Make sure you avoid KAYLA SCRIVEN.
She is vicious and unprofessional. She called me a liar when I reported her the water leakage and called it that it was none of her business.
I asked her to fix it but She told me she didnt want to because it costs her $60 which was so damn precious to her, when I had to pay $100 per month from the leakage. She doesnt think she made a mistake and asked me to pay all the bills because its not her fault.
Not smart, acts like a child. She should be fired. She still hasnt apologised. Im going to file a complaint officially to the Ombudsman if this is not addressed.

I worked here for around 3 years and my experience was fantastic! Going from a receptionist to HR over the years there was definitely career progression for the right employees for the roles. I always felt happy coming to work with the team and will always value a great "team environment" in my next company I work for because of the great team I worked with at Peard Corporate Office! I always felt respected and valued in my role as well, from my colleagues and also from the big bosses in the office! Would 100% reccomend!

I have worked there for more than 3 years in accounts team, job progression is nearly non-existent and there is a huge rate of staff turn over. some of the middle management have no respect on people working for them, they think you doing little even you are bursting your behind and working long hours. And vice versa, don't even know what manager doing there, taking long lunches, and use Friday drinks as excuse, work 6 hours days and be just considered just awesome!

Horrible people! We worked with the people there and NONE of them could help. The women we worked with did not keep in communication with us, she and the owner of the home made us jump through hoops after we provided them with full bank statements and payslips with full time jobs and a baby on the way.
She promised we would know an answer on Monday and we still didnt hear from her til Wednesday after that we got told we were denied. And that was the last we heard from her. I would NOT recommend you go through these people. They are lazy, horrible and un professional people.

Your endless emails have been received, read and noted and we respond as follows:

Firstly in one of your emails to Rod you state that I have never called you or emailed you after being advised I would? Until I read that email I did not even know who you were!
As far as your request for someone at Head Office, I am the General Manager of the Peard group rental division so it is me who you will be speaking to.
We advise in reply to your somewhat out of the blue and ridiculous comment about being indigenous we have no idea what you are talking about? Please be very careful what you are trying to insinuate as it could get you into a lot of trouble!
You stated you are fast getting no-where with Maria you do not answer her emails so therefore you are not getting the response you want. Rod McDougal is not able to assist with your ongoing emails which serve no purpose!
Your tenancy is fast approaching an end and you have been provided a vacate letter and checklist if you ensure all these things are done, everything will end well and all can move forward I have attached this letter again, with the list so that you can refresh your memory.
We will be conducting the final inspection on Monday when your lease is at an end once again if you ensure all is done as per the attached letter / list, all will be well. As a matter of advice every vacating tenant is required to adhere to this list not only you.
There is no more to discuss on this vacate according to the tenancy agreement and once we have completed final inspection we will advise the outcome accordingly.
