I didn't find anything to improve. The room was spacious and the bed was wonderful. Breakfast is super good, especially with vegetarian eyes. The location of the hotel is a really good, central but peaceful place. Customer service good. I'll be back here for warranty.

Stayed on the 7th floor with a perfect view. The breakfast was a never ending buffet of awesomeness. Staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was great.
This Hotel has a great breakfast and the bar and entrance area are nice and modern.We were a little bit surprised, that the rooms seems to be need a renovation.
Because we had some troubles with our room (apparently it was double booked) we went back to the reception, without a second thought she offered us another room, and we upgraded from a normal two person room to an executive suite. We had a great stay, thank you!

Room too cold, no climate control. They were helpful by bringing in a portable heater but not what you expect for 200 a night. Wifi is good, so is the breakfast.
Great hotel, very central and good breakfast. The sauna and the cooperation with the opposite "City Gym" for fitness during the stay is really great.
After the renovation back on the top again in Helsinki. As usually always great service and great inroom welcome gifts as Radisson Rewards Platinum member. The Reward Lounge is only thing what I miss.

Nice location for moving around by tram , bus and metro Helsinki. Staying in standard room for 6 nights since new years eve. The room is spacious and well designed (perhaps recently renovated) to able to feel roomy. I like light setting - 3 settings are available (dark , middle and bright) and air condition in room. Breakfast is expensive but coffee and sandwich are available in closest espresso cafe around corner outside hotel.

Room are new renovated. Sadly due to Corona the breakfast buffet is a bit smaller then it used to be. But I like it there. Very close to the city center and within a couple minutes you are at the Baltic sea with all it small island... Can only recommend
At first the staff responded carefully. I remembered the service of a Japanese inn. I felt that the mentality and fineness of the Finnish people are familiar with Japanese people. The hotel is close to the subway station and convenient to the tram station. We got a suitcase here and went to Tallinn. Of course we took the tram to the ferry pier to Tallinn. The specifications of the room can not be overlooked. Even in the standard class, the room is large enough and the specifications can be satisfied with superior or better. Breakfast is also excellent. It is a recommended hotel.
Very spacious rooms and equipped with all comforts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would give five stars if there was the indoor gym. The restaurant offers good quality dishes. The meats are excellent.
Unfortunately I have to say that the first impression has been confirmed. The hotel looks very dated from the outside. The rooms are unfortunately the same. The carpet has been badly worn. The bathroom is spacious but there are yellow spots on the tiles visible. That leaves a rather disgusting impression. On the TV cabinet has also formed a layer of dust, as well as in the restaurant by the vases next to one. The breakfast was also rather meager. There was instant coffee. The milk in the pot was already dried that looked really disgusting. The hallway into the room just stunk. My colleague in the room was stinking too. The only good thing about this hotel is the central location. I have stayed at several Radisson hotels and have always been happy. But this hotel does not work.

Scandi chic recently refurbished hotel with amazingly comfortable beds. Good value for money. Well equipped gym.
2 awful nights, due to temperature of 26 degrees in the bedroom (impossible to manage it) and very tired matelasses and beds .
Otherwise the rooms are really very nice, spacious, and the breakfast great. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
But the basic service I'm expecting from a hotel is a good sleep.

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Breakfast is amazing, there is food for everyone. Wanted to try everything that was offered, but there was too much of different kinds of food and we could not accomplish this mission. Workers were friendly and willing to help. Totally will go back someday.

I never forget their smoke salmon, blueberry juice and various cheese..
The hotel is ok. Rooms are a little dated. The shower is annoying as it is in the bath which makes it hard to adjust the shower head so you end up at one end standing on the plug. The shower was not the cleanest but the bed was comfy and the rooms are quiet. No 24 hour concierge which made me sad.
I was disappointed with this hotel as usually Radisson are good, but the WiFi was very poor in the rooms, there was building work going on during the day and the were odd noises that woke me through the night.

I stay here for weeks at a time every month, and the staff are fantastic. The rooms are clean and the bathtubs are enormous.

We took 6 rooms 5th floor business .... Rooms are ok. They didn't get fixed and cleaned daily hence no replacement of supplies - soap, room coffee etc etc. Check in was easy and fast. Breakfast is as normal bacon and eggs. Quite complete in choice/variety. You have to demand service to get it. Thanks

There is a sauna in the basement, so it's a good idea at home.

Refund every guest you disturbed by installing heavy machinery. I wouldn't sleep there. They don't care about healthy sleep. Techno is hardlife enough.
Nice cozy hotel. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are super soft, the decor of the room is pleasant but old-fashioned. Convenient location: the center, next to the two most affordable grocery stores. Breakfast is delicious.

I had a room with a view over the fairly busy street but the noise was at a minimum.
Breakfast was served in the very cozy restaurant in what I think is quite a newly added section of the hotel. Plenty to choose from all seemed fresh.
