Strongly discourage the hotel (unethical staff practices just to gain extra charges). Very disappointed. See for yourself. Thank you!

Hotel itself was ok the neighbourhood it s in is not, never felt safe at all, breakfast is terrible never bothered to try any other food they had. We stayed for 2 nights with 1 night of very loud karioki only years from our room couldn t wait to leave. Not recommended

It s a nearby hotel where you can easily locate in the heart of Makati! It s a good location for nearby restaurants and shopping. It was an OK experience until we went up for a buffet breakfast. Food tastes great, however there was a dead fly in our soup. We approached the wait staff and she did not bother to utter an apology! Very unprofessional!

The room is clean, but the double bed is small and the room is poorly insulated, you can hear the incessant traffic from Manila all night long.

Our money was unfortunately stolen from inside the reception, where staff suggested us to leave our luggage. Management and staff just ignores my quiries. NOT RECOMMEND.

Good for stay-cation with friends. They serve buffet breakfast.

The place has a 5 star customer service, rooms are a bit wierd, the bathroom did not smell good even if room service came already multiple times. Bed looks great but not really comfortable. Location was great because it's near a lot of restaurants.

Review for the breakfast: it was a promotion sure. You get what you pay for. Hope they change things up because it was a really underwhelming breakfast buffet.

Hotel filled with cockroaches, we had our room "double super deluxe" with cockroaches from all over the bathroom, cupboards, fridge and the floor of the room. We changed rooms and ditto roaches everywhere. We found them in the corridors and worse in the restaurant in the evening at dinner and at breakfast ... Awful !!!! The worst of the room is scandalous !!!!!

Terrable place, but nice people who are working here. Came in and checked in and found a cockroach in there.
Change the room and was not happy with the view.

Jade Hotel Don Chino Roces avenue in Markati Metro Manila
in one word JADED ?, they have not refunded our cancellation as they promised , we put up with 2 nights , we were NOT putting up with the 3rd night , so we cancelled , they assured us they would refund us ,they were so quick to grab our money in advance but frustrated now and after 2 months and still no refund ,so we still have not received our promised refund of one night. WARNING we asked for a room WITH VIEWS , and after taking our money up front , gave us a room with a cement wall view and , NO scenery at all , so beware of the Jaded hotel for me the room was stuffy and i got the feeling of of being closed in . i am a reasonable person , but not with these people
The so called Free breakfast was aweful , and the meat was half cooked , if i was happy about JADED hotel , would i be using my time to write this honest reveiw

Perfect staycation choice! Love the infinity pool! Service is excellent! Food is great! 10/10 rating!

Breakfast buffet needs better choices. Room was good for the price but cleanliness needs improvement (dusty furniture, stained beddings, tiles needs cleaning)

It is well located but the rooms are very small. The massage service offered is not professional, they hire a girl without training and pay them half of what they usually charge. The massages are given in the room. In our case on the floor above the mattress since in the room it did not fit.

Doors are difficult to open. Like, DIFFICULT. Coffee and creamer is given yet there's no electric water heater available in the room. Swimming Pool looks so boring. The rest seems to be just fine but it totally needs improvement.

As soon as we entered the room we saw two mice in our room, we were transferred but the room was sub-par as compared to our previous stay it has gotten too bad, the floor needs some sweeping , the airconditioner was noisy, the wallpaper were torn ..too bad only relief is the courteous staff but unless I don't have any choice I think this will be the last time I will be booking at their hotel.

The experience here was a bit of a challenge I had a broken foot and this place is not accessible for PWD. 3 days we booked and checked out after 1 day . You shouldn't be fooled by photos as advertised in the ad . Thank god we booked with Expedia and they were able to help us with our situation.

Bad service, unneccessary charges, youre better of checking in to the big hotels. From all the charges that they did, it will just amount to the prices of the hotels like solaire or city of dreams. The stay here is not worth it, very small rooms, bad wifi/internet connection. DO NOT CHECK IN HERE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, THE CREW HERE WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY WILL BRIBE YOU AND SAY NO VISITORS ALLOWED BY 10pm THEN WILL ASK YOU MONEY AND LET YOUR VISITOR STAY TILL 12MIDNIGHT. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Jade before was good now its getting worst..alot of small cockroaches beside the bed. The kitchen staff is very rude they dont even smile. If you talk to them they dont answer.

Booked a hotel online but specifically asked for a smoking room with a balcony but we were given a room that has a window that opens up to what you would think is the exhaust space of the building. We changed room but was then given to a room with only one bed.

Bed is comfy but small if you are more than 6 feet or 185 cm Aircon is to small wonder how is will be during the summer time

This is a neat and tidy hotel.

It can be said that it is a slightly exterior area of Makati, but it is convenient to enter the center of Makati by taxi.

In Makati, just ask chino roces to go shopwise, the hotel is just across the street.

This hotel is worth the money. Check in was easy and fast. Their complimentaries are very good.

If you are referring to the Jade Hotel along Chino Roces Ave, just across Shopwise, it is quite a distance away from LRT. It is not 15 minutes walk
as described in the hotel details. Its location is good though for easy shopping & dining. Easy also for commuters.

Great the service. Room was large and very clean and tidy. Food is Asian and not necessarily for European fat bellies. Bar very romantic and pool very good

Shower fixed.
There is no bathtub.
Sheets and towels are not white.
In some places, it is a big minus that dirt has not fallen.
The food at the restaurant is delicious.
The front desk also depends on people but is generally kind.

1. Terrible parking space underground. The way to their parking is very steep, 6meter short with a sharp curve. We were not able to bring our car out the night we stayed. We were forced to use a cab going around the city.
2. Their chef in their breakfast buffet is not accomodating. He doesn't serve his guests well, so are the limited food choices, 3 variants to be exact!
3. There are flies in the lobby and flies inside our hotel room.
Never coming back...

I didn't give a perfect score because the pool was under renovation for the whole week of our stay.

Friendly staff, Clean rooms, the only thing is, not so much variety with the buffet breakfast. There are only 2 main dishes to choose from. But over all it's a pleasurable stay :) Our rate is 7/10.

I was surprised to get the best service in Manila: the hotel gave us towels and allowed us to stay in the pool even though we arrived 9am and check-in time starts from 14pm. I also loved the little buffet for breakfast on the top floor.

Great hotel, very welcome, the employees are super nice, possibility to leave your luggage at the hotel for the visit if you have a day to spend with and in addition it's free

Ichacharge fee for dinner, but you did not order it at 11:30 pm when you came from the hotel from mall, and just slept. What's that? Can I pay for it, but will you pay for LONG to earn a living? UPDATE: sabi ni front desk staff, yun daw charge nung previous occupant from the other night. The restaurant fee was just too small. So, billing and accounting just make mistakes? After being charged with poor consumer .. 'nanyo

Good place to relax and love the pool, solitude and comfortability as its finest strength. I have been there for many times already and hope they offer discount cards for people like me, who had been there many times already.

Parking is so so, there are cats in the area.

Staff was very kind and the view here is amazing. It's a very nice place to unwind.

Excellent service, staff were professional and polite, and the pool was great.

The pool's tiny and when we were there hadn't been cleaned. The neighborhood where the hotel is located doesn't feel safe either. Breakfast buffet was okay but nothing really special.

Check-in --seamless, did not take more than 15mins. We got in early and we were told that we can use all the facilities but will have to pay 1k if we want to check in early.
Room Amenities --clean and complete with basic amenities (toiletries, towels, water) I liked the space considering the price for the room.
Hotel Amenities --outdoor pool and restaurant is clean and well maintained. Food prices- quite pricey but delicious. Breakfast buffet -very bare, good thing there was brewed coffee.

Overall I loved our stay in this hotel. I appreciated the front desk officer's effort to transfer us to another room because our initial room was near the pool area where there was a scheduled party that night. To make sure that we don't get bothered with the noise, he went out of his way to transfer us to a better room.
In case we have to stay for a night in Makati area, I'll make sure to book this hotel again.

Nice rooms condo units converted to a hotel rooms. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Great pool but not infinity as mentioned but still Ok beside a Bar. Awesome buffet breakfast. Good location beside Shop wise and a lot of fast food place. Be back for another staycation.
