A good business hotel in central Helsinki. Modern style and great beds. Breakfast offer a really good variety and they have a breakfast chef on duty.
Currently undergoing a big renovation of all the rooms. Making it an even better hotel. Some photo samples of the new shape and colors.

Currently the tallest building in Norway. Meaning the best view of the city. Bar/restaurant has def the best view. Great for New Year fireworks. Extremely centrally-located.

The breakfast is great . Walking distance from everything. A lot of think like boat on trailer are park up front look weird to me and make not attractive suck because is a good place.

I thought it was just me that had a few issues but my colleagues also did not have the best experience here.

First room was a box and the lights on the building were pointing into my room so it was coming through my curtains. The mattress was wider than the frame so when I say on the bed I slipped off it. When pulling the bed open the feathers from the duvet when everywhere.

I got a free upgrade to a buisness room which was nice, but the only main difference was the size.

The staff were friendly enough but it didn't feel like I was entering somewhere that would be cozy, rather a place to stay.

The breakfast was the best part, hands down the nicest of any Finnish hotels I have been to. Very large variety. It is spread around the room so you have to hunt down what you want but there are plenty of things to choose from.

Dirty rooms and a bathroom smelled really bad. Respasta asked for cleaning and no down blankets, but only with a second request. I do not recommend to anyone expensive when satan, but the quality matches the hostel level.

Incredibly comfortable hotel in a great location. Rooms were spotless and climate controlled, staff were friendly and helpful and the free WiFi was reliable and fast.

Smart TVs in room also allow you to stream your own content from your device without any fuss and room service is available 24 hours.

The bar had a nice ambience and was staffed with knowledgeable and attentive staff.

Possibly the best experience I've had in any hotel anywhere.

Very dated hotel. The hallways are especially noteworthy. 70's worn carpet and the walls are covered in greyish wallpaper which has bumps and is loose at regular intervals.

Breakfast is kind of okay. Fruit selection is poor. For instance, the strawberries were not totally defrosted out of the package yet. Frozen strawberries? Well, I think they were strawberries...

Rest is okay. Don't expect too much.

Very conveniently located. Close to Metro and shops. Walking distance to central Helsinki. Our room was good. Service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and multilingual. We would definitely consider staying here again. Kiitos!

After some problems with the first room I got assigned another room by the very helpful and friendly staff. Overall service was great. The room itself was spacious but could have been cleaner. The breakfast was decent and the location is perfect within the city. You can walk almost everywhere by foot.

Not as good as I expected. Weathered carpets, breakfast room very crowded (the food was very good) and the "Blackout" curtains do not block the light well to sleep. Remember that in this city in summer there is almost no night.

Spacious, clean and nicely furnished room. Breakfast was very versatile, with plenty of space in two dining rooms. The sauna for development, small about large hotel, the swimming pool would be nice!

Great hotel for my short stay, nice rooms with great view over Helsinki, breakfast is very large and tasty. Located close to the metrostation "kammpi" just one stop away from the central railway station. In a few minutes you can walk to the city centre or go shopping in the shopping centre across the street. definally recommended!

Great hotel right in the center! The rooms really nice, a huge sinking bed, with soft bedding is a dream come true! Breakfast very good, lovely omelettes and waffles were ordered, Special coffees from their own machine! Good service and staff! For dinner we were at the Hotel Grill It restaurant, ordering the most expensive steaks, which were well worth the price. Very good and the restaurant was able to recommend good options.

Rooms are big enough and clean. I've been here 3 times already and I can say that they need to do some maintenance on building facade and some facilities. Very kind and helpful staff. Good wifi connection and the buffet has some good selection.

The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel hotel made my first time in Helsinki extra pleasurable. The rooms are super clean and the staff is very friendly. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the Business class room.
It truly is in the heart of everything. You can walk to shopping, great cafes and public transportation.
Plus the super breakfast is wonderful.

The old-fashioned furnishings in the hotel room would definitely require an upgrade. Excellent breakfast. There is also a sauna for repair, the rafts were like an army in the sauna, steamy good. That is, the price-quality ratio did not meet, fortunately, new hotels are coming to Hesa.

Ongoing renovations aren't too disruptive and the new rooms are much improved. The location next to the metro line is excellent and there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Minor note is the basic room I stayed in didn't have a desk.
