Hired a lawn corer first thing in the morning for the whole day, had the job done and machine back within 2 hours so only charged for a half day.

Have been fantastic to deal with and go above and beyond in helping me out with my projects

Super friendly and competent staff made hiring a trailer a pleasure, slaughtered the competition at the service station.

Called them ahead to ask for a very specific tool, got told they had it, no worries we'll put it aside.
Drove an hour only to get there and realise: 1) it was the wrong tool and 2) they had zero clue of what tool I really needed. Straight away started building up excuses, he said she said stuff, no willingness to help us out or solve our problem, zero accountability and definitely no apology for driving an hour for no reason.
Ended up losing the job and the client because we were on the clock, thanks for nothing Kennards Mandurah.

Don't have the things in w.a. that they do else where in Australia catch up w.a.

I always use Kennards when i need to hire chainsaws etc

We have used these guys a few times and found the customer service is quite poor. Went there with my wife and had forgot my debit card took her card in to pay and was asked does this card belong to the lady that is with you
... yes my wife.
Was told my wife needed to walk up to the counter and verbally state to them that I have permission to use her card.
Also make sure you inspect what you are hiring before leaving as these guys are known to try and sting people for previous damage.

Always a wealth of information and ensure you have the right equipment to do the job
