Nice place to take your family. The prices are reasonable compared to other amusement parks. My party rented a cabana. My only gripe with that is we weren't able to close it. After a while the sun became unbearable inside and we couldn't use it anymore. However, it is nice to have to sit, have privacy and store your property. I will go again.

So many WASPS in the lines! We waited in line for two different slides and it took a lot longer because the manager was spraying Raid all over the line where people would eventually wait. At one point when he was spraying Raid, it sprayed on a large group of guests. I understand taking action to the wasp problem, but it should have been taken care of before the park opened or after it closed. The people working were very kind & helpful. Some slides were closed because the lazy river was closed.

Worst experience we have ever had at a water park....

Worst experience we have ever had at a water park. First off, we got there at 3 pm to get the half day rate, just to find that that only applied on week days, which there website does not expressly state, so we ended paying full price. We also ended up wasting the first 30 minutes before even finding this out, just waiting in line, as all the ticket booths we're shut down for the day and they only had one vendor open to accommodate the hundreds of people who we're still coming in. Once finally in the park, we wasted another 30 minutes just getting set up with a locker, as only half of them were even available and for the ones that were open, only one of the two machines that produced the arm bands and assigned the lockers was operational. Finally ready to enjoy the water park by 4pm, now with only an hour left, several of the attractions we're already closing down. We we're also hungry, but many of the food options were closing as well. All in all, only roughly two thirds of the park was even operational and for all the major slides, the wait was nearly an hour. So, yes, after all of that, we all literally managed to make one slide and then it was time to go. To top it all off, we we're so disapointed with our obviously dismal experience, that we decided to talk to customer service, figuring they would at least try and turn this all around miserable experience. Unfortunately, that hope could not have been further from reality. The woman we spoke to barely cared at all. Essentially, she said that was just what you are going to get from a water park in the closing week and there was nothing she could or would do about it. She would not offer us compensation of any kind. Not a portion of our money back. Not passes for another visit. Not even a voucher for a discount towards a future visit. Nothing. I can't believe that under such circumstances with such an obviously poor experience that someone in charge of their customer service could not think of a single thing to even try and make it right, not even cared to do so. All in all, as I said at the beginning, this was the absolute worst experience any of us had ever had at a water park. We might as well have stayed at home and played in the sprinkler and saved our $200. Yes, that's right. We payed $200 for the displeasure of that experience, for the four of us. For 2 hours, that was really just one. And no one there could have cared less. Outrageous.

I had a great time there and I would 100% recommend going there and I have nothing against Raging Waves except that none of the staff members helped me when my nose was dripping blood. They kept telling me to go to someone who s working at a food place because they had napkins. So I went there(because the place was closer than the bathroom) and she said they can t give me a napkin and to just go to one of the other food places(sorry my explaining is really bad) so I did and same happened. And I just went to the bathroom. I don t really understand why they couldn t give me a napkin but I still have so much fun there and I hope to go again soon

The park is incredibly clean and there is so much for everyone to do. The parking is free or only $10 for preferred right up front. The food is the cheapest I ve ever seen at an amusement park. The landscaping and everything is very nice and clean. We highly recommend Raging Waves for a fun family day!

Nice place had alot of fun. But cabanas dont have locking safes to lock up valuables. Farthest restaurant by the farthest cabana closed 3.5 hours before closing and closed bathrooms 2 hours before closing had to go to the other side of the park. Which for little children can be hard to do!!

Other than the confusing Australian theme, the water park was clean, fun, well staffed, and very kid friendly. The only downside was the food, which is overpriced and unhealthy.

The cabana did come with some fruit, which was great.

If water parks are your thing, or you want a fun activity for a large group, this is a good option.

I love this water park, I've been here twice and both times I had a blast. The wait isn't terribly long, and the food is great, the slides are so much fun. It's a great family place to take your kids, and there is something for kids and adults of all ages to enjoy.

Went here because of a Groupon with a discounted rate don't know if it was because everyone else had the same idea but some of the crowd look like they came out of Cook County General population people mean-muggin there was literally no room in any of the water attractions constantly running into people people running past us kicking water in my little girl's face and in my wife's face it was really out of control

Has a great wave pool & lazy river. the kids pool, sand area are good but there are no real adult areas, which is ok but would be nice to have a place to relax and soak up the sun, but that park is for the kids so it not a (-). The water slide are ok, they should maybe add a few more. Overall the place is very clean. it has an loosely based on Australian theme so it's fun for the kids. Get there early and you can go on all the slide before the lines start. it get super busy around 12 to 3.

Great place to take the kids for the day.

I was honestly shocked at this water park.

I was honestly shocked at this water park.
The food, great, the slides and kids attractions, great. Freeeee parking , option to rent cabanas (which we did in the kid section ) and incredibly clean. It's cleanliness was on par with Disney park, and we frequent Disney. Perfectly landscaped and the water was crystal clear with not even a single piece of debree in it . The staff was nice and helpful. My ONLY complaint is the price. We paid $200 for cabana, which seemed steep. And if you don't get a Groupon it's definitely a crazy admission for just a water park.

Just had a wonderful time at this water park! Buy your tickets on Groupon to save $5 plus tax per ticket. I would recommend going to this water park on Sundays as it s way less crowded than Saturdays. Way better than Six Flags if you are looking for just water park experience. Will visit again!

Today there was a severe thunderstorm. Lots of women and kids were waiting in the gift shop building for the heavy rain and lighting to get smaller. One female staff came and shouted:" everyone get out of here". She successfully drove everyone out to the pouring rain and astonishing thunderstorms. So everyone were wet and gathering again at the entrance to avoid the rain and thunder. Another female staff keep shouting "get out of here everyone". It was terrible experience. Those staff didn't show any care or sympathy to their customers in the instance of this heavy thunderstorm. I was so shocked by their rude behaviors. There were so many kids even babies crying in the thunderstorm.

I had a nice time however the lazy river was crowded and some other people were splashing and not on a raft on the lazy river. The water in the wave area had hair, bugs and a band aid in it. The tube slides were fun, but the stairs were made out of wood and some parts of it bended when me and my family walked on it, making us antsy as we got further up. Finally the staff will only blow a whistle when seeing someone breaking their rules and made no effort to stop the rule breaker from breaking the rules.

It's a nice place to go when you want the whole water park experience. Parking is free (well I had a handicap placard.) The food wasn't all that. We had nachos in a bag nd they gave us shredded cheese not the nacho cheese that you would normally get. You can bring your own food but you have to go back to your car to eat it. They would have gotten 5 stars had the food been better.

We took the grand kids and had a blast.I cant say enough about how friendly the staff is at this water-park.These kids care about there job and do it well. You can tell the owners have spent time in teaching them.We had a reserved "hut" along side the wave pool and service from Payton was fantastic.Has others have said the food will surprise you, good stuff and prices were reasonable. Our daughter with "downs" actually took a tumble and the first aid staff was amazing also, checked on her a couple times more during the day.Great job all, thank you..!!

We took our 4 year old and 3 month old and they had a blast. Rented a cabana(alittle pricey but was nice to have chairs and shade) but it did take almost 30 minutes for us to get shown to the cabana by an employee. But the water was clean, grounds were very clean. Will definalty be going back there again.

I would say it's one of the "averagest" uninspiring water parks I have been to. Plan on spending a lot of money (About or over $200 for four people) and waiting in line more than 3/4 the time you are there. It's even worse when the concrete is burning your feet while waiting forever. (Like burning your tongue on pizza but for your feet). I have been here multiple times and it is always the same. This most recent visit was the worst. Bought the family package online, only to still wait a half hour because they only had two windows open. Waited another half hour in line for the food that came with the family package because none of the other food stands sell hot dogs and fries (and no lids for your soft drinks?). In the wave pool, be prepared to claw your way on top of 50 other people in a twenty foot radius, all flailing their arms and kicking you. It's even worse with the tubes. It's also hard for a grown person sometimes when you are getting hit in the face with five tubes at once and trying to keep your head above the waves. Even worse for my nephews who almost drown because of people jumping on them. Also, they were at capacity it seemed on a Tuesday..., as we couldn't find chairs that weren't being used. Even the lazy river had no place to move, I tried my hardest not to kick little kids while just sitting on my tube. They also made me take off my inherited necklace for a slide after I waited for it, but the rules sign did not address necklaces. Also the lines are not organized well, with people cutting. We decided as a family that it would be more fun to leave and swim at our home pool instead of wasting more time here.

Pretty nice place, but way too crowded. We drove over an hour and a half to go there, and didn't get there until 3 - thinking four hours would be plenty of time to hit all the slides a few times. That was our mistake. We purchased the family pack thinking we could just walk right in when we got there (why else would they charge a convenience fee for paying online?), but of course it couldn't be that easy. We had to wait in line for an hour in the hot sun just to get up to guest services and give them our printout for some tickets and wristbands. We have a two year old daughter and since we didn't anticipate waiting this long my group held our spot in line while I went back to the car to get water for everyone. When we asked for a locker we were told they were all sold out. So then we had to go back to our cars to put away our stuff. By the time we got into the park, it was about 20 minutes before they told everyone to get out of the water because there were some clouds above us. No rain, no lightning, just a little bit of wind and a temperature drop. We decided to go use our meal voucher that came with our family package, but after waiting in line at the Raging Dog, we discovered that they didn't have any fries there and we were supposed to redeem our voucher at the Shark Bite restaurant if we wanted our "Bucket O' Fries". At this point they resumed operations and we then proceeded to wait in another long line for food. By the time we got our food it was already 6 (they close at 7) and I had about 15 minutes of time in the water. We ate our food and then only had enough time to go in the lazy river before we had to leave. I had a feeling this place was going to be crowded on a day like this with 94 degree weather, but the lines were ridiculous and management did nothing to make them go faster. My advice to management: get some covering for people who have to wait in line before getting inside, give people a heads up (maybe printed on the voucher) that they should go to the Shark Bite restaurant to redeem the meal voucher if they want fries, and get some more lockers. If you ever decide to go there definitely get there early and try to go on a weekday when there aren't a bajillion people. Only thing I can say is at least they have good fries.
