Unfortunately, they do not care about their vendo...

Unfortunately, they do not care about their vendors when problems arise. I'm a translator, I have a contractual relationship with them, I completed the job, no concern was raised, submitted my invoice and few weeks after invoice due date asked about my payment. Only then the PM said that client has not paid yet. It would had been nice if PM told me this up front - just feels better and shows that PM cares -, also, a company of this size should have enough funds to pay vendors even when the client is not paying. Unfortunately, PM has not reacted to my follow-up questions.

Worst company ever, they never pay their vendor ON TIME. Insanely poor management?

How could the company survive in today's translation industry and job market?

I have experienced a lot of scam companies, but I haven't seen such a dirty company in this size that employs thousands of workers worldwide.

It absolutely blow my mind.

Please disregard this company as early as possible, otherwise you will lose not only money, but also time!
