Amazing service. Perfect location for the Christmas Market and restaurants. Staff are polite. It is cozy drinking in the bar specially at night. Lovely place to stay before Christmas for shopping and relaxing in the bar & restaurants.
We visited the Hampshire for afternoon tea and had a lovely time, there was a very good selection of teas and the scones were delicious. It has a very nice and modern vibe and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for afternoon tea in central London. I look forward to coming back!
What a wonderful experience! Used to travel in Radisson hotel's, this one is like every Radisson has to be. This is truly my address for my next trips in London!
The room was really nice had everything you could need lovely bar and seating area to relax after a night out the staff were very helpful and friendly a memory I have is we were greeted with a glass of prosecco as we checked in would definitely go again
You can't get a better location, very clean hotel, attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble. Even got a card and cake for my 50th birthday, thankyou for making our stay special.
The room we entered was on the 7th floor, but the view from the room was so great that it was hard to get out of the hotel. I could see at a glance the London Eye and the nearby church towers and various buildings. Of course the response was completely close.
Only ever been to London once when it rained... thankfully on the day I was travelling home. Great hotel in Leicester Sq. Could barely here the rabble outside. Great room with a view.
I had stayed at your hotel for three nights recently and an advance of GBP 1.5 per room was asked for on the credit card ,stating if cash it will be GBP 15, which was to be refunded on departure .
At the time of departure it was stated that the amount could be given for charity.
I believe if I have to give to charity I can give it myself so please refund the GBP 3 to my card .
However a big thanks to the gentleman who assisted us in shifting our room when the AC was not working.
This again I couldn't understand,When I had booked an AC room why a room with fan was provided .
It is a wonderful place with excellent service from all the staff (especially the lovely porters). Excellent and comfortable rooms although a bit expensive. I also recommend it.
An incredible location and hotel; although the breakfast was better before the change / refurbishment. - Still awesome hotel and location - on the expensive side.
4 days to visit London, ideally located in a quiet pedestrian area, we enjoyed the comfort of the rooms in king size bed with beautiful views. The restaurant is original and delicious. Small continental breakfast are very generous and high quality. Magic at Christmas time. Thank you for your time and discretion. We will come back.
Really disappointed with radisson, host in full work, we were not warned by the management or organizers of pokerstar, my boyfriend had a poker tournament, impossible to sleep in the morning 7am wake up by the workers right outside our window. It is irresponsible and disrespectful to offer such a service especially that the room is expensive. We are going to make a mail to pokerstar, because even ke Sunday there is work.
Well appointed although the gym could use a bit more free weights. Staff is excellent help and efficient in delivering service from taxis to room service to general information.
Only if it had negative rating it would be justified.. They couldn't pay me to stay there again.. Concierge was so rude and Un accommodating that I just had to hang up at the end
Great location in the center of interest, exceptionally kind service, very nice rooms. There were unexpected renovations at the hotel due to an unexpected glitch, the hotel staff was kind and allowed us a late departure which was very helpful to us. The maid was wonderful and the room every day was clean and polite
I stayed here for one night on 24/02/2018 for my boyfriends 21st birthday. We was staying in a double king superior room and our stay could not have been better. Our room was beautiful, clean and very spacious with a great view of the London Eye from our window. The bed was very large and comfortable and the bath room was very clean. We had breakfast room service the next morning which came exactly on time and the food was delicious. All of the staff made our stay wonderful as they were lovely and was all wishing my boyfriend a happy birthday. They catered to our every need and made our stay perfect. I will definitely be back!
Can t thank the staff at the Radison Leicester Square enough for providing such a warm and pleasant experience. Thanks again for the hospitality, hope to see you again soon
Excellent breakfast (day 1), nice restaurant! Staff were very friendly. They created my breakfast as I wanted because I am gluten intolerante! But I have to say that on my second day, I ordered the same breakfast and they forgot the eggs and my last drink!! The Orange Juice was from concentrate when in the a la carta menu sausages 'fresh fruit juices'.
We had an issue at the room, a noise came from the AC, so they offered another room, but they said it was twin room, we accepted as long as we could sleep free of noise, in the end it was a King bedroom, (I do not why they lied, saying you can stay here actually is a nice room) well probably they tried to avoid us to moved! We did not want to move either!! Big bed for a good changed, but the bedrooms were very old fashion, need an update, and better maintenance, as you can see at the walk or celling in my pics... Specially at this second bedroom, which was more roomy, but very 'left' ...seems no one was there in years!!
All of this without counting that they reallocated us just with few days in advance at this hotel (as the one we booked online was closed!!)
I had a very bad experience, the receptionist wouldn t let me in to my boyfriend room although with his full name and room number. And manager wouldn t tell me his name as afraid of being fired at 5.30am I had to find another place to stay. Outrageous.
I'm giving 2 stars. We walked in to the hotel's coffee shop for some hot drinks. It does not speak well of a 5 star hotel to have someone hoovering the coffee shop while guests are having coffee. And this was 11.30AM!!
A sweet hotel and a wonderful place, useful for newlyweds and tourists for the first time. It does not benefit me. It has children. It is easy for you to know all the attractions near you. The best thing is that Qudama is a square and everything is wonderful. I advise you in it.
Great location at the heart of the West end of London in Leicester Square. Staff are very professional and attentive. The food is first class and from the penthouse function room the views over the Thames are great.
Food and atmosphere amazing. Service not so much. Despite reserving a nice table for our anniversary we were put on a tiny table next to a door that let a massive draught in whenever it was opened. The staff upon hearing that we weren't happy moved us to be fair to them. The food is just incredible and the cocktails great but small for the price you are paying. Had a great night but left on a sour note as I was told an initial payment hadn't gone through so payed again but account balance shows the money having gone out twice!!
Fantastic hotel, almost too much though, every effort is made to make you feel as comfortable as possible but to the point where you can't actually relax at times. Great central location and fantastic staff/facilities
Great location but be aware rooms not soundproof so can be noisy outside!! Standard twin room small & dark. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast....you've got to try the cinnamon toast!! Staff friendly and professional.
We loved our stay in September 2019. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and the room was great. Couldn t ask for a better location for easy access to tourist attractions in central London. By staying here we also saved on transport costs as walking was easy to most places. Loved the view from our room
Location was perfect, right in the center of it all. Our room was beautiful, spacious and came with lots of amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, best croissants I've ever had. The most important part of this hotel was the staff and the 5 star service they provided. Jairo, the night manager, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. He deserves a big raise and a promotion! If you need accommodations in London this is the place to stay!
Very disappointed in the state of my room - the AC isn t working properly, the tv isn t working at all. The turndown service is ok though, and the staff are nice - it s just the quality of the room that s very shoddy :(
