Under change of Management so may have to visit next week to know the change. Otherwise Banjara Restaurant is too good & cozy to have Dinner with family.

Room was good but getting room took 50 minutes due to slow services at reception

A four star new property, big rooms and good interior.

It s not even close to a 4 star standard. Very poor hygiene. The room was lacking basic stuff like tissue paper, soap, clean sheets, ashtray, mini-bar.
And what made it worse are the cockroaches! They were filled in the washroom, in the room. It was a terrible experience.

Raintree hotel: the room where we stayed is dirty. the walls were dirty and it smelled. many things were not there such as: slippers; bathrobe, there was only 1 towel. no minibar. The pool is also not in order. no bodyguard. which I find very irresponsible. many things were broken around the pool. the lady on reception was not friendly and not helpful.

Rooms and all facilities are okey for the pricing, but customer service is not Okey for the pricing,

Ambience is only good.... Service and food is not good

Behaviour of lady receptionist is bad.
Room service is also very very poor ,food is average.and very oily.over all stay experience is not good.

This is my worst experience ever..
The cashier and receptionist were not wearing masks even in this pandemic..The cashier guy is very very rude and abusive. I don't know if the management train their staff at all..He used abusive words on me,as a lady.I would have called the police for him but my husband calmed me down..Please train your staff, otherwise employ new staff and terminate these ones here..they have no customer relationship at all.

The people in the reception they don t know how to deal with the customer, I asked them for the towel 2 times , also they ask you for check out 1 hour before annoying,, + you will pay 15+40 Derhams for parking,,,

Good hotel. Convenient location. Slightly far from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall but public transport options are available. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Could be more prompt with their service but overall very good.

There is no customer service. Hotel room was dirty including the carpet, bed sheets, towels, etc...Do not recommend this hotel if you are on a vacation.

Room was a disaster. Linen and pillows were dirty, no amenities.

Very bad hotel, very old furniture. Very clean. Small cockroaches with bath and sometimes in room. They made us pay in advance because they know the bad condition of the hotel.

Very bad place, no services are available. Cocroches roaming in rooms & bathrooms. No towels available in time. Dirty Dustbin smelling bad but covered with plastic. In present pandemic situation, very bad place to stay.

The staff at check in was extremely rude. Her approach was unacceptable. She didnt even greeted us and asked how are we at that time.She immediately come into discussion that check in time is at 2pm without even bothering to ask our names and confirmed our booking. When she was told that we dont like her approach she became defensive and started raising her voice saying again that check in is at 2pm. We understand that check in is at 2pm, but atleast she could just served us nicely without making us feel unwelcome. Atleast she could had offered some water to drink, something but she just completely ignored us.At that time there were no other guests, and she was already under that pressure.

When asked if there was a manager to speak to and she rudely answer no, only at 11am. And she just ignored us again until we decide to sit down.

Only when we called Agoda, then Agoda called the hotel, then there was a supervisor who helped us and spoke with us. She admit that the staff had received many complaints from other guests on how she serve them.

Not only this we had a problem during our stay but I rather discussed it privately. The hotel was fine as well as the location, but the check in service completely put off us down. The Filipino supervisor on the hand was helpful. I hope this incident would be actioned and service would be improve as its not nice for guest like us who only want to enjoy the stay but it started out with a rude staff. Its unacceptable.

Very very poor hotel in Dubai. Soon they will be locked by dubai tourism dept because of there bad performance

I booked a Suit 4 days back before checking In. While when i reached there, i notice that staff was not trained to manage guest, and later i realised when i saw Filipino staff talking to each other for my room, i felt like they have given all the Suit to other guest. it took like 20 minutes to check in, when i reached up to my Suit, i notice it was just a small room, for which i came back to reception and asked them about it, on which they informed me that they do not have Suit. They cheated me by giving a small room on the same rate. 2ndly, i paid and booked my suit with breakfast, which later i came to know that they do not even have restaurant so they were unable to provide breakfast.

Parking is not free, they charge extra AED 30 for one full day, and people handling parking are rude.

No Iron and Iron stand available in the room, on requesting for iron and iron stand it took them 30 minutes to provide, excuse was "we are searching for Iron and Iron Stand"
Disco on ground floor, music keep coming up till late night.
Beds are uncomfortable
In short, Do not book this Hotel.

Budget hotel with lower than average house keeping staff but good location due to many shopping places and reaturant nearby

Perhaps the worst place to live in this price in Dubai. Worst customer service. Worst attitude. Dirty rooms. No room cleaning for days even after dozens of reminders. Air-condition doesn't work properly. And foremost, no one is willing to take the responsibility.

The superb and very worst, totally dirty and unsanitary hotel you will find in Dubai. If u wanna see rats, rodents and flies, its the perfect and number 1 hotspot place to be.

The worst experience you could ever have is in this hotel.I dont know how it is 4 star but the service they provide is terrible.The rooms are so dirty and stain marks are all over the bed and sofas.No drinking water,no towels.And the duty manager looks like sleepy personallity.Terrible!!Terrible!!Terrible!!

Found bed bugs & cockroach in the room, horrible Wi-Fi, AC does not work in some of the rooms.

Not worthy of a 4-star hotel rating. The room was dirty. We kept on requesting for a room service to clean our room in the morning before we left, but we even have to be awake until 1 am just to wait for the staff. We accidentally poured water on the bed sheets while eating so we can't sleep with the wet sheets. And worse the guy just folded the linens and didn't provide us with new sheets.

Normal hotel , wifi is not good , very big room , it s good for more passenger , for one visitor I don't recommend

This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced. Service, staff is very bad. My room is very dirty, there is no staff cleaning daily, there are lots of cockroaches inside the bedroom and toilet. If my door is broken, I can't change it. Forcing me to stay there and every time I go in, I beg them to let the staff use the door opener. I will never go back there.

All in all a terrible hotel experience.

The rooms are poorly maintained. Stains on the floors and walls are commonplace. Not to mention the carpet flooring features an off-putting stench. Pair that with the lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which seems to permeate the building, and you have a winning combination.

Also, good luck with charging your electronic devices if they require North American outlets. My room had no outlets, and the hotel itself could not provide any charging adaptors over the course of my 5-day stay.

Lastly, did I mention the cockroaches? These unsightly bugs can be found throughout your unit, from the bathroom to beside your bed. The hotel is clearly dealing with a full-blown infestation, I personally saw multiple rooms that were closed or out of service. When I pressed hotel staff about these rooms, they admitted quite readily that pest control was the issue.

I would not recommend this "4-star hotel" to any friends, family or random strangers.

This was my first stay in Dubai, Hotel was so clean.

Staff are average helping. Ordered tea from restaurant the tea pot was too dirty. And rooms are not properly cleaned. But those who need an average stay economical can choose

U will not see anything that they offer online.We booked online 2 rooms,once arrived they are saying they don't know anything about that..I showed my booking id.they are creating drama..they asked us to call make my trip and complain
Finally they gave me rooms with extra money.no tv inside ...no towel...not even glass...the only thing extra they have was bunch of cockroaches

Old hotel. Tobacco smoke smelt everywhere. Staff isn't kind. Officialy has 4 stars, but not for 4 stars definitely.

The worst hotel. No proper WiFi, no hot water, no TV channels, no house keeping services, no amenities ( water, soap, towels, bed sheets, tea and coffee and sugar, cockroaches all over the hotel and rooms, rats running around in the corridor and in rooms,. Why kind of hygiene and cleanliness does this hotel have? Bath mats and hand towels are for same purpose.

This hotel is ideal for business travellers as well as leisure travelers Close to this hotel you get metro stations, shopping malls, mosques ,good restaurants
