Nice little quite hotel just off the I-15. Great for business trips and small meetings. Good for travelers and families just not as big and is also situated in a business park so not much of a sight seeing spot but close to them with a little drive. Great customer service. Great rooms and competitive pricing!

The room was clean and smelled nice, nice air conditioning, the shower was lovely, and the staff is friendly. My only complaint was our neighbors played music until 2 am but management was quick to help. Definitely would recommend and will be back soon.

Great Hotel, very quiet if you stay in one of the western side rooms, away from the freeway. Staff is polite and helpful. Nice fitness room. Free parking! Plenty of towels and comfy bed. One of the nicest hotels in San Diego. I always feel safe staying here. There's daily newspapers in the lobby. Coffee machine in the room, as well as refrigerator. Highly recommend for longer stays!

We came here on labor day and everything was booked. Very nice looks better than the doubletree at hilton. I am only planning on staying at radisson from here on out very reasonable priced. Clean. Family oriented. Parking sucks if there is a holiday though lines are too close together. People are friendly police walking around for security.. love this place...

It was a great stay! Nice and clean, the staff was very helpful. Moved us when we realized we were right by the pool with kids playing loudly (we had a toddler otherwise not really a big deal), and helped us again when the neighbors were smoking and yelling back and forth to eachother from the room and parking lot.

Clean accommodations, although could use an upgrade on wall in the bathroom.

The Staff was very friendly, helpful and treated us like family.

Their FREE breakfasts were outstanding! Along with complimentary coffee, and chocolate chip cookies.

Overall, we experienced comfortable lodgings, with many great extras! The rooms came with a small refrigerator, blow dryer and an iron, with an ironing board!

We recommend the Radisson San Bernardo to all in and/or out of the area! You'll love it as much as we did!

I recently stayed for a long weekend at this Radisson Hotel and was very happy with all aspects of my lodging experience. The size of the room was more than expected, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dan at the front desk was the best. By the way, breakfast at the restaurant was an incredible deal as well. If you're in the SD area, this is a gem of a place to stay and the rate for SoCal made me equally happy. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

They charge extra when they register and in the design they give you breakfast and when you register they set you up. There is no extra payment and they also design you as they can not eat anything for which they cost a penalty. of almost the cost of the sad night

Our stay at this Radisson location was pleasant enough, but there are a few things I would change. 1st- We told them in advance that we were traveling with 3 children, yet the pull out sleeper was not made when we arrived. The walls are paper thin and our room was directly over the pool and bar area, so getting to sleep was difficult. Also, in the morning, I called the front desk to inquire about a Continental breakfast and was told that there was one, served by the bar area. When we got there, the hostess said that it was only Continental to some guests and we were not on the list. A heads up from the front desk that it wasn't free for all would have been nice. Overall, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a good landing pad between two very busy days at the zoos.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, and I have to say that my only complaint is the shower head. Nice rooms with flat screen TV, mini fridge, and chair with ottoman to relax. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well kept.

Room was pleasant. I found the bed a little bit uncomfortable though. Other than that, room was big and clean. Kids had fun at the pool with friends. Food was good at the cafe by the pool. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

We usually stay at the Holiday Inn expresses. But made a quick decision to look outside of that. Very pleased. Had an actual real breakfast rather than powered eggs! Front desk was super helpful.

My new husband and I came in tonight with a prepaid Groupon set for a one night stay. Sherri helped us at the front desk but was unable to locate our reservation. She said she didn't see an email for it and said we would have to pay the walk in rate, which was more than double. we said we would do it since it's our honeymoon and all. Plus we drove two and a half hours from Riverside. Despite the knowledge of this, she refused to accommodate us even further by saying that even with the cash rate of 196$, no rooms were actually available. It was very cold out and she wouldn't even allow us time in doors to call Groupon, insisting that since a wedding party was present, the lobby was full. i explained that i was 4 months pregnant and exhausted. 2 hours later, she offered me to purchase a 2 dollar bottle of water when i asked if i could at least get a cup for water. well here we are, sleeping in a mini van, on our honeymoon evening. I am extremely disappointed and just wanted to share my first experience at the Radisson in Rancho Bernardo.

Rooms convenient to parking. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and a huge selection. Had folks join us for breakfast the second day instead of going out because of how good it was. Friendly staff 24/7. Great place to stay just north of San Diego.

We held the debut of our daughter at this hotel, and the staff was very supportive and lent excellent service during the preparations up to the post-event arrangements. We commend the hands-on assistance of the hotel staff, especially Ana, Kevin, William as well as all the crew. The food was good based on our guests' feedback. Overall, it was a great experience for us. A big thumbs up to the hotel staff and crew!

The wifi was fast and hotel in a good location however our room was muggy and we found bugs alive and dead within the room. The dogs and neighbors around us were extremely loud until late at night. Breakfast is standard yet you pay ten dollars.

This place is well organized. Rooms are very clean and spacious. I gave 4 starts because, I wish their breakfast arrangement was little different, doesnt have enough space to move around and then had to stayin a huge line for breakfast. its not fun when you have hungry little few mouths. Also other down side was they didn't had a microwave in the room. Wish there was a one to heat up some milk or water.

The hotel's "system was down" for the entire lengt...

The hotel's "system was down" for the entire length of our 2 night stay, which meant we couldn't connect to the wifi at all. As well as an annoying and somewhat lengthy check in process when we arrived, and a second time when adding another night to our stay. The outside area of the hotel, lobby, and parking lots looked great. Everything was very clean and well kept. The room was very spacious and nice for the most part. I loved that there was a couch. However, there were a couple bugs in the room. Which is a huge pet peeve and major gross out factor for me. Not wanting bugs in our room was one reason why we decided to stay in R.B. rather than Escondido, and why we chose a hotel that cost a bit more than other places we've stayed at before. I understand that it might be due to the weather and it's difficult to keep them out, but a dead mosquito on the pillow upon arrival and a couple silver fish (bugs) in the bathroom the first time I used it, made me anxious during the rest of my time staying there because I figured there would definitely be more. I killed a couple more mosquitos and/or gnats flying around the room, which is when I saw all the cob/spider webs on the ceilings throughout the room. I hate to complain about so many things, but I was truly a bit disappointed. No complimentary breakfast due to the virus outbreak, which is understandable, but a downer still. Around 8am on Saturday morning there was a lot of noise going on outside our room. It seemed to be the maintenance men doing some sort of loud banging, moving of tools like ladders, all the while conversing with each other making little to no effort to speak minimally or at a quieter volume. Are they not aware people might still be sleeping? It went on from at least 8am until we left at 9:30am. It was quiet for the most part despite that, and housekeeping in the morning. The front desk staff were helpful and polite, which was lovely. It wasn't their fault the system was down. The fact that it wasn't working for over 24 hours is crazy to me. We should have been given some sort of small refund or complimentary something or other due to the fact that there was no wifi or breakfast, though. Had I not been running late, I would have mentioned some of these things to the front desk, but unfortunately I didn't have time.

The room was very modern and had all the basic amenities such as refrigerator and large clean towels. Service at the bar was lacking. The staff were friendly but their personal chit chat seemed priority over service.

Complimentary glass of wine upon arrival was nice. Comfortable room. Had a couple of maintenance issues which were promptly addressed in the room. Closest elevator was out of order during most of our visit.

Set your expectations low and you won t be disappointed. The highlight of the property is the curb appeal of the lobby, once you peel it back, it is dated and poorly maintained.
Lowlights:
1. Parking was a tremendous frustration for not only is, but others we met. The spots are super small and if they fill up, impossible to park two mid-sized cars next to each other. The six spacious EV charging spaces were prime positioned and used twice over our weekend.
2. Maintenance is lacking. Our door was sagging to the point it would not latch. After a maintenance visit they tweaked it for now, but the door needs to be re-hung. Refrigerator doe not get cold and there is no freezer. Just keeps things not warm.
3. Breakfast plates are controlled by the employees as we could not be trusted. So people were returning to the buffet with dirty plates and cross-contaminating serving utensils with dirty plates.

For the price we paid, I expect much much more and hope others can find better options.

This is the worst hotel in RB. No microwave in the room. I called guest services to request a microwave and they said they ran out. In the evening i went to the house keeping room and asked for microwave and in 5 mins i got one. Also the hotel has given drink coupons for my colleagues. So i went and asked and they had forgot to give it. I spoke with the manager Desmond and he was not at all helpful either. Will never return to this place again. Worst manager i had ever spoke with. Maybe Radisson needs to provide better training to the front desk. Really disappointed with this place.
