The hotel was fancy and the staff was very nice and helpful but the room we obtained wasn't appealing at all: small window, a proper vacuum cleaning would have been appreciated, walls were dirty, sink was clogged. For that price I would have expected a more decent room...

Great hotel , great view to the sea and very close to everything you would like to see.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Comfortable beds ensure a sweet sleep. Breakfast is great, everything is what you need. Near the hotel there are two tram stops with convenient access to the center.

Liked the breakfast. The hotel staff is responsive. But the number did not get much. Hair lay in the bathroom, the shower faucet leaked, the fridge was not working. And on the last evening the light in the room was gone. But we were given a number and a compliment from the bar.

There is no unobstructed entrance, the disabled car cannot leave the wheelchair customer 'naturally' in place, but the pavements are blocked. Similarly, there are always some buses or other cars in front.

Nice hotel with very good location. Very good breakfast quality, Radisson standard. But I have room without any desk for work.

Good hotel and not very expensive if you get offer. Newly renovated with a new retro decor with Nordic style. It is a bit removed from the center (20 min walking) but it makes up for that it is attached to the docks and with good views. Recommended if you do not find something closer to the center. Breakfast is complete, hotel in general and spacious rooms. Very good atmosphere and professionalism.

I've been at the hotel several times of the night. The nice staff and the food in the new restaurant is on a really good standard. The new renovated rooms represent the standard of modern hotel accommodation and of course the sea views are comfortable!

Nice clean hotel. In the chosen price range, the rooms were contrary to the photos rather small and functional, yet nicely decorated. Rain shower !! What bothered me a little bit were missing details such as at breakfast there is a lump of butter and you can smear it directly on the bread?
Breakfast buffet ok, there are the standards. Cranberry juice is delicious. Cinnamon rolls
On foot to the "center" about 20 minutes. Tram in front of the door. The Finn is in the winter, in general, not so the Cheshire cat ...

Quiet night, varied breakfast.
The room smelled stinky, the bathroom was missing all the detergents. Bed worn, bumpy exhausted.

They were so responsive and the selection of pillows and duvets really does make a difference. Location was great for visiting Helsinki.

We spent one night in midsummer 2017. The place was good. The room was melkoieni but clean and everything worked. At breakfast noticed that the hotel was great because the crowd was enough. Breakfast was good. Tidiness is taken care of. All in all, we are left with a very good hotel in the mind's visit.

The best hotel! The location is perfect. There are several tram stops to the center. The room has everything you need. Huge bed! Breakfast is excellent. There is a takeaway coffee.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: there is a dirty toilet ruff in the room, toilet paper from the past guest in the wastebasket, the curtains are smeared with something. In the room "with a view of the sea" there was a window into the courtyard of opaque glass. When using a shower, the water goes past the drain and fills the floor of the bathroom. The breakfast is great, the beds are comfortable. But 10,000 rubles per night rooms of this hotel are not worth it.

I was very happy that I chose this hotel. Good price with high standards made our stay comfortable and pleasurable. The service was very nice, the room had everything we needed and the food was also delicious :) We will come back for sure :)

As a member of a large hotel chain, the Radisson Blu Seaside could have run the risk of falling into a nondescript category of hotels that are all similar to one another. Not so, luckily, as the interesting post-industrial-cum-maritime motif of the decor manages to draw the guest's attention and to make her/him even more curious about the place they are staying at.
The rooms are sufficiently spacious, with a good working area. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and cleanliness is excellent.
Breakfast has among the most diverse and ample choice I have experienced so far when travelling for business.
The staff's helpfulness and friendliness are also aspects that are worth noting in this review.

Very good location and good access to the public. Tram stop at a distance of one meter from the entrance. Quiet, well-equipped and clean rooms. The hotel staff were really friendly. Breakfast really versatile and tasty. Meeting rooms are well-equipped and equipped with good ventilation. AV devices up to date. Dinner is also good quality and service works well.

Very rich and diverse breakfast (though some of the stuff were not too friendly), tasty food. Very good location, with own parking in a garage. This is a very good place to stay in Helsinki.

Decent hotel with a good location. The entire center is within walking distance. There is underground parking. The rooms are not bad, but require minor repairs.

Very poor service. We were told to wait until 3 pm before we could get our room. It is now 4.30 pm and we still haven't got a room

I can not understand why the people writes negative emotions about the hotel. To my mind, the hotel is absolutely correspond to the provided service for the relevant amount of money. To my mind, it is a best place to stay in Helsinki within 1 or two nights in case of trevel. Yes, I remember the rooms were dusty sometimes. But there were able rooms for smokers and non-smokers. The rooms for smokers were dusty... maybe.... The brackfast is very various, fresh and without any shortage in amount. The personal on reception is very polite and attracively smiling. Concernig the abaility of video: whatever you want for the 5 EURO per 24 hours including internet. Inasmuch as Helsinky is not so big city (rather small) to say that it is situtaed far from center.... HM....if you are veteran of the 2-ond world war and without the legs.... probably. Also, I would reccomend to the trawelers to visit "Mary-Makasiny" restourant that is nearby.... probably 300 meters near the water. It is really amizing place! Very cosy, shrimps, fresh boiled potato, veninson, sig, salmon, simple vagetables, fresh and misted Koskenkorva based on the sprouted wheat.... Afterwards, you may slovly breathing the fresh and ciold wind (becouse Finland is the North) you return to the Hotel. There may take a shower, drink few grean tea, put into the moth aspirin, put the bottle of water nearby the bad.... then clean up the tooth and go to sleep.... Tomorrow is the new day. I visited Helsinky more that 20ty times and always stayed at Seaside hotel and visited "Mary - Makasiny". So, I wish to all travelers the best! Warm regards from Kyiv, Ukraine! I will be deffinately back to the hotel! )))

A good option
Although it's a bit expensive it's a good place to stay. Pets are welcome. Avoid the ramp if Disable, it's a joke, use the elevator instead. Saumon Breakfast is great but avoid he scrambled eggs. Parking but you'll have to pay 29 /night. Quiet place, good sleeping quality. 20min walk to downtown. Watch out the room cleaning service.

Olinpas with a school trip and a couple of hours of free time.
Rax's buffet (0/10) apparently mixed the stomach and diarrhea from there. Here for a few hours I got to be at peace and AI WHAT relief. Must say that the staff kindly showed the bathroom and a handy hook was on the jacket and back. I would say that 10/10 is a service if you need to quickly twist the painful stools.

Friendly staff, clean room, excellent double bed (2 meters wide); shower gel, shampoo, body lotion of very good quality, also in the room was a sponge gloss for shoes. Breakfast is excellent, for every taste (porridge, yogurt, egg (boiled, scrambled eggs), sausages, bacon, red fish (smoked), fruits, juices, breads of different varieties, croissants, sweet buns, cookies, etc. We were family 2 + 2 , we really liked it. I recommend.

Stood here for a night, got a free upgrade to one of the suites. Food was pretty good considering it was buffet. Located close to some shops and a mall. 35 min drive from the airport. Front desk staff of ok.

Clean place, comfortable beds. A refundable deposit of 50 was charged at check-in which is not clearly stated at the time of booking. It took a week to return the money, promised to return it immediately.

I find it very disappointing for a Radisson Blu Hotel. A small room that costs a lot of money. The breakfast is OK but not comparable to others of the chain. The location is very nice in the entrance area but the view from the room is really bad. In addition, it comes in my bathroom extremely sewage straightening what makes the stay a not so nice event.

Clean rooms, with nice view. Bed was really comfortable. Wifi works and breakfast has a lot of options. Definitely a good option while in Helsinki.

Excellent hotel. Renovations are creative and practical. Love the new lobby and room design. Doesn't feel like a typical hotel where you could be anywhere in the world. Friendly staff and great overall vibe.

Basic Rooms quite small and big bed takes most of the room, but those big beds and adequate pillows are perhaps the best hotels I've ever met. Breakfast is pretty good, but in no way special. The rooms have good air conditioning, but they are really hot.

After staying at a number of Radisson Blu's you come to a certain standard and this hotel really misses the mark.

The room is in desperate need of an update and the bathrooms need to be totally replaced. Marks on the bedspread, filthy chair, worn furniture, mouldy shower and so forth.

Breakfast was better and was nicely laid out and staff were friendly and helpful.

If I paid full price I would have been harsher with my scoring, the Radisson Blu Plaza hotel is so much nicer and was where we stayed on our first visit.

Room Tip: Try and get one of the renovated rooms if you have to stay here.

Some rooms are newly renovated and goods others are a bit run down. Great location though

Good breakfast. The room where I had seen the courtyard of the house where lived in other people (not hotel guests), and this was not as nice as last time when we were when we saw the sea.
