I went "just" for breakfast. Just awesome. Good, tasty and something for everyone.

Large room. Nice view. Absolutely ok food in the restaurant. Mediocre breakfast. The breakfast was scattered in several places, hard to find what I was looking for

Ainaki's business class room was fine. Anyway, a neat hotel in every respect.

Good hotel near the port a quarter of an hour from the station and from the center of Helsinki. Room not very large, top cleaning and bathroom with shower. Friendly staff.

Cozy hotel with good location and good breakfast buffet.

At this level and price hotel I would expect warm water from the shower.

The interior would require an upgrade but retains the old one as much as possible

Good hotel, nice room. However I was on business travel and they didn't want to charge the points on my club carlson card!

It is one block away from Helka and close to the Kampi station, but the neighborhood is not much. A dirty feeling near the train station. The interior is also decorated with fake marble and fake wood, which is disappointing. Old carpet smell in the hallway It smells a little in the bathroom.

Pillows are awful, bed is very soft and because it's on wheels on wood effect floor it moves! No shower gel in the dispenser and only local TV channels work. Place is quite tired looking and needs updating.

Such fancy hotel and there have excellent breakfast if you all really crazy about breakfast.

Good location, great breakfast. Very disappointing for cleaning the room. I stayed three nights and the room was never redone or "the bathroom was cleaned. Only at the express request did an attendant come to make a - too quick - ordering of the room (without even cleaning the carpet).

No internet all night , even in business class room.

Worn and shabby room with dirty carpeting. The cleaner was not the whole vklp. The shower wall is filled with mold pots and the previous customer's cotton swabs on the toilet floor. Minibar pre-tasted vodka .. The only plus was breakfast! Baby cot just twisted.

Friendly staff, location perfect yet quiet. Room clean and bathroom everything you need. Breakfast abundant, especially omelette and hot waffles.

Nice and nice hotel room. Otherwise worn hotel. Ugly building. It's sad that all their milk products for breakfast are lactose-free. I would like to have the opportunity to choose lactose for.

Unfortunately the last time the super breakfast was not super at all.

Business class center hotel next to Kamppi Metro Station.

This hotel is clean. The restaurant is great. We can enjoy our breakfast as buffet style.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms vary from huge, to somewhat small, but not very small.
Good breakfast options and a good restaurant fro dinner.

Nearby gym is also included in the offering and it is running until late at night.

Nice place located centrally, with modern rooms and an epic breakfast - even smoothies and glutenfree products are available.

Renowned hotel chain, had few troubles due to renovation work and the internal architecture of some rooms. But it was sorted out by the couple of helpful staff. There are very limited options for vegetarians and vegans, both for breakfast and dinner.

Great location, but you notice that the hotel has already a years of usage.

Furnitures were really worn out, they looked like 20+ years old. They also looked quite filthy with some old stains on them.
Drinking glasses were dirty, mirror was dirty and floor under the bed was really dirty.

There was water in the electric kettle, who knows how long it was been there.
Every now and then it was basically impossible to get hot water out from tap or shower.
There are no heating in the bathroom floor so it was absolutely freezing. Also there was spots of rust in the bathtub and bathroom ceiling.

Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

But all in all, this place seemed more like a hostel than hotel.

So far the first hotel I stayed in to have Chromecast installed in room TVs . Comfy beds and very friendly staff.

Best hotel and best location in Helsinki. Great facility, incredible staff, and perfect location. This hotel is pretty much walking distance to anywhere in the city, but if you're not in the mood to walk, the train station and busses are just a few meters away. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. Most of the rooms are quiet, but depending on which side of the building you are on, you may hear some of the near by clubs at night.

Indecent floors. Particularly the bathroom floor was completely unwashed, the towel turned almost black after being on the floor for a long time. That was the case at least in the disabled room.

Would be 5 stars but my room had this intermittent high pitched humming coming from somewhere AND I found a very long hair in my bed. I'm short haired. Actually thinking 4 stars is generous now.

In the center, close to public transport, ok hotel. However, the business class room had dirty mirror surfaces as well as a malfunction in the tub-shower operation (the tub did not pull properly and there was only one mode in the mixer, room 631). There was no wedding even at breakfast, as some of the dishes seemed to be from the supermarket selections (dry breads and buns). And this seems to be the first hotel in Finland that did not offer pies for breakfast.
A price-quality comparison should not be made with other hotels, but the price-location should be considered

Four stars ? Maybe in the fine print! Dirt and defects, friendly staff ignored shortcomings ... Radisson I know quite differently

Very pleasant experience at this property. Great location with nearby shops and restaurants. Short walk to historic churches and Esplanadi. Market Square and cruise terminals 1-2km. Hotel staff top notch.

I liked its location and proximity to the city center and its cleanliness as well as the quiet, faulty traffic at breakfast

Great place to visit. I recommend this resort for shopping on Helsinki. Prefer Sunday for free parking nearby.

Typical Radisson, it just works. Conference lunches are a bit booring and not so tasty. That s why I dinged then one star.

Nice rooms. Separate men's and women's sauna. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet.
Needs a pool. Also, I could smell smoke in my room at random times.

Good and good service. Rooms clean and even found in bathrobes! The only minus was the renovation in the building that disturbed being.

Mixed review, some areas of the room were slightly grubby. The bathroom had a nasty smell throughout our stay. The room itself smelt if a cheap air freshener. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room had all the expected amenities, kettle TV etc. The breakfast was extremely good, a large range of food, from cooked food, through to fresh fruit and veg and waffles or pancakes. You would struggle to find someone who wouldn't be pleased.

Really nice rooms and good looking building overall. Normally really pricey but I could stay for a discount.

I went to the publisher's educational material presentation here. The dishes were versatile, even though I didn't miss the meal. Excellent salads.
