Hotel was great in and of itself, but unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking. I understand that it was a busy day when I checked in on a Sunday evening, but at 7:15pm I fully expected my room to be ready. The room had not yet been made and I was asked to wait 15 minutes for it to get serviced. 30 minutes later, the front desk clerk informed me it was done and I could go in.

It was a great room on the 26th floor. Comfy bed. Complementary bottle of water. I wanted to cool that down, so went to put it in my fridge and there was still a box of half eaten pizza in it. Not very pleasant and shows the room was quickly cleaned. I made a comment on Expedia and the GM called me immediately. He was very professional, addressed my concerns and followed up the next day.

I m going to assume room service is not a hotel service, but a restaurant one, so I ll leave my disappointing review of Resto 12 for their page.

Location of the hotel was great. Everything went smoothly from there. I had to extend my stay by a night which the front desk was effective at doing so over the phone, with thanks.

However, I did not receive an invoice for this extra night and upon checkout was told the room was already paid for through Expedia and a receipt could be downloaded from there. Arriving back home, I found out this was not so, so I called the hotel and asked for an invoice. The front desk was very pleasant in assisting me and took my information with the promise of having their supervisor call me back when they figured this out. Unfortunately, I m still waiting for that phone call a week later.
