A brand new hotel, inaugurated in early October 2016. Elegant place and excellent hospitality, refined and sober interiors ....... international cuisine, (with chefs from different countries, even 1 Italian) so they try to satisfy all tastes and palates. ........ obviously wide range of wines ...... with sea view .......... also on the 9th floor another bar with a view over the whole city and the sea .. .. really very suggestive, besides the swimming pool on the top floor which protrudes a part of glass beyond the walled part and while swimming it seems to swim in the void ..... suggestive no !!!!

This is so nice hotel, the service is top notch and rooms and especially beds are very comfortable. We have stayed here many times.

Newly renovated hotel by the sea. Had a room with good sea view and quiet. Breakfast had few options. Decent coffee.

Hello, I would like to give feedback on my experience dealing with a manager of your restaurant. I couldn t get her name, I think it started with an H. Sorry about that.
We had a situation. In the evening, I got a bottle of wine from a store nearby and at the hotel bar asked to give me a cork opener or open the bottle please. Which they failed to do saying they won t - and trust me this is the most natural guest request that I had a personal experience being accommodated by a gazilion Radissons worldwide. I asked for the manager, and there she came
She basically stated yelling at me saying it was against the law and repeating she had other - more important customers - to attend. I frankly was taken very much aback.
She kept shouting to the whole lobby it Is against the law so people started looking at me. I felt like the least I had done was to ask her to sell me cocaine, not open a bottle of a Barolo wine I got to celebrate my birthday.
So I retreated, humiliated, to the shame of solitary confinement of my room.
I strongly believe the manager might use some time to develop in the areas of human interaction and guest relations. I get the point it is not legal in Finland for hotel bars to give cork openers to strangers like hotel guests for whatever can there be the reason, but no need for all this drama, yelling and guest shaming

TLDR: you can t get a cork opener in a hotel in Finland

Quiet and comfortable hotel. Within walking distance of the train station. Along the corner behind the corner, you got a little straightening.

Excellent option It is close to everything despite being far away. The city is very small and the tram solves if you don't want to walk. The hotel is classic of the chain. The somewhat limited heating to be so north! They had to bring an additional electric radiator.

I was in training. Spectacular breakfast and clean facilities. Great location. Sea view. There is a bus stop and a tram stop. City services right next door.

Very comfortable and well located. It has improvable things such as the bathroom.

The hotel met the request of the room. And even more. Hotel room really clean. The hotel is conveniently located and in the summer time the harbor area would give even more. We had a great weekend.

Over priced for food and drink a burger on it own will cost u 17 but there are hidden places around the corner much better for food no real reason for u to stay here unless look to walk around and just off the ship's

The hotel is centrally located. The room was well kept. There was very good service at reception. The staff were pleasant and service minded.

The cleanliness of the bathroom interested here. The guest reviews are read, but not even taken note of. Otherwise you would have ever cleaned. The breakfast is so chaotically organized that you wonder if it's even organized. Dirty tables and rotten rolls are no reason for panic. And the whole only for 80 per night.

Good location and reasonably priced by Helsinki standards. Great selection of breakfast choices, probably the best breakfast I've ever had in all my travels.

Nice hotel, good restaurant with breakfast buffet included in some room rates. Excellent location close to water and public transport.

The tram stops just outside. Nice service. Good room. Something twisting with departments where one has to get up small stairs when one has dogs and lots of equipment. Otherwise good breakfast buffet.

This hotel is the biggest impudence ever !! The staff is extremely cocky and rude !! On the last day we had to leave at 7 o'clock, because the breakfast starts at half past eight we were provided with no substitute despite paid breakfast bill, which of course was not refunded. The hotel advertises with a gym for which it then 10 per day. The stay was just terrible and otherwise the hotel offers its guests for the price very little comfort! Just disappointing!

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and we had a pleasant stay - the room and bed was fine. Had some small issues with the cleaning who forgot to clean our glasses and room service who forgot the ketchup for our burgers (which was a bit raw)- nothing alarming but still small nuisances.

Had a fine, big room which we believe was given to us when we tried to find out if the hotel could recommend a chiropractor as I had a issues with my back. But somehow this got lost in translation and we got a room suitable for a wheelchair user (no harm in that)

It s located close to the city center and easy to walk the 15 minutes of the weather is fine.

Decent hotel but the staff are disconnected on the information and services.

My room included breakfast but since I had an early morning flight on last day, the restaurant said the reception would give me a takeaway breakfast box. They forgot to mention that I would be charged extra for it , even though the breakfast option was included for my room.

When I booked the hotel taxi at the reception, I was told it would cost 29 to the airport. But the driver charged 50 when we arrived at the airport.

The seaside is also a bit of marketing ploy. Technically, it is next to seaside but there is no sea view, just a tiny alcove.

I got a nice room, a refrigerator, a chanik, a safe, a hairdryer (at least a bag with an inscription about a hairdryer hangs), an ironing board. Good lighting (maybe I was so lucky, but constantly came across that with full illumination it s all the same darkish). Number 114 (and maybe even some nearby) has a frosted window (does not open) behind which at night some life of flashlights and it is better to push the curtain. In the afternoon, it looked like snow piled on the floor of a window :)

Good rooms and better breakfast. Without doubt, I repeat my experience in it and in Helsinki

- Furniture right in the door that hinders access to the room 113. Bed is too soft. Restaurant has little variety on the menu.

So I am now the third time in this hotel the first 2 times were great we were always thrilled. But this time it was a real disappointment!
We booked a room supposedly for 3 people, with a double bed and a supposed third. The third "bed" was a couch that you can never call a bed! Rather, a modern seating, could possibly sleep on a hobbit. Currently the hotel is being renovated and the sauna is closed. On request we said on request that we could go to another hotel to use, it was also due to this morning from 7 o'clock much construction noise. Sleeping was not really in it. A pity in such a beautiful location on the harbor.
The staff was very nice and helpful, but in a 4 star hotel a real double room as a 3 "bed" room for sale at a salted price, I think not in order.

A cozy meeting place. I attended a 2 day weekend sustainable education and full-time water was available some of which even the fruits and seasoned with herbs. Places were clean and working. Lunch was affordable ( 10.70) but a very tasty and versatile standing table. It was also possible to buy a lunch ticket during the previous break, when the queuing time was significantly reduced, and the n 300-headed crew predicted to eat during the lunch break.

Highly refurbished hotel. A large number of visitors in the summer makes little breakfast congested.

Everything is good! Estonian lady server was very kind with us and our daughter!

Just spent 4 night there for business. The room booked was a standard. It's on the smaller side but comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast offer a lot of choice and the food is good quality. Croissants are delicious. The location is perfect for a morning run next to the water. The is also a nice gym but didn't use it. I will go back to this hotel if in the area again.

Stylish hotel in a good location. Quiet rooms. Staff friendly. There is a private parking garage, a sauna and a saloon.

The conference faculties and lunch are quite OK for a day meetup. The bar is bit on the expensive side for after work meetups, but not too expensive.
