Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly, rooms are super clean, buffet is hot food, pool has sun all afternoon. The best workout room i have seen in a hotel! We got a courtesy shuttle to a nearby restaurant. Would stay here again.

The staff and facilities were very nice. The only reason I wouldn't give it five stars is more due to the other people, not the hotel. Children loudly clomping up and down the hallways at 6am have nothing to do with how accommodating everything was.

A very good hotel with very friendly staff, affordable prices and very good rooms. The best beds and pillows for rest. The hotel in general needs a remodel but fulfills the purpose of a good stay very well.

Great hotel for the cost and area. Nice pool and hot tub for the kids and the staff are friendly. Always a fan of the Radisson.

Staff was friendly, the room spacious and well equipped. The location is good and still close to the interstate. I received free drink coupons which is a nice touch. Breakfast has a good assortment and a news paper to read or news to watch on TV.
No 5 stars, as my room was right next to the kitchen vent which was loud and on some days started as early as 5 AM.

The service here has been great and everybody is very kind. I am here for an interview and I don't think the company could have chosen a better location.

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that offers breakfast ONLY to guests who book directly with the hotel. We booked using points from my credit card and we're denied breakfast. That was such an insult, especially since I called before booking to confirm breakfast was included. Also, the water pressure is very low in the room, the mattress feels old and top firm, the A/C unit is very loud and the towels are about as soft as sandpaper. AVOID this hotel unless you've been to prison, then it may feel familiar.

Stayed overnight for a sports event and was absolutely amazed at the size of our room! Normally my family and I are all over each other, but there was so much floor space! It was really great! The only thing I could say is that the parking at night was just not sufficient enough and the spaces are very small. We have a large truck and it was very hard to find a spot. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay!

Attended a meeting here for half a day so I didn't really get a chance to see the hotel. The staff was friendly. The rain was very heavy that day and the outdoor nature of the hotel means I got pretty wet getting to my location while inside the property, and for some reason the concrete on their walkways is like walking on ice. Otherwise the place looks nice and the location is easy to get to.

I would recommend renting this place over the Holiday Inn Express down the street. For $120 with hot breakfast and free Hi-Speed internet. Room is a bit larger for the two beds. There's a bar/restraunt by the outdoor pool.

The only thing that screwed me over was the free detergent the front desk offered me and didnt warn me it contain bleach. Partially my fault but it would be nice to get a heads up!

Very nice. Lots of amenities. Negative noisy heat/ac. Fridge makes a high pitched noise. Rainfall shower-hard to wash hair.

Ample parking with spots for electric car charging. Food and service were good.

Great out of the way hotel near san diego. Clean and well located to keep price down but easily access all of San diego. Rooms are a little dated but very functional

Checked into this hotel for a lacrosse tournament, pleasantly pleased. Comfy beds, clean large rooms, nice pool/hot tub and free breakfast all within the low budget we had. Close to malls, lax field etc. It was a good stay!

Here for social event, didn't stay at the hotel itself. Seemed like a nice, quiet place.

Room was very nice and great for the price! We booked via Priceline and were given a suite that came with a sofa sleeper and separate living area. The staff could use a little more hospitality training as they were slightly rude when we asked for a late checkout. (You'd think we'd asked for an extra afternoon not an hour by the way they reacted). Overall, though, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend!

Very clean and spacious. Kids had fun watching HBO movies. The heated swimming pool was perfect for nice breezy night. Jacuzzi was able to accommodate all 5 of us comfortably.

Clean, everything is on good condition. Like it. Only concern is there is no microwave in room. You need go to lobby.

The place is great, I had been going here for 3 years straight because of the warm hospitality and centric location. Also a bit secluded making it really quiet and rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast has great selection for vegetarians as well. The fitness room is well equipped as well. After today I will no longer be a guest due to some problems I encountered with the manager regarding the accountability of things missing from the room not limited to shower curtains, glasses, cups, linens and other things. Don't let my experience influence the fact that the facility and location is great. I would just make sure you document the fact that the shower curtain is still there.

Went for my cousin graduation down there stayed at the Radisson had to call maintenance every morning to fix the toilet, he took sooo long I had to use the bathroom by the pool. Never got any management to my door about smoking, it was a smoker section on the side walk that was used. Checked out never was told about any extra charge or given a receipt upon leaving, get home and see a $250 smoking charge on my card! Now I wonder did the white man next to me get the same charge???

Loved this place, the rooms are huge and kept very clean! Very convenient to all my locations. I enjoyed the restaurant as well. The staff is very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

All rooms face outside. We were on the 2nd floor and still dealt with a lot of outside noise. The continental breakfast is not included in everyone's stay. Comfortable beds. Didn't swim, but the pool looked well maintained.

great service and good value a bit far from San Diego if you're staying here to save money from the San Diego prices it's a good alternative

Stayed here with the family, May 1 Tuesday - May 5 Friday. The room was nice, it had two queen beds and lots of space for my two year old to play. It had a mini fridge but no microwave and the pool wasn t warm enough to swim in but the jacuzzi was perfect. The staff are nice and friendly, the breakfast in the morning was always good. The place all together was clean well taken care of.

I chose to stay at this hotel because I heard so much about it, and I also read good reviews about this hotel. Well, they weren t wrong, this hotel is awesome! The staff is very welcoming, and the service was amazing as well. We will come back and would recommend this hotel for their excellent service!

Two weeks ago on monday I arrived late in the evening at the hotel reception after a very tiring trip from Brussel to San Diego. When they swiped my credit card it was refused. I found out later that an error in a computer system caused an incorrect blockage of the card earlier when I tried to use it at the airport. I offered them to pay cash for the room, but they would not except. When I asked why they would not except my cash money, the person at the reception only replied that it was their policy. They send me back into dark abandoned streets of San Diego. I had to call a coworker to come over from a different hotel to use his credit card to get a room. If I was not able to contact anybody, I would have spend the night on the street. Raddison should now that this was the last time I stayed at one of their hotels and they should also realize that I work for a company that send hundreds of people to this hotel every year. I will for sure advise my coworkers to choose a different hotel next time they travel to San Diego!

Friendly place, didn't stay but needed to charge my electric car and they were accommodate.

Okay hotel, the couch bed was terrible it was the hardest bed Ever and I had to sleep on it. The bed itself was okay. I would of preferred to have two beds instead of a bed and a couch. The pool was crowded so I didn't go. The cleaning lady came to my room at 3 in the afternoon it took her a while to get there and finish, BTW I had left at 8 that morning so I wasn't the one holding her back from cleaning.

I found the hotel not Radisson/Hyatt/Hilton standard. The amenities were old. I stayed in two rooms. Both of the cases, the ACs were too noisy to sleep well. The breakfast should be better. I ordered dinner at the restaurant and was frustrated about the meal quality. My colleagues who stayed at this hotel complained about it as well.

Located close to freeway access, with large king rooms. Beds are a little too soft for my taste. Check in was quick and easy. Internet service was good.

There was a miscommunication between the booking agency we used and the hotel. The booking agency,Hotel Tonight, refused to take responsibility. However Nicole from the front desk took SUCH great care of us. She called the agency for us and stood up for us. She was extremely patient,kind,and generous.

The location was great for a work meeting. Easy to access from the highway and less than 1/2 mile from our site. The room itself was huge! I was also very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the included breakfast. Yummy scrambled eggs with cheese and really good fruit.

Very nice and accommodating staff. I never once got the feeling that I was an inconvenience for someone! My room was very clean and roomy. The courtyard has a pool and hot tub along with a covered gazebo like meal area. Breakfast was good and has your various breakfast staples like rolls, eggs, bacon, fruits, yogurts, cereal and more.

The hotel was ok, nothing to write home about. Several members of the family we were staying with were not able to check in till nearly 4:00 and were not in the block of hotel rooms they were guarinteed to be in. Staff acted like it was not their problem when we brought it up.

Overall I was displeased; our suite wasn't vacuumed, once, our key cards didn't work the first few days; guests were allowed to smoke in rooms...

Nice clean rooms, the breakfast was yummy. I rented two rooms and it was supposed to be covered by my Carlson Club points. Instead I was charged $114 for one room and $125 for ther other. Had to argue about the price and the two different costs of the same room type. VERY UNIMPRESSED. Usually we love Carlson Brand hotels

Terrible/ loud noise day and night from generator, bad quality limited breakfast,missed a day of maid service, under new management and ownership

Rooms were as expected. Bathrooms could had been a tad cleaner.

Stayed here with my husband and six month old. The restaurant food wasn't that great but the staff was nice. We requested a crib for our baby before we booked the room and again after we checked in and even after reminders it was never brought. The floor was disgusting and dirty.

Great room and delicious breakfast. I wish the pool and spa would have been open longer than 9pm. We stayed only one night but would definitely return.
