This is a fantastic hotel. Staff have been pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included and it is amazing. The gym is by far the best I've ever seen in a hotel, and probably better than most regular gyms. Sauna in the main building and in the gym. Towels everywhere. All included and no extra charge (I think). Overall incredible experience at a fair price.

OK location close to Kampi shopping and station. Some of the rooms are a little "used".

Just OK hotel in the center of Helsinki. Basic room at a price one would expect a bit more / better ...

Good business hotel with access to a proper gym (not the typical closet you normally see)

We booked there fir our engagement party, big hotel room and good service, workers are nice and friendly, about cleaning, yes it s clean place, the only thing what we didn t like it, when you book hotel room for party, they should be able to gives you as much as time and crowding you need, but no they just stoped our party in the night time.

Why, just why, are you removing walls and make a hell of a noise on saturday? 0/7 would not go here

Good service. Excellent beds and pillows to sleep. The meeting rooms too efficient air conditioning - came the frost.

An excellent and cozy hotel in the center of Helsinki, the Grill It restaurant in the hotel was quite good.

They are well underway with their renovation and the new rooms are outstanding. Very nicely decorated, comfortable bathrooms with walkin showers, and the most comfortable beds! Great service at the front desk.. all very attentive but Emilia who checked us in knew our name as we walked in the door. The breakfast buffet is extensive and super delicious. The building is not the most attractive on the outside, but disregard as the location is excellent. Highly recommend.

I saw Korona at the time, a few days after the hotel opened, when I was closed for 4 months. We were for 2 nights, no intermediate cleaning of the rooms was done during exceptional circumstances. A little wonder if you shouldn t take special care of cleaning right now. Breakfast was a weak version of normal. For example, the porridge was cold because the warm food was in the little dams with the lids open.
The room was comfortable, the beds lovely except a little too high for people of this normal size

The hotel was just great, I got the room that was freshly reconstructed. It had even a Chromecast in the TV, that was a real hero feature I got to watch YouTube instead of classic TV channels.

Breakfast was super, I loved crispy bacon. Also hotel had saunas, I did not have time to check them out but great feature

It is a good hotel. Of course it is not cheap. But the location is excellent. For those who travel by train is very good and to go for a walk to the center as well. And the staff stands out for their kindness and predisposition. It has very good views of the city.

Meeting rooms are too cold.

The standard room was nice but the hot tub in the bathroom was dirty, with soap residues from other people who stayed there...

I didn't stay, but I attended a day-long meeting held at the hotel. Meeting facilities are good and service good. In the lobby of the meeting rooms a good "coffee shop", ie coffee and small snacks.

Stayed ond night in a regular room on the third floor. Place and location is excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice with an excellent shower. A large tv with lots of free movies. Free wifi. Staff super friendly.

Nice hotel but area is not close to downtown and city

The room had plush beds, but there was no double bed. They are trying to separate them all the time. There should have been a string to tie them to each other. The bath was wonderful, but the sewer didn't pull, but the waters flooded the bathroom floor. There were two chairs in the room, the condition and appearance of which were far from the level of the luxury room. We had just arrived from Tallinn and there was nothing to blame in our hotel room.

The service was really good, but the rooms were quite creepy. The rooms do not have air conditioning, poorly cleaned and probably indoor air problems. While staying in the room, the eyes blew and itched, began to sneeze, and the skin got a rash.

Top hotel. With a sauna and a gym, wonderful breakfast (really, it's a paradise). Room was big enough, with a good view and tends that avoid the morning light.

Good food, good personals, difficult to find parkplace around there! Not so luxury

A great service but an upgrade would be needed in the rooms. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The food was yesterday and dry but there was also good customer service there.

Nice Hotel, near Kamppi shopping center. The Sauna is free and the breakfast is excellent !

Familiar hotel that is familiar to children, too. The rooms are spacious and clean, with en suite bathrooms and bathrooms (at least the rooms we have stayed in). It is wonderful to dip in the bathtub. The rooms do not carry the sound of traffic or the sound of the hallway or other rooms. Breakfast is a rich and varied, extraordinary order made of omelette with the desired fillings and waffles. The location of the hotel is really good: a short walk or metro ride from the city center and train station. Kamppi Shopping Center is a few hundred meters from the hotel. There are many restaurants in the area, including Vegan Restaurant Emoi Lapinlahdenkatu.

Breakfast was really disappointing. Dishes or dishes were out of stock. If the breakfast ends at 11.00 am, I don't think it is fair that after ten, the tables will no longer be replenished.

Overall a nice stay. I just couldn't find the phone number of the reception in my room.

Hotel is ok. But there is no way to get inside the gym that they are advertising on the website without leaving the hotel building and going outside - it is in a separate building. That was not a good surprise for a winter season.

The beds were the most unfortunate one, which I have tried to get some sleep. The showers could also be checked for vague moisture. Arttu Wiskarik sings some of the wall spots that got rash ...

Breakfast is until 12:00 All services, shopping and tourist places nearby There are more than a supermarket and many restaurants and pizza restaurants There is a metro station nearby where metro, tram and bus tickets are available even if you encounter any obstacles you can question Any Metro security personnel, there are cafes opposite the front of the hotel .. NO AIR, NO VENTILATION.
one night stay. ..of your not spending a fortune on the best room.. you are set up for a airlock.
There is no windows to open. The heater is constantly on, the bathroom has no fan. The lowest heat setting was 20 degrees Celsius, being dusty and no air moving in or out was a trap. I don't even have asthma but I had to go get ventilation puffers to sleep. It's set at over 40 degrees downstairs so your either sweaty or freezing outside.
The breakfast was simple and nothing to get excited about. "Vegan" was labeled in English on lots that were pointless... pineapple, apples, berries, cucumber all labeled vegan.
The candy at front reception was only plus, but considering parking was a nightmare and I suffocated the whole time. Not worth the stay.

Could not rest in my Room, because constrution workers where drilling in the walls, every day. A good Hotel would never rent out rooms if they are renovating.

Also the toilet paper in my room felt like sandpaper. Very unpleasant, not what you would expect from a name like Radisson Blu.
Very dissapointed.
