Few courses in the world compare to the experience one will have at Shadow Creek. The framing of each hole and the drama created by Fazio is some of his best work. The course conditioning is in fact the purest you may find anywhere in the world with some of the most exciting greens that putt like carpet normally rolling at a 12-13 without a single putt ever hitting a bump. Plenty of challenge awaits and a memorable course from start to finish. The par 5s all have drama associated with them and the 18th is a double risk reward hole, first with the tee shot where you can play an angle to shorten the distance of your approach and then your approach over water to an angled and challenging green which is you miss will likely lead to a splash in the water. This course has to be in anyone's top 10 and if you believe in the concept of the best course out there, Shadow Creek is a strong contender. Finally, I know its hard to justify any round of golf being worth $500, but lets put it this way, if there is a cost worthy of its price tag, it would be Shadow Creek, the experience from start to finish is a perfect 10/10 (which I give nobody) and the service is as high quality as the golfing experience. Enjoy it if you have the opportunity!

Amazing course. If you get the chance to play it don t hesitate. Staff was amazing and caddy was helpful and patient. Check it off the bucket list... however, it went right back on. Got to do it again.

Absolutely amazing. Yes it's expensive, yes it is over the top, but if you're a golfer you owe it to yourself to play here. From the second you get picked up to the second you are dropped off, it's an incredible experience. The course was in great shape, the staff were so friendly and so professional this is what golf is supposed to be like.

Food in the club house was tasty, and weirdly affordable compared to the green fee price.

Tl;Dr golf here. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful course, went there to review setup for the Tiger-Phil match. Site inspection. If you're staying at MGM they will bring. You there and back. You will be supplied with a caddie but the fees are $500 a round plus what you doul out for tips. Hope You're a whale and you're getting it comped.

This is literally THE BEST golf course I have EVER been too, and I have been to HUNDREDS. On the website they say that it is the MOST legendary place on this side of heaven, and they are soooooooo trueeeee. I come back every year, and as soon as my fourteen kids grow old enough, I will be taking them there too. It will be an amazing trip and I can't wait until my kids get married there. My husband thinks I am weird for liking the golf course SO MUCH, but it's hard not to. This summer when my husband is taking a business trip, I am going to sneak to Las Vegas and stay here. He won't know a thing. I don't consider this as an addiction I consider this as a hobby.
If there was a sixth star I would give them it!

Great course! Worth every penny to play such a beautiful golf course, everyone treats you remarkably from the second you get there to the time you leave. Highly recommended and a great experience.

I've been fortunate to play some of the world's best courses such as Pebble, Butler Nat'l, Kiawah, Blackwolf, Ballybunion, and Old Head. Shadow Creek is the best golf experience I've ever had. Fazio, who played in front of us that day, moved so much dirt to create an oasis that is indescribable. You can't believe you are in Vegas, or on Earth. Every hole is framed perfectly and is in Augusta-like condition. The service, range, and clubhouse are impeccable as well. The only reason this place isn't ranked in the top 10 is because it's a newer course - there's no history or tradition. Regardless, it is an amazing experience that I will never forget.

The best golf experience. I personally rank it there with Pebble Beach. Completely different course but both bucket list experiences with excellent service!!

In top 3 desert courses I've played. To me, Cascara presents a higher difficulty level. A must play for serious golfers. Fore caddies a must or you'll shoot a thousand.

This is in my top 10 greatest golf courses. The whole experience is amazing. When you enter these grounds the whole world melts away and all that is left is this perfect golf course. There are challenging and memorable par 4s, 3s, and 5s. The test of a golf course for me is how different each par 4 is.

Awesome course. The staff are wonderful, the food is great. Overall an excellent golf experience. Hard to believe it is middle of desert. Complete oasis.

Amazing golf course, really ticked on off the bucket list here. Don't kid yourself expensive but then again don't die wondering how the really rich live and play. Everything about this golf course was perfect and looked after. The amount of work to create a d maintain this in the middle of a dessert is unimaginable. Well done guys!!

Course excellent. Do not arrive without your own clubs if you are a LH lady player. Had the most atrocious rentals. What a shame. Brian was my caddie and was very good.

If you have the chance to play it, go for it. As others have said, it's a first class experience from start to finish.

Played in a tournament here a few months back and the course was in great condition. The layout was challenging but still fun to navigate.

Absolutely incredible. I bought a round (and the room required) as an anniversary gift for my husband. I really thought I would be bored watching him play, but our caddie Kevin was completely amazing. He kept conversation, kept up with yardage and ball paths, and made sure to keep me included. The course, locker rooms, and restaurant are immaculate. Such an amazing experience!!!

If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to play, don't hesitate for a second. As a golfer, I can safely say it was the best golf experience of my life.

As a local community member I will probably never golf here. I understand it is a world class golf establishment and rates high due to that, however as someone who lives just next door, they have the potential to be a beautiful cornerstone of nature in the community, however due to its exclusive nature it is nothing but an ugly fence to me. 2 stars until they make their exterior match the interior. They get 2 instead of one as they do improve my bike rides when they water with about a 10 degree temperature drop due to the obscene about of water they use to keep the golf course so beautiful and lush.

Haven't played it since '96, but the trip to North Las Vegas out in the Stix and away from everything reminded me of any classic Bond villian compound. In' 88, Wynn spent $3.2 million per hole and facilities were just as opulent. What great memories! Enough said!

Love their course. Definitely meant for intermediate golfers.

Just played here with my father for his birthday. $750 ($1500) greens fees + tip for the caddie. Worth every penny (have to stay a MGM property of course). We are just a couple of regular guys so not high rollers but what I noticed is there is no pretentiousness, arrogance, smugness if you will. Whether you are a scratch or high handicap they treat you like you are a high roller. Big shout out to our caddy Kevin. Couldn't have been a more perfect day.

Las Vegas is a city of superlatives. In golfing terms nowhere embodies this phenomenon more than Shadow Creek. For guests staying at MGM Resorts hotels, there's the chance to dig deep into your wallet and book onto Vegas's most extraordinary golf course, previously the domain of only a privileged few.

Haven't played it yet...you would never know it was in Vegas, not one palm tree.
