after making up the room are things that are annoying for me.

Now to the positives.

The hotel is located bang in the midst of Bur Dubai. Location and transport are two of its greatest USPs. The inhouse reataurants and pubs are decent, but expensive. The complimentary breakfast every morning is decent, but there's not much variety. Moreover, the hotel's primary clientele is Indian, so expect breakfast items catering to Indian tastebuds.

The rooms are spacious and all the amenities are in place. But as I said, the housekeeping needs to keep up and it would be worth its 4-star tag.

Decent budget place, housekeeping is strictly average... However this place is HIGHLY recommended for it's location. Extremely good for money minded travelers, closer to multiple key roadways and metros

The rooms and bathrooms are very dirty and smelling and staff are unprofessional , the internet is disconnecting every hour and you have to ask them to send someone to fix it, No parking space and the parking of hotel is chargeable extra 30 AED per night , NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL , very dirty !

04-3556600 Number shows busy for more than half n hour. I am trying to contact my friend who came from india. It seems Hotel doesn't have DID Number or any other numbers for customers to contact.

This hotel is worst to stay i give them -5 rating poor staff poor management no towels nothing in the room not even clean.
They even don't pick the calls at reception not even house keeping and they are good for the services like entertainment i hope you all got it what i want to stay but yes please keep in mind don't stay in this hotel with family it's not a family hotel.

I paid more then 15000 dirham's for my four months stay.
But they don't have single service me and my god knows how i stayed here in this hell like hotel.

We had a birthday party here. A very decent place at reasonable cost, impressive interior and food quality.

Good as 3 star...definitely not 4 star hotel...the carpets smell funny..looks like no steam cleaning done in years..rooms are big but not well maitained.curtains and sofas in room quite not clean.

I just booked this hotel m coming to dubai on 22 march but because of cov19 flights shutdown and I did not get a single penny from them.

The worst hotel i've ever stayed. I had a hard time check in (took approx 3 hrs) and the staff didn't have an idea what was going on. The electronic key to the room wouldn't work and the staff refused to mention when I checked in. I had to ask them many times to tell me the truth that the keys were not working. The room boy has to go every room to open the door with a master key when it needed. Also there was no help when I asked to check out and needed someone to carry my luggage. I was charged for breakfast and took 20 mins to check out because of the miscommunication between the staff.

The evaluation does not deserve the level of hygiene is non-existent and is not appropriate for families

Since it is in the heart of city, it's easy to travel all the places.

The only thing nice about this place is the front desk area! Food and house service is brutally terrible

While I had checked in for my Room on Sunday 21st June 1 Pm Onwards . There was one Filipino Attendant at the Reception was having Very Rude Attitude .The second thing there was no towel , Tissues , Soaps available in the washroom. I have called Several times to the Reception , House keeping but nobody Provided anything. After Two hours there was one cleaner outside in the lobby he said no one informed him from the Hotel Staff about anything. I told him Finally he Provided me One towel for two people and Soap than he said Tissue is not available in the Hotel. Table inside the Room was very Dirty. We have paid and the service was Worst

Don't ever dare to go to this hotel . Worst hotel that I've ever had in my life. Receptionist were so rude, no service no communication none. O points should be given for this hotel. I read the bad comments about this hotel . But I didn't take these serious.

Location is nice but the management is so rude, as they not allowed guest in the room even in the day time, reception person is so rude as well, in the room no water, no dryer, even for the shampoo and soap we have to request, no towels and delivery guy is not allowed to come up. No slippers. One of the reception name Mr. "Asad" even don't know who to respect there customers and how to answer nicely. 3 stars for the location and hotel room size.

When got this hotel for under 60 AED per night, I thought it's a steal. But then I realized everything is not right here. The rooms are stinking, Bathrooms are leaking, no hot water. No Parking either. You need to PAY for parking in hotel cellar. The furniture inside the rooms is delapidated. All in all, if you are with family, avoid this place - it's simply sleazy. If you travel alone and looking for cheaper alternative, then it's okay. The only plus I can see is the location - on Rolla street, right in the middle of downtown. Easy access to taxi or public transport. But that's because of location.

Dirty rooms with stained carpet and stained upholstery. Bath tub could not drain the water properly. Had to change the room twice. Housekeeping was pathetic. Location is the only good part of the stay in this hotel.

Sharing my experience and frustration.i had booked it for a birthday party. Intially i thought i had got a very good deal as looking at the size of the reatuarant and number of dishes and Price offered per person seemed competitive as compare to market, however it turned out to be a bitter experience. Luckily we had arrnaged the decoration from outside, had we left it to the staff of the restuarant it would have been an absolute shame and embaraasing in front of the guest. The service staff was half the time either in kitchen or somewhere bt not serving the guest, although they looked busy, they were bringing starter plate by plate from the kitchen and so slow that it could not even fullfill first 15 guest and then there was long waiting for the other guest, which as a host was very embarassing. The starters were not circulated and were just kept on the tray. Had to request waiter again and again to offers to guests numerous times. Water and softdrinks were not circulated and kids had to come to the bar. Orange juice was promised during booking apart from welcome drink but wasnt there and had to request numerous time before we could get 1 carton. Bar tender was away half the time , beer was not cold. Overall a very bad impression, very bad service, staff which was very humble during booking seems way different on the final day. will definately not recommend to anyone, better to spend 5-10 dirhams more per person and do it somwhere else so you feel the worth of money spent.

The hotel is rated as a four star hotel but only worth 2 stars. The disadvantages are many: the inconvenience and the bad way of treating the employees who are of Indian nationality, the lack of parking where the area is so crowded and the strange is the existence The hotel has no parking facilities, and the furniture is old and worn out. The hotel is very old and I would not recommend staying there.

Highly avoidable. Breakfast time is worse than a Indian marriage buffet rush. Just terrible.

It was a nice property. Indian Food was prepared with proper hygiene and tasted very nice. Yellow dal tadka and Indian breads were as nice as they are in India. Breakfast buffet was nice but it was lacking in variety of bakery items. It also had disc and Spa facility. I will surely visit this place again if I get a chance to go to Dubai back.
