Very clean park. The employees were very friendly. Long lines to get into the pak as well as the rides. Also, get there early or expect a walk from the car. Premium parking is possibly available for an additional cost.

You don't pay for parking knuckle head!!!! This park is awesome, I have a season pass and always love coming here!!! The only complaint is sometimes it's too busy...hence the awesomeness!!!

We had alot of fun! didnt use the lockers and nothing got stolen. The food was good indoors. I love the fact that it has 3 pool parks for the little ones cuz I was all day with my 2 year old and still had fun!! Also the Lazy river was the bomb!!

Our family spend the day at Raging Waves yesterday. I was not sure what to expect having read some of the sorted reviews and had difficulty getting the discount code to work for internet only tickets. The staff returned my call and were very helpful for getting the discount code to work while I waited on hold.

Our day was a tremendous experience! Throughout the day we were greeted by friendly staff, even when they were obviously overtaxed. The staff were friendly and informative with each of our encounters, very helpful and encouraging for our kids to try the rides. We observed the staff correct or council visitors on safety issues always polite and respectful.

Thank you for a providing our family a great outing day!

Overall a great experience, the only reason I didn't place 5 stars is because I jabbed my foot on a rusty piece of wire in the huge sandbox. Wave pool os pretty cool and the kids loved the lazy river and large kids area.

Recently I purchased tickets for raging waves 3 on Groupon and 3 on the site. We got there at 12p and was just directed to keep going and no one said anything until we stop and asked what s going on. He told us in a very irritated voice Park is at capacity come back another day. Well we drove 2hrs so of course we weren t coming back. I called to get a refund for my tix and no answer. I was directed to a manager voicemail but no call back. I ve been to raging waves and never had these issues. But after yesterday I m not sure if I want to visit again. Even when we called and explained the gurl said they weren t at capacity at 12p and I m like well that s what they told us and we wouldn t have know if we didn t stop and ask, they just kept signaling cars to keep going. I am very disappointed because this actually was my favorite park.

The slides were fun! Very clean! Temp checks before entry was nice BUT the lazy river was shut down and a lot of the slides weren t open. Upset for how expensive it was that we didn t get to go on all the slides. No mention of the lazy river not being open on the website or we wouldn t have paid $40 per person to go. I think the ticket price should be cheaper because of that. The slides that were open were fun though. And all the children areas were open and looked fun for kids. The best kids set up I ve seen at a water park.

To crowded with not enough place for their guest to sit, and leave our things. The chairs they have available were all out in the open sun with no shade, you will be burning under the sun and the chair themselves are burning hot from been exposed under the sun all day.

I HAD A BLAST FOR IT TO HAVE BEEN MY FIRST TIME. ME AND FRIENDS TRAVEL FROM CHICAGO AND IT WAS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS WATER PARK FOR SOME GOOD OLD FAMILY FUN OR TRIP WITH FRIENDS.

Beautiful, clean, and fun water park!! Cannot say enough about the staff. Whether it was the lifeguards at the rides or guarding the lazy River, to a person they were friendly, engaging and professional. Becky in particular made our day with her attitude and friendly style with our family. More places should hire and train in the manner of Raging Waves. We rented a Cabana on the lazy River the service was excellent and fast, I only wish the service went beyond 3 pm. The rides are great fun and wide variety for all ages! Highly recommend this for a family event!! Tip : the cement can get hot so bring water shoes or cheap flip flops to wear when walking around.

I really love water parks and this place was no different. They have decent prices (I actually went here on a free ticket that was provided by Heartland Blood Clinic for a blood donation - thank you!); and the rides are very good. There was a funnel ride, however, that requires you to go with other people and since I was alone, the 'guard' there said that I couldn't go - thankfully a father / daughter there graciously volunteered to take me with them. Other rides there are also nice, one set of rides though needs to be approached with caution - the one where you go on a slide without a float, there was quite a bit of friction.

Really fun place to go with family. Did not expect it would be that big. Should not compare with Wisconsin dells, but it was big enough to have fun. Great for kids as small as 3 years old too. My son was 3 and half years old and he had a lot of fun. The only thing I did not like is the parking lot got full and we had to wait for like 2 hours to find parking and go inside. So, if you go on a weekend try to go as early as possible to find a parking spot, especially when the weather is great.

Nice waterpark, due to covid it is not packed, short wait times for slides. Food is expensive but thats most attractions that offer a menu. Has a lot of slides and some play areas for younger kids.

I love going to this waterpark with my friends! We always have a fun experience, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is well-priced and tasty. All of the rides are fun and enjoyable, although the lines are long, having someone to talk to makes the minutes fly by! I especially enjoyed the Lazy River! 5/5 would recommend.

We took our son to Raging Waves during the Summer months. He had a blast. The kids activity area is perfect for a toddler. The lazy river and wave pool are great for the adults. We had a very good time. We will be back next Summer.

Good place for the price. It's a bit expensive but still provides a fun experience. Variety of water slides, a wave pool, kids area, and the always enjoyable lazy river. Some vertical drop slides would be nice but only to make the park more worth the price. Plus it's always nice to see cute girls in bikinis

Fantastic! The were almost no queues on my visit here on Saturday, however you'd better book your ticket online.
Inside you can buy snacks, soft drinks, fries, hamburgers or a hot dog, but I could not find a bowl of salad. If you take lunch with you, remember no food or beverages are allowed inside the park. Still, there's some place to eat at the parking lot (besides picnicing on the grass).
There are two parking areas - one for $7 and another for free. The free one was expanded lately, so don't worry about extra expenses.

1 star is to many for this place. It's to expensive for what they have to offer. Lines are way to long. It's very congested. You have to rent tube. The tube are 8 bucks to rent rip off. With all the money I spent this weekend I could off went to the Wisconsin dell's and a blast with the family. They advertise 19 water slide they only have 16 false advertising 10 of the water slide are big and only one of them was fun at all when u wait in line all day to get on it. The other 6 slide are dinky little kid slides. The food is a rip off. The wave pool had so many tubs in it that u couldn't even make walk or enjoy it. I would never go there again.

Love all the rides! The Cyclone and Platypus Plunge are the park's best-kept secret. The line for the Cyclone is relatively fast, and the line for the Platypus Plunge is mostly non-existent. Yet both are impressively fast!

This water park is great!!! I just went last week for the first time and I loved it!! I thought the staff was friendly and the park was very clean. The food prices were reasonable (half of what Great America charges). The parking lot was pretty full by the time I arrived at 11:00 but the longest I was in line was 25 minutes. I live 40 minutes from Raging Waves and I will definitely buy a seasons pass next year!!!

Let's just say different from other places I have experienced honestly, when we went to rageing waves and to the lazy river the lifeguards there would YELL except for some this one lifeguard in particular, was yelling at people for no reason I was just trying to grab a floaty and my adult had a wrist band I was grabbing a floaty for me and then the lifeguard yelled at me out of nowhere my adult showed the lifeguard the wirst band she did not even say sorry. Then she was being really annoying. But otherwise it was amazing there were amazing rides my favorite was the wave pool. Although the waves took to long to start up the food wad good to I suggest the bucket 'o fries. I really had fun I highly recommend to go there, it's a really fun place besides the staff and the long lines.
